- daniel (6/5): De fiesta en Celaya - Los alimentos y en general todo el personal muy bien los precios son rasonables a la porcion que ofresen me parecio muy bien el ambiente al fondo del hotel se respira muy tranquilo y me agrado mucho degraciadamente me toco la primera habitacion y se escucha todo el ruido de la avenida yo se que eso no lo pueden arreglar pues es parte de la ubicacion del hotel pero aparte estaban alojados unos trabajadores con camiones que toda la noche y madrugada estubieron entrando y saliendo y no pudimos descansar muy bien, quisa lo mejor seria pedirles que estacionaran en algun estacionamiento apto para esas unidades

- Galilea (5/5): - Everyday they would go clean and provide clean towels the bathroom door did not have the other half so whenever you showered the water would splash all over the restroom and the door , no hot water even though we complained and they stated they would fix it . Every time you opened the faucet it would smell like drainage

Si uno lleva vehículo y le tocan los cuartos de hasta atrás, tiene que caminar se todo el hotel hasta la salida para recoger un pedido. Deberían darles acceso por cierto tiempo.

- Eleazar (1/5): Really bad staying very uncomfortable. - The ubicación is great easy access to the main Avenue The rooms are bad and poor maintenance, the front door had a hardware replaced with poor quality, the towels are old , the beds really hard , very uncomfortable to sleep, even we checked the other two rooms we reserved, we coming a couple times to Celaya to visit the family, but definitely we don’t come in back to this hotel.
- Natalia (2/5): - La chica de recepción fue grosera al inicio hasta que comentamos que teníamos reservación cambió su actitud, en la habitación no servía el aire acondicionado, la solución fue un ventilador viejo, no hay ventanas y por lo mismo el calor es sofocante, y el baño se veía sucio, el restaurante del hotel no estaba en uso, una experiencia muy desagradable, lo único que lo salva es que está lleno de naturaleza el hotel, se pagó un precio alto para una experiencia tan desagradable

- Paloma (2/5): Descuidado y mal servicio - Reservé una habitación que estaba un poquito más cara que la de 2 camas matrimoniales, porque decía que eran 2 camas queen, al llegar al hotel y mostrar el anuncio que reservé, me dijeron que la información de la app estaba mal y que no cuentan con camas queen. La tv no se veía ni 1 solo canal, y dijeron que era por la línea de cable que fallaba, pedí 2 llaves y que solo me podían dar 1 que porque si me daban 2 se desconfiguraba la llave, no había toalla de manos, tuve que pedirla, el hotel está muy descuidado, y el servicio es algo que se ve no les importa. No volvería a llegar ahí.

- KARLA (4/5): - Llegamos solo a descansar y dormir. Nos estuvieron cambiando de habitación, en la primera no servía el wc, en la segunda no servía el aire acondicionado y en esas dos los colchones se escuchaban y sentían los resortes y en ninguna había internet. A la tercer habitación si tenía bien el colchón y el aire pero no tenía agua caliente. La atención del personal muy bien pero el hotel no lo recomiendo nada, le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento
