- Delaina (10/5): Good place to stay in a small town - Disappointed about the breakfast I wasn't eggs bacon and sausage cooked it was warm up with microwave but other than that it was great The breakfast
- Clara (9/5): - Easy check in Room not ready
No vending machines
- Rachelle (10/5): -
- Vickie (8/5): -
- Lowell (4/5): -
- Justin (9/5): Good clean rooms and hot water - New updated rooms
- Cherokee (10/5): - It’s close to where we go every year for the Demo in December. It’s always clean, friendly staff. Had a Guy doing donuts in the parking lot until 2:30 in the morning.
- Customz (1/5): Came for business and was highly disappointed. Find somewhere else to stay. - Nothing, the location was crappy, the shower was broke and soaked the floor and you could tell it still could have been cleaner, won’t be back next year, will choose somewhere else. Nothing, the location was crappy, the shower was broke and soaked the floor and you could tell it still could have been cleaner, won’t be back next year, will choose somewhere else.
- Bartony (8/5): -
- laurence (3/5): Way too expensive - It was incredibly overpriced for a property under construction!
No none at the desk.
No decaf coffee.
Construction noise and dust. See above
- Jolene (6/5): - Location Needs updated. Expensive for the quality. Didn’t like the virtual assistant for check in.
- Mary (4/5): Never going back - The property was not clean. The carpets and furniture could have been cleaned they were dirty. The room smelled. When you turned on the water in the sink it smelled. The area was dirty. The parking lot had cigarette butts all over the ground. The area around the building was unkept.
- Tonya (8/5): - Kiosk was easy. Rooms were quiet, and very clean. Staff was very nice as well.
- Mason (7/5): pretty good - Room was clean, tv worked, bed was comfortable i had to check in at night through a kiosk which took longer than i wanted it to. Also the toilet didn't feel secure to the floor, and the shower got a lot of water on the ground.
- Tiffany (10/5): -
- Darwin (9/5): Superb -
- Curtis (1/5): Horrible Policy - I wasn't allowed to stay by the staff because I was paying cash and they wanted an additional 100.00 for deposit. I was only there because my 18 wheeler broke down there and wouldn't be fixed until the next morning. Not a very accommodating policy or person. I only liked the location being close to the shop. The price was ridiculous compared to other Quality Inns in the area. 143.00 a night compared to 58.00 a night in Coffeyville
- Jones (1/5): Bad -
- Cherokee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Summers (6/5): Pleasant - Did not have it.
- Tom (8/5): A quality experience all around - Exceptionally friendly staff, good breakfast. Exterior of the hotel needs some repairs.
- Eric (8/5): Very good -
- Rea (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (7/5): Good - Didn't have breakfast
- Sharon (6/5): Not terrible but wouldn’t stay again - The room was clean and didn’t smell bad like other rooms we have been to. No smoke smell. The beds were very uncomfortable, the location was very noisy outside.
- Price (10/5): Comfortable and quiet - They had rooms available for my friend who is in a wheel chair, although they were totally booked.
They front staff was very friendly.
I never heard a sound from surrounding rooms.
The facility at large was clean and I felt comfortable. I did call ahead and ask if I could possibly be booked in a room in the back of the hotel, to which they said no. But it wasn't a big deal. Otherwise:
I was pleased with everything. I didn't eat breakfast or use the amenities outside my room.
- Allen (1/5): Nasty and rude - The location was just fine and easy to find. The young man who checked us in was so incredibly rude. I asked about restaurants in the town other than the two I was looking at . His response was it's a small Town what do you expect. We have never been through this town before so I was curious. I asked about other hotels just to be asking. His response. you want another room .then go 40 miles up the road. What more can I say. I had already paid and I was making conversation. The room was not so clean . The base boards were nasty and something dirty had run down the bathroom wall. Hair everywhere. I will say the beds were clean. Hair in the sink.
- Caiden (4/5): Disappointing -
- Beth (8/5): Very good -
- Debra (7/5): Good - Good location for our need.
- Gary (7/5): Not really what I expected - Location The room smelled like smoke and when I said something about it they said all they could do is spray some air fresheners in it. Then a half hour later there is a bug the size of a half dollar going across the room so I put it in a cup take it to the front desk and she laughed and said oh that’s just a beetle bug we have a hard time keeping them out.
- Erik (8/5): Very good -
- creekshop (2/5): No rest! - Managers were unable or unwilling to calm the people down who were partying up and down the front of the hotel...family reunion, they said, do it every year. Fireworks at 10 and still roaring loud at 11:35 when I called again. He said "I hear your tv so you weren't trying to sleep" I told him that was the crowd outside my door!!!
After my shower, drying with the towel, I found a long black hair...then others...not mine
Next morning, beer caps, half-eaten pizza, etc littered the walk to the office to check out...never again!
- Peggy (10/5): Amazing and very clean - The smoking rooms I liked everything
- Ronald (3/5): don’t stay here, go down the road you’ll save money and have the same experience - This property had a parking spot for my truck and trailer which was appreciated. Property was close to gas station and a food place. To start with the check in was not what I hope for. you know, back in the day people would smile , have customer service, ask how your day was and thank you for staying. none of that just what’s my name and here’s my money. upon first inspection of the room I was pleased, after using the bathroom and shower I noticed how the toilet is just loose on its base. there was hair in shower from a previous customer. I wouldn’t expect these things from a $100+ room. I went to breakfast and they had a decent selection! I won’t comment on what I would’ve wanted more I was pleased to get a little something before starting the day at least. I can deal with all that; what I can’t deal with is your staff entering my room before I checked out. from the time I went to breakfast til the time I went back to my room you guys had entered my room, took the tip I left for the housekeeper (even after the hair) it made me feel very uncomfortable. what if I was going to drop my load off then come back? what if I had left my firearm in there? what if I had company? they watched me walk to breakfast and then violated my privacy by entering without my permission. I paid for that room so it’s mine until check out. need I remind you check out is 11am not 9am?? why would you be trying to clean rooms at 9am. to maintain professionalism I held my tongue but I felt very uncomfortable when leaving your facility. the bed was nice but the pillows come on man. I slept in my truck all week and this was my one night of relaxing. I did not get as good of rest as I would’ve wanted and after that little deal I felt like I wasted my hard earned money.
- Moses (6/5): Pleasant - Rooms were clean and all but one staff member were nice and accommodating. I think the price per night is to high for the this rural location. The washing machine was out of service and the breakfast should be better for the amount that is being charged per night.
- Hillman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mazanek (4/5): Will never book a Quality Inn again through booking. I will stick with more reputable hotels. - The beds were comfortable. The staff did not know how to process the booking and told me my payment was declined, I had to pay a $50 incidental fee that was charged to my card twice (supposed to fall off, but hasn't yet), there were mouse traps in the room (assuming they have a mouse problem since there were traps), the room had an odd odor. The breakfast was very minimal. I would have expected more for the price. It was prepackaged donuts and pop-tarts and a waffle maker. The shower leaked all over the bathroom. The bathroom was small. The hotel's Satellite TV kept freezing all night long. The mini fridge in the room froze our food and drinks. All around it wasn't a pleasant stay.
- Heather (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was not that great. The location was excellent. Close to where I needed to be. Room was clean and comfortable. Water was steaming hot. Yaaaa. Enjoyed a hot bath. Will stay there again.
- Alicia (7/5): Good -
- Cyndy (7/5): One night stay was okay - This was convenient to the downtown area of Eureka Springs. Very pretty back area. Our room had a strong urine smell.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brandon (7/5): Good -
- John (4/5): clean - That is was so clean we stayed in room 111 and the door does not lock when leaving. we went to dinner and came back and the door was open. we shut it and the lock would not catch. We tried to get it to catch and couldn’t. we have stayed here several times that were uneventful but this time with the door not locking correctly I felt unsafe
- Lindsey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brandon (8/5): Very good -
- John (10/5): Exceptional - We travel once a month to this location and the past 2 times have stayed here and will continue to.
- Silvestre (9/5): Superb - Service and cleanness
- Rosario (8/5): Very good - location the swimming pool was closed
- keithfB279GL (2/5): It s a filthy dump - On September 27 and 28 we traveled to Auburn Ky for a show. The nearest hotel was the quality inn in russelville. We checked in about 10 pm. We had reserved the room online with a credit card to receive a ten dollar per night discount. Also read that if I showed military I’d I would receive an additional ten percent off. When checking in the night clerk had no idea how to apply discounts. I told him to leave a note I would come back and see the manager. The next day there was a woman that tried to play the speak no English card, when I comment what pigs the employees and owners were her English dramatically improved. She said no discounts were given to military members.
Going back to checking in, the room was to be a non smoking room. However it reeked of stale tobacco, the hot tub had three inches of water standing in it. When my wife went back to complain the attendant only offered to supply her with cleaning supplies. We were informed there was no service staff at all.
We cleaned the hot tub, the towel was black with filth. The dryer did not work, on close scrutiny we saw the plug was broken and open! Walking out the door the next day I stepped on something in the dark carpet. I gave it a push with my two and it bounced out the door. It appeared to be petrified feces.
There was a handful of mold covered candy under the hide a bed. A Cheeto was in the ac grill, dead bugs in the windows and corners. . Even found what looked like someone’s pubs in the shower. Ran out of space
- FrenchMD (8/5): Clean, modern, friendly service - There are two good hotels in Russellville; this is one of them. I like the drive-up outside room on the back side. Quiet, easily accessible. Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was light and tasty...and well-organized. A pleasant stay.
- S1915GRrickm (10/5): Clean, quiet, and the staff was great! - We stayed at Quality Inn in Russellville for a couple of days for the solar eclipse in August. The check in was easy and the clerk was super-friendly.We were greeted with a couple of nice gift bags of bottled water and snacks in the room. The day of the eclipse the manager had tables and chairs brought out to the grassy area by the parking lot. It was a great place to watch the eclipse and a great place to stay! The entire staff was very attentive and the room was clean and quiet, Highly recommended!
- flamingogal13 (8/5): nice place - Our room was on the 1st floor. It was compfy. The breakfast got started late. It sits in back of a restaurant so you did not have to walk to eat. It is close to the hiway. The staff was friendly. The outside looks clean and we felt safe.
- Yosserian (2/5): Two words... A Dump - We needed 2 rooms and only 2 left so we took them. One was 2 room suite which the wife and I took. Dirty carpets, poor maintenance, paper on floor, no ironing board, 1 pair of bare ceiling lights with no other table lights in bed room, had to mop shower room floor with tiles due to a short shower curtain, couch and chairs broken. $160 a night? The front desk clerk was less than concerned, and asked when the manager was to be there, short neck salute. Told me he would tell the owner, but I doubt it very much. Would not recommend this 'place' to anyone who has any class or self respect.
- peeshCharleston_SC (10/5): Great for the money - Not a place that I can't wait to get back to. BUT i was there on business and it worked. Decent resteraunt across the street and a convient store. Staff wasn't overly friendly, but very effecient. I would stay here again.
- brickie074 (6/5): Standard hotel - The room was clean and breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular. I was there for work so I stayed for a week. I didn't see any bugs. There is not an elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you might want to request the bottom floor.
- 947laurao (6/5): Did the job. - There is not an amazing choice of hotels in Russellville and this one was convenient for work. The room was standard, two queen bed, a desk and chairs, open wardrobe and a decent bathroom is all a little dated. The beds were comfrtoable. The air conditioning was very noisy so I turned it off. The breakfast is included in the price and is not great (cereals, some pastries in celophane - the standard stuff). Lots of parking and large spaces. The rooms were kept very clean though. The WiFi was very speedy.
- DavidB90 (8/5): Nice Motel in Russellville - The clerks were very professional both at check in and check out. We like the fact we can park at out door and not do steps, as it is difficult for us. Room was clean. A nice refrigerator and microwave was supplied in our two queen bed room as well as a table and two chairs. The beds were comfortable and the bath room clean. The breakfast had scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon and biscuits with butter, jelly and honey. Gravy would have been a nice addition, but we did ok. Cereal, bread, muffins, and yogurt was also available. Enough to get you started. There is a nice family restaurant across the street. We would stay again. The price was a little higher than we would have paid in Bowling Green for a similar room, but since I only found two hotels in Russellville, I understand supply and demand. It was still less than $100.00 with our AAA discount.
- frequenttravelerdave (6/5): The dead crickets kept showing up on the floor - I am not a fan of Quality Inns. i stayed because it was close to where I was working. The service experience at check in was excellent. The room was cleaner than most hotels of this caliber. The problem i found two dead crickets on the bathroom floor. They weren't there when I first entered the room, which tells me they have an infestation and have sprayed the hotel to kill them. They just ended up dying in my room. My suggestion stay at the Hampton down the road 10 miles it can't be that much more than the 94.00 dollars I paid. i am betting you won't find crickets on the floor
- tishay2018 (8/5): Pleasantly surprised - Stayed here on Thursday evening for a family funeral. We checked in about 3:00. They check in was very easy. They person at the front desk was friendly. My mom and I went down to raid the snack machine about an hour later and the young man told us he had fresh coffee in the lobby. We helped ourselves and it was very good coffee. Our room had two queens. My mother and I thought the beds were very comfortable. Our room seemed very clean and smelled fresh. We had free internet access. It was a little slow, as is most hotel internet service. Breakfast was adequate. They had egg squares, sausage links and biscuits. Several cereal options. Several pastries. We thought this was a very good stay.
- SaraGarver (4/5): Not again - Our stay was brief. As in, we checked in at 3 a.m. and out at 8 or 9 a.m. The person who answered the phone was rude. I gave the phone to my husband to talk to him. We had been trying for 2-3 hours to book a room for the night in Ky. Every hotel we called was booked because of a volleyball tournament and a gun show. The man didn't tell us it was a smoking room. Just that it was a king bed room. We got into our room and it smelled horrible. Not worth the few hours of sleep for the $160.00 that it cost us. Won't be going back there.
- ranger505 (8/5): Pleasantly Surprised - When traveling in rural Kentucky, it's often difficult to find lodging close to your destination; as was the case here. Russellville doesn't offer many places to stay, and the Quality Inn was not a bad choice. The rooms were very typical of a roadside motel in size and amenities. The room had a refrigerator (very quiet) and a microwave. The beds were adequate though I found the pillows to be too small and kind of irritating. The motel is near a main highway, so you will get road noise in the room. Just think of that loud pick up truck going by as local color! (Living in a rural community I'm actually quite used to it). Internet service was free and had good speed and the TV picture was crisp and sharp with plenty of network and other channels available.
The rooms were clean and appeared to be recently renovated. There were rolls of old carpet and new carpet in the alcove, so it must be an on-going project. There are smoking rooms in this motel, but I couldn't detect any smoke in my room.
The complimentary breakfast was the usual fare, nothing to complain or brag about. It may be a bit overpriced for the area, but they do have a corner on the market. AARP and other discounts are available.
This is most likely an older property, all the rooms have outside entrances.
- mrsmom2014 (4/5): Probably the best there is for Russellville - If you are looking for the Ritz, don't even come. The front side looks okay. I was not aware until we got there that it is an all outside access entry and that there is no elevator. We were on the 2nd floor, so I got to drag/pull my 100 pound suitcase with wheels up the stairs.
When I opened the door, the room was extremely hot. The air conditioner ran, but I don't think it worked. The room was fairly updated, and the Wi-Fi did work great. The television was nice; we had lots of electrical outlets; and I really liked the little table and chairs we could sit at & eat and work.
The funniest thing about the room (and the worst thing) was that the lights would come on and go off at random times-especially in the bathroom. It was like a ghost was in the room! It didn't bother us that much because the time we spent in the room was very little, but I did tell the front desk clerk because it could make the wrong customer really mad. My son was hollering in the shower because it went pitch black in the bathroom, and then I hollered at him because the light in the room just randomly came on while I was sleeping. Room 208 (for future reference) :)
The towels were pretty small and flimsy. There were 3 of us and there were only 2 towels until we asked for more.
They did have a free continental breakfast. It was okay too. They have a wafflemaker. One morning, they had sausage and biscuits & the next morning they had bacon & biscuits. I was looking for the industrial scrambled eggs that most motels have, but no luck.
Also-warning-there is just not a whole lot to do and eat in Russellville. There was a restaurant across the road from the motel and we heard it was delicious, but they close by 8 on Friday and Saturday nights. We drove around & finally ended up finding a Dominoes and brought a pizza back to the room.
I was there for business and I had to be close. Otherwise, I would have stayed in Bowling Green.
- kvh1965 (4/5): Overpriced - The motel is being re-modeled, and it is all outside access entry. My main complaint is it was way overpriced for the quality of the facility. I paid $110 for 4 adults and believed with my breakfast coupons I would be receiving an $8 breakfast per person at Denny's which made the pricer closer to acceptable for the quality of the place. Instead the breakfast was in Denny's, but was just set up in a sideroom like a typical hotel with a hot breakfast would have. My opinion is it is an OK place to stay if priced more in the $70 - $80 range, not worth much more than that. Average at best.
- 798brianm (6/5): Not a lot of other choices - I traveled to Russellville for business. The Quality Inn looked like a good choice and it was adequate in many ways. It looks to have undergone a budget makeover not too long ago and seems up to date. The price was reasonable. The desk clerks were very good.
But traveling on business, I needed a desk or work area. There was none. The only place to sit was a fold out couch that was not good to sit on for more than a few minutes. And like a lot of places that are older designs, the outlets are not at all handy or plentiful. The wifi worked very well.
Also, this is a hotel with direct access to the rooms. That means that when people from adjacent rooms go outside to smoke, it is going to be right in front of your room.
Overall, very average. I might stay here again if I could not find anything better.
- Skipper1967vet (4/5): Dated and poorly maintained - There was not a comfortable chair in the room but two desk chairs that were worn sitting under a tall table and it as worn. The toilet stopped up twice. The sink was cracked and for a small hotel in a small town it was way over priced.
- jd124 (6/5): Best in town - My husband had to travel for his job, and we decided to bring the rest of our family in order to visit the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green. The hotel location was good in reference to where my husband had to travel, and it did seem to be the only decent hotel in town. A word of caution, don't blink or you will miss downtown Russellville. The staff was very courteous, and the room overall was a bit dated but still clean and comfortable.
- tigreuno (10/5): Enjoyed our stay. - I love Quality Inn! Everyone was great at the front desk. My room was great and smelled great. The only thing missing was the bacon on the breakfast bar. The young lady behind the desk was very helpful and kind.It was a comfy and relaxing stay at Quality Inn . Very good amenities, including free hot breakfast, free fitness center access, free internet, and access too great pool area. The accomodation was great fun, stay with Quality Inn made it even better. I will prefer to stay here again rather than other hotels in the area which are highly priced providing less or more same facilities. I give five out of five stars to Quality Inn
