Os funcionários são excelentes, muito prestativos. O custo benefício é bom. Não tem muito conforto, mas os quartos são espaçosos. O preço do café da manhã poderia ser mais barato porque existem outros locais por perto com valores mais baratos.

Unfortunat - Hotel Isabel is a Historic Beautiful Hotel in the Historic Downtown Mexico. The location is Perfect, the staff is excellent especially the maid that cleaned our room for our 1 week stay. Restaurant with good for and a bar make this a comfy great place to stay. There was only 1 thing we didn’t like. Everything else was perfect. This 1 thing is a very very important thing for a tourist to come and relax and rest for the the night. It was the hotel beds. Honestly you feel like you’re sleeping on the floor. They are very, very uncomfortable and very stiff. We were a group of 8 people and we all felt the same. The beds are too hard. Turning around all night is how we spend our bedtime. Did not get a good nights rest. If the beds were better I would give this hotel a perfect 10. Unfortunately the beds made it a sour stay.

My room was roomy, attached to a large, clean, white bathroom. Comfortable mattress; plenty of furniture to lay out my belongings. The furniture was a bit marred and outdated, but given the rate, I’d say that the hotel was a good value. Tips: don’t be put off by the tacky lobby and elevator. Also, a discotheque ½ block away belts out techno music into the night. Ask for a quiet room. Finally, the cab service they use is expensive.

It is also perfectly centrally located and we could walk easily to awesome bakeries, restaurants and shops! The staff were all fabulous, kind, thoughtful and helpful! We loved everything about the wonderful hotel! We had a perfect stay!

Foi uma ótima estadia! Não tem muitas tomadas disponíveis. Especialmente perto da cabeceira e próximo à penteadeira. O valor da estadia também poderia ser um pouco mais em conta.

- Charlotte (7/5): - Good location, in the centre but a bit away from the hustle and bustle. Room has everything needed for a stay. Metrobus 4 to la TAPO passes just by so super useful. Staff were attentive and answered all my questions. Wifi is good but is an open network in the room so not good (network with password only in reception, not convenient). Hotel is on a mainish road so there is typically traffic, but bearable; avoid the weekend if possible (club into early hours Sat, then a bar with pounding music until nearly 11pm on Sundays). A few more hooks to hang things would be useful. There is a safe in room but it didn’t seem to work.

En especial con el servicio de guardaequipaje que me facilito el disfrutar de moverme y visitar lugares sin tener que cargar con mi equipaje. Otro punto que disfrute fue la conexión de internet que en otros hoteles ha sido una odisea lograr conectar a redes y aunque no lo use para servicios de steaming o de alto uso, mantuvo una buena velocidad para mensajería y redes sociales, jamás se desconecto durante mi estancia. Lo único que podría poner en contra es que se trata de un edificio ya viejo, y las puertas de madera antiguas dentro de la habitación estaban duras y costaba cerrarlas, en mi caso no pase mucho tiempo en la habitación así que no me afectó mucho

El sitio también se aprecia muy tradicional y acorde a su ubicación en el centro. Detalles pequeños como que hubiera apreciado una manta más gruesa ahora en invierno (que no encontré) y como una pequeña mejora, el chorro de agua de la ducha que sale un poco concentrado, pero eso, detalles.

El colchón es un poco duro y sugiero cambiar las perillas del baño ya que son algo antiguas, fuera de eso todo bien.

Cuenta con un pequeño restaurante junto al hotel en el que se desayuna bien, y se puede igualmente tomar las otras comidas, a un precio accesible. Al menos en lo que corresponde a la ubicación de la habitación, se tenía mucho ruido de la calle.

- Edwin (10/5): Hotel with great location and friendly staff - Friendly staff and great location. We asked for a room change due to fear of heights and they solved it very quickly. The hotel also has a restaurant and a Bar where every once in a while there is karaoke night
