• Anna Maria (10/5): Assolutamente consigliato. - Accoglienza ottima con la sig. Tina, molto disponibile e pronta ad aiutare in qualsiasi situazione. Camera spaziosa, luminosa e pulita. Posizione ottima vicinissima alla metro e con fermata dell’autobus davanti la struttura. Situata in una zona di Vienna piena di servizi con negozi e ristoranti.

Market, fırın, kafe, su makinaları, hediyelik eşya dükkanı, indirim magazalari. Odamizda Viyana Haritasından ayakkabı silecegimiz süngere kadar herşeyi düşünmüşler. Tina bize verdiği harita üzerinden herşeyi detaylı anlattı nerden gidilir nereye gidilir bilet nasıl alınır. Bence hiç düşünmeden kalacağınız bir otel burası. Boş yer varsa hemen rezervasyon yapın yaptırın Sevmediğim bir şey olmadı.

• Emanuela (10/5): Bellissima vacanza, anche se breve, in una bella città ricchissima di storia e cultura. - La struttura è situata in ottima posizione. Metropolitana e autobus vicinissimi e in 10' di metro si arriva in centro. E' all'interno di un bel palazzo e l'appartamento è molto grande e spazioso. Pulizia ottima. All'arrivo ci hanno accolto puntuali e ci hanno dato parecchi suggerimenti su dove andare e anche dove mangiare nei dintorni. La signora Tina e la sua assistente sono state molto gentili e cordiali. La struttura è un appartamento e non dispone di una cucina ma è disponibile un bollitore nella stanza e all'esterno in corridoio un frigorifero da poter utilizzare. Consigliato Riguardo ai letti abbiamo trovato i cuscini troppo morbidi, ma ovviamente dipende dalle abitudini di ciascuno.. Comunque questo non influisce sulla valutazione generale

• Ramona (8/5): Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und eine sehr fürsorgliche und gastfreundliche "Hausmutter". - Sehr zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt, Mariahilfer Strasse, direkte U-Bahn und Busanbindung. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Touren in Wien

Posizione centrale, vicina a ristoranti, caffè e negozi e comodissima sia alla metro (la stazione è davvero dietro l’angolo) sia per muoversi a piedi. La camera era davvero spaziosa, curata e pulitissima. Menzione speciale alla signora Tina, di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibili, appena arrivati ci ha consigliato cosa vedere, dove mangiare e come muoverci in città, è davvero raro trovare un host come lei! Stazione metro dietro l'angolo, la linea collega direttamente al Duomo di Danto Stefano dove ci sono altri collegamenti. • Jeffrey (10/5): - From the time of our reservation til the goodbyes after our stay, the owner was very responsive and accommodating of any requests, offering several times to help us in various ways. Our room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. We had a water kettle for hot water for tea & coffee and a shared refrigerator. Everything was quiet. The location was excellent being so close to the U and close to so many stores, grocery stores, and restaurants. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Központi szállás, a bevásárló utca 1 percre van, metró és buszmegálló a sarkon, a belváros pedig 15-20 perc sétára. A tartózkodásuk fénypontja pedig a nagyon kedves vendéglátó hölgy volt, aki mindenben rendelkezésünkre állt. Az élmény 10/10.

• Silvio (10/5): Top - Stanza situata nel quartiere Mariahilf di Vienna. Camera accogliente, calda e con tutto il necessario. Posizione comodissima con stazione metro e fermata bus praticamente sotto il portone di casa. In pochi minuti raggiungi qualsiasi posizione di Vienna. Tina, la proprietaria, è stata gentilissima e all'arrivo ci ha mostrato qualche percorso turistico da poter effettuare. In più era a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione.

Permette di arrivare in centro con una passeggiata di una ventina di minuti o in pochi minuti prendendo la metro. Molti negozi nei dintorni, bar per fare colazione ed anche ristoranti. Tina è stata gentilissima, ci ha dato da subito molte indicazioni sulla città ed i suoi principali punti d'interesse. Consigliatissimo

• Tarnoczy MD (10/5): Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, der sich gelohnt hat - Die Lage war super, da zentral und alles gut erreichbar. Direkt in der Nähe ist ein Park und das wunderschöne Haus des Meeres. Das Zimmer war gut gepflegt und weiträumig, was komfortabel war. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich, die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir konnten sogar spontan eine weitere Nacht buchen, da die Gäste, die nach uns gekommen wären, abgesagt haben.

• smeRi (10/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeberin und ne sehr saubere Unterkunft! Betten sind zwar tief aber sehr bequem!!!! Lage perfekt - mitten auf der Mariahilferstraße U-Bahn (Neubaugasse) auch direkt vor der Tür! Parken ist dafür ne katastrophe. Ein Parkhaus (24€/Tag) ist zwar eine Gasse weiter ,aber nichts für große Autos Einfahrtshöhe 1,90🫣 Ansonst war alles super Kommen wieder!!!!

Alojamiento junto a una gran avenida comercial y a 20 min andando del centro. Boca de metro al lado del alojamiento. Que no tenga cocina aunque fuera hay una nevera y un microondas que se puede usar sin problema

O apartamento é grande, muito limpo e de fácil acesso. Tem uma chaleira elétrica, e produtos para fazer café e chá, além de um microondas e frigobar compartilhados. Tina, a anfitriã é uma pessoa maravilhosa. Se esforçou para nos sentirmos bem, atendeu prontamente as mensagens nos deu todas as informações e dicas necessárias. Nota 10 para o apartamento e nota 1000 para Tina. Nada a reclamar.
