- Monday (8/5): - The heated pool The elevator didn't work
- Keesha (6/5): - Location. It was under construction. Do it was a mess.
- BAILEY (1/5): Will not be back. I asked for a refund - The pool was good size. The pool is not heated. Support staff was extremely rude. There was no breakfast. The pool area and hallways were very dirty
- Tanita (3/5): -
- Kamran (10/5): It was amazing had a great time - Awesome place love it here Elevator could be fixed
- Samantha (6/5): -
- Shirley (3/5): -
- Brandi (1/5): - Nothing Bedbugs. Dirtiness. Staff. 0/10 the worst hotel i (almost) stayed in.
- Shetia (5/5): - Nice front desk staff. I was assigned an adjoining room that was appeared to be blocked off, but wasn't. The people next door were up loud all night. Elevator was down for residents, but not luggage so my luggage was sent up to the 3rd floor and it took a while for me to get to it out the elevator.
- Walker (10/5): - Everything everything was great except there was no bacon, LOL.
- James (3/5): Wouldn’t book again - I appreciate that they are trying to remodel. Room next door had a brown recluse crawling on the wall. No hot water. Bed sheets felt dirty
- Veronica (10/5): -
- Guenther (1/5): -
- Trista (1/5): - I reserved the hotel over a week before king room got their they didn’t have a king room. To top it off my husband was looking for bed bugs we do every hotel in between the sheets and blanket was a dildo so guess our bed wasn’t clean sheets just fixed the blankets over bed idk . Got new room in morning we went to get in hot tub it was so hot we couldn’t even get in it was boiling so
The guy said omg hurried turned it down put a hose in it to cool it our valentines was a nightmare Nothing very disappointing
- Ms Cheryl Cook (7/5): -
- Manning (6/5): -
- Markeith (6/5): It was quiet and the pool and hot tub areas were very presentable - Sorry breakfast All the construction. Elevator broke..lot of areas really outdated
- Dominique (10/5): - Loved everything Everything
- Lakesha (1/5): Unpleasant - The property is run down, the rooms and building is outdated it wasn’t clean at all when I arrived my bed in the room was stained and had hair on the pillows floors was not vacuum at all the elevator was out of order and we were on the second floor very unpleasant I will never stay here again I didn’t like nothing about the property
- William (3/5): No elevator - Elevator broke and stayed broke. Room smelled. They should deep clean the whole building.
- Vitalii (1/5): - This hotel is very outdated and poorly maintained. The elevator was not working, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. There was rust in many areas, visible dirt, and a lot of spots that clearly haven’t been painted or fixed in a long time.
The photos online are very misleading — there was supposed to be a pool with a palm tree, but the palm tree was completely dry and looked abandoned.
We were not given the Wi-Fi password at check-in. When I tried to call the front desk to ask for it, the phone in the room was not working either.
The only positive thing was that the bed sheets were clean. Everything else was disappointing.
Breakfast was very poor — besides yogurt, there was basically nothing to eat.
Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend staying here.
- oleg (1/5): - Weed smoke everywhere
- Aerial (10/5): -
- Morgan (3/5): -
- Maggie (8/5): -
- Tera (1/5): - I ended up having to book another hotel due to this one being filthy and unsafe. Will NEVER use Booking.com again. You shouldn't have hotels this bad on your site.
- Jamie (1/5): -
- George (4/5): - The price The room i was in seemed to have sn electrical problem. I could not plug my c pap in to the outlets on the lamp because the plug was to big. The only plug on the wall i could find was at the base of the wall behind the bed which did not move.
The place served its purpose but could have been better
- Cox (5/5): They have a pool. - Clean It looked out dated
- Adams (6/5): -
- Donna (10/5): -
- Laquarius (10/5): - Everything was amazing I love lights so it’s was beautiful
- Summer (7/5): -
- Kristel (2/5): - They have bed bugs!! Don't go here. We had to pack up our family of 6 at 11:00 at night and stay at a different hotel because I found bed bugs in our bed. Checked the kids room we rented and they had bugs too.
- Amanda (10/5): - When I made my reservation somehow I ended up for the weekend that was a week out still when I needed it for that very weekend. The guy working the front desk, Kea I believe, was an absolute God send getting things straightened out with expedia (good luck getting hold of a person when it's after midnight!!!) Our only "complaint" would be that we made it a point to get extra towels upon check-in because we had two children joining us for the second night. While out picking the kids up, despite all our belongings still being the room and our unused extra towels still being neatly folded and up out of the way, housekeeping came in and remade the room while taking ALL the towels so we had to go back down to request even more towels. There was no "do not disturb" signs available and we thought by leaving the room after 1:00 we were safe from having anyone come into our room. None of our personal stuff was missing that we could tell, we just didn't appreciate having to waste time to go back for more towels, again when that was something we had already taken care of. But, again, the front desk people have ALWAYS been most pleasant to deal with and I sooooooooooo appreciate the guy that helped with my reservation blunder!!!!
- Robert (3/5): Will not be returning back that hotel at all . - The customer service was not good up on to the arrival and no welcome to the hotel or nothing just the guy was not nice or helpful at all and for the rooms and one of the room did not have good lock on the door , we just easily pushed it open anyone could had came in at night . And the facilty need upper fixes on a lot of things no one want to swim or anything in a pool that doesn’t look clean or get in the hot tub the same way . We was very disappointed after we did a long hours of drives . Need a lot of upper fix on lot of things
- Ernest (2/5): - The entire hotel is outdated and under construction. No notification posted at the time of making the reservation nor any signs posted within the lobby. Once you leave the lobby it’s looks like your in a third world country. They don’t have continental breakfast or any amenities. The pool looks so horrible I wouldn’t dare get in it. They assigned me two other rooms that was dirty in one and the other had someone in it before they gave me some what of a room that looks like they just throw stuff in to make it work. I turned the shower on and water started coming out the wall.
- Penny (10/5): - This was my first time there. Very unique design of your building. The inside with the pools and the sauna s was amazing. Set up outside our door.
- Breanna (6/5): - The hotel is under renovations. The room was outdated and doors/furniture worn. No bugs and linings were clean. Staff was friendly. Pool was super cold so we couldn’t swim which was disappointing. No breakfast but it was inexpensive and was fine for the one night we stayed.
- Lakisha (10/5): - Family friendly
- Timothy (8/5): -
- James (1/5): - The pool wasn't horrible Where do I even begin. First off the building looks like it should be condemned, absolutely no curb appeal. The lobby had a funky odor. The room was absolutely nasty as could be. The tub was more grey than white. It was so horrible that I didn't even touch anything and immediately left and didn't return. Total bait and switch. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY
- David A (8/5): - old hotel. looks like they trying to fix it up. had no problems with my one night stay.
- Crystal (6/5): -
- Raven (10/5): -
- Kaitlyn (6/5): - .
- David (8/5): Good value - The place is completely acceptable. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool is nice, hot tub was hot, and the workers were friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and being renovated. It is a good value and would stay there again. There are a lot of bad reviews that made me nervous but all of that nervousness was quickly over upon arrival and check in. I know many people who I consider to be hotel snobs who would not like this place but if you are looking for a clean room with a nice pool, where you aren't going to spend a ton then this place is great.
- Michael (10/5): - I really liked being on the top floor. I like thr balconies around the property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.
- Royce (9/5): - all was good didn't look a good place to stay from the outside, looked run down
- Ken Ternetz (9/5): -
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Definitely a sketchy place and not as clean as the pictures portrayed! Needs to be deep cleaned and newer carpets. Honestly couldn't tell you if it's ever been clean it looked like blood on the bathroom mirror, mirrors looked like the room was smoked in. It smelled of urine in the hallways with cigarette butts lining the stairs. It's supposed to be under construction but we never seen a person working. No coffee, pop, or snacks in the vending machines. This place gives super cheap motel and honestly shouldn't charge to sleep here!:(
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This was more of a motel feel. The entire hotel was hot and not very clean.
- Jacob (1/5): Worst stay ever - The staff were nice The first room was dirty had dirty towels on the ground. There was a pizza in the microwave that had mold growing on it. After talking with staff I was moved to a different room and the ac was loud and barely got cold and the bed was like sleeping on the ground.
- Kayla (10/5): - Very nice pool area kids enjoyed! Nice clean room as well.
- Brittney (6/5): - There weren’t any bugs but it was definitely more motel than hotel. Asked for some extra pillows and blankets and was told no.pool was very dirty and the rope that separated the deep end to the shallow end isn’t in the correct spot
- Martha (2/5): - They say you get what you pay for. It was inexpensive. This place was gross and run down. I asked for a couple extra pillows and they said they don’t have any extras. If I could have gotten a refund and gone somewhere else I would have. There were people just lingering around outside and someone outside our room. The pool water was murky and the hot tub was dirty. Will never stay there again.
- Jennifer (2/5): - Was the worst experience ever for staying in a hotel! Did not feel safe at all door barely locked. That’s all you heard was noises all night. Staff was very unfriendly and unkind. Still feel traumatized after the situation and been home for 24 hours. I held my daughter all night because I was so scared got up and left three hours in the morning.
- Ryan (4/5): Disappointing -
- Misty (6/5): - Very old and out dated. Laundry facilities were not working properly. Had to go to laundry mat.
- Antwion (10/5): Exceptional - N/a N/a
- Cindy (6/5): Meh - The bathroom smelled gross, there looked like pee or something on the seat. The bed was too hard and pillows were stained... not pillowcase, the pillow itself that showed.
- Kayla (5/5): Passable -
- Ryan (4/5): Hotel.com no way to get refund even 48 hr before - Just needed a cheap stay and it was. My complaints was more with hotel.com not reimbursing a night that wasn't used because I had to get back for my daughters make a wish event.
- Bradley (6/5): The Little Elevator that Could - Have you ever tried to cover up the smell of a skunk sprayed dog? This room had been heavily smoked in...like there are cigarette burns all over the bathroom tub (how do you leave burns on a bathtub?). They tried to mask it, but there was no way to cover it up.
The hotel is old, mildewy on the outside, the pool is so chlorinated you can't see the bottom, and there are very few ammenities, if any. The two elevators are poorly placed and I'm pretty sure that they have not been inspected in a long time. Several million dollars in renovations would really go a long way for this property but until then, it is going to struggle to bring the clientele that I am sure they are hoping to attract. On the positive side, it is a short Uber to the amphitheater, there are breakfast options very close and the staff that checked me in and out were very nice.
- Jessica (8/5): Very good -
- Deanna (2/5): - I wasn't even allowed to check in. And still haven't had my $ refunded
- Paul B (10/5): - Every thing was clean and very nice kept was very wonderful pool
- Leo (8/5): - The pool is pretty cool, acess was good. Easy to find. Pretty cool little spot, if they refirbished this place it would be a 5 star hotel.
- Timmy (2/5): - The hotel was not clean left in the middle of my stay not updated
- Michelle (4/5): - Ok
- Trevor (2/5): - The overall stay was just bad. Our first room had pieces of the shower taken off and a huge hairball in the shower peeking out of the drain. Then the second room was absolutely filthy with stains and rust in the shower. We found mold behind the ice machine and no one could somehow let us know the WiFi password so we had to go with no WiFi.
- Gregory (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (4/5): You get what you pay for... - Reservation and check in were easy enough, and cheaper then originally posted online. Couldnt use the shower in our room because the water trapped uner it has eroded the flooring under it. Long story short we were not comfortable using the shower becuase the flooring was liquid. You could feel, hear and see the nasty water under it. You can tell they are trying to remodel, but maybe should close until they finish. Pool had a busted dirty diaper by it, rused out rails, and no heater in the pool. Yoi get what you pay for ya know
- Dara (4/5): - I have asthma and could only stay 1 night. It’s cheap but that’s what you get.
- Krista (2/5): - The hotel is filthy. It’s sketchy, my 6yr old just wanted to go sleep in the car. The floors need a good shampoo .. it’s under “ renovations however the WHOLE hotel needs renovated. Tear it down start over. Id never recommend this place. However dude at the front was super nice!
- Teah (6/5): - The pictures definitely make the place look better than it is. When you arrive it’s totally different. The only good thing about this hotel is the hot water and the area it’s around. I was told a a 2 bed room only sleeps 4 people, it was my husband and our 3 kids, they charged me $30 to have my INFANT son in the room after I already paid almost $200 for the room. I also asked the front desk for an extra cover or pillows but he said they don’t have any extra. When we got off the elevators there was a weird smell in the halls. The room was clean, but the walls in the bathroom were not. The only thing really good about this hotel is the indoor pool & jacuzzi.
- SHEN (10/5): - Very nice very attentive
- Sarai (10/5): - People was very nice and very helpful
- Melinda (6/5): I wasn’t really there long enough to write a sentence. I literally just went there to sleep. - Not like the pictures It was ok
- Angel (4/5): - This place is great if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep. The outside is so off putting my group did not want to go inside. We were pleasantly surprised by the lobby but the hotel rooms left everything to be desired. They have a giant pool and hot tub for guests to use but neither were very clean. I found several fake nails, fake eye lashes and socks discarded on the pool deck and the hot tub had peeling paint chunks sitting in the bottom. Not to mention the odd characters that stay / work there… multiple people were hanging around the pool and on the balconies, just watching and ogling at us at the pool. The rooms need a deep clean!! There were crumbs and wrappers behind the nightstand. The bathroom is so small, it’s hard to shower or even use the toilet. You want to wear shoes everywhere you walk in this place… but if you need a decently comfortable bed to sleep on while you’re in town, this is the place for you.
- Mary (4/5): Yucky - Yuck
- Matthew (2/5): My review - Pool water was cold cold. Hot tub smelled. Room was old and run down. Shower was very confusing to use
- Robert (2/5): - Absolutely trash hotel tv didnt work the color was so faded the speakers were blown the carpet was gross it reaked of smoke and thats not even the worst part after laying there for about 30 min my mom was bit by a bed bug she killed it and took it down to the reception desk and we requested a refund in which we were denied! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL ABSOLUTE WORST IVE EVER BEEN TOO IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD
- Farrah (8/5): Very good - The pool No breakfast
- Kenneth (6/5): - Friendly staff
- Diana (1/5): Didn't feel safe - The front desk staff was nice Nothing else. I did not end up staying. Took the loss of money over staying there!
- Kim (5/5): Passable - cleanliness
- GEOFFRY (10/5): - Staff member at time of Check-in was AWESOME, and absolutely personable !!
Beyond accommodated request and simply sincere. Property clearly under a transition, and area generally clean. Welcoming lobby and great pool / area inside Courtyard.
- Shawn (10/5): - It was very comfortable
- Jerry (1/5): I and my wife did a road trip across four states and put up in seven (7) hotels along the way and “The lodge hotels and -
- Tatiana (10/5): - The
- James (8/5): - It was a nice hotel but there was alot of noise all hours of the night between kids running the halls to someone being locked out of there room and trying to kick the door in next door
- Jovan (10/5): Happy customer - Awesome customer service
- Townsend (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything
- Aaliyah (2/5): - Nothing
- Ratisha (10/5): - A very nice clean place to stay
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dylan (10/5): - The room is clean and it was an easy check in .
- Brianna (8/5): Very good -
- Christy (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay overall! The outdoors will make u think twice but you have to go inside in order to see the changes that’s been made by new owners! The inside is nice! One of the things thats limited is vending machines. It’s only one as well as no dining like complimentary breakfast. Overall the new owners have done a great job fixing the problems it once faced!!
