Whitaker (1/5): Booking.com is trash the hotel is trash too - Mexican lady young one very disrespectful when I pulled up she started off disrespectful she's there every night and booking.com took 85% of my money I booked it 30 minutes later I pulled to the hotel got disrespected by the hotel lady and top it all off I get my money tooken because I wanted my money back because of the disrespect that the attended gave me at least can I get my money back instead of $6

Drug heads and prostitutes where in and out that hotel. There where no covers on the beds, the toilet didn't flush, it was cigarette burns all on the floors and windows. My family and I stayed there 2 hours and left .......! ⬆️

Zachary (1/5): SHIT MOTEL STAY AWAY - Nothing Everything. It was absolutely filthy. Bugs EVERYWHERE. Even in the bed. Half of the doors didnt work. Crackheads everywhere. I think this is a drug motel that the police need to be looking at. I will NEVER book a Motel 6 again because of this experience. I have stayed at many Motel 6 in the past and I've NEVER experienced anything like this. I didnt feel safe here. STAY AWAY

anetria (2/5): Roach motel - I was not pleased with the children running up and down I asked the front is numerous of times did they do something about the loud noise I know this is a family hotel but children should not be running up and down the highway like people ain't got no jobs if I was in the night and early in the goddamn morning I asked the front desk and they called I'm talking about it but no one did nothing about it last night and me and I'll be mine before I do take drugs since I'm on probation secondhand smoke is the worst am I not correct but overall my state was not good the land noise people hanging out beside the window being loud 1:00 in the morning the security guard was not there it's nasty in the hallways you got homeless people just sleeping in the hallway no one's doing nothing about it the doors is walking what's the point of having a security door if it does not work I did not feel safe in my state someone with a gun could just walk in her and did anything send me of someone else like I said there are children as well before it's tied on when you try to get in there's no point of using the key because you can just walk right in the doors or jammed up and rigged up the security guard does not do his job he just walks around the property and looks into his phone he's not concerned for the people that sleep in the parking lot it's supposed to have a room here I'll say that to say this I am not pleased with my stay as a lawyer member I'm not happy I do not pay $280 to be unhappy 😡

Verified traveler (2/5): My worse experience ever! - I always use this line of hotels, but this one I stayed in Dallas was so bad. The smell was horrible, it was in the hall and in the room. I had to use my whole perfume. The pool was dirty, water was some kind of greenish. We didn't feel safe. Good thing we just stayed for one night.
Johnson-Purifoy (1/5): They need to be shut down - Do not EVER pay to stay here There was trash all throughout the hallway the room that they gave us. One of the beds were broken down and unmade. There were roaches crawling across the floor as soon as we open the door people walking around in the hallways, going from room to room as if they were having a partyfloorboards creaking cracked holes and walls dirty walls. Someone had a posted sign on their door that they were a prostitute. I really wish I could upload the videos and pictures. I took this place needs to be shut down immediately.

There was people who was living there a lot longer than just a few nights there was people washing their car out there. It was a lot of loud noises at night there was kids running up and down the hallway. The toilet was leaking so the whole bathroom floor was wet. There was a phone charger wrapped around the shower head and the fire. Alarm was off of the little block on the wall and I took a picture and I showed the manager and he act like he did not even care and he actually acted like he was upset that he had to get up out of his chair to come speak to me. I wish I could give zeros.

Thinking about the place makes me nauseous. And the Indian girl at the front desk has a very nasty attitude as well for no reason , no customer service skills , just rude and thinks she’s better than those staying there and lying about fees that don’t exist per motel 6 policy , she needs to be replaced in order not to loose more customers . I’ve stayed in almost every motel 6 in dfw area and I can say this is worst I’ve ever been too . Would never return nor refer any of my loved ones here . Do better !

What I didn't like is the disrespectful people staying there and I really feel like I should get some type of compensation back due to the last day I stayed the house keep did not even knock on my doors for towels tissue or anything and for me ro get off work with my husband with no cleaning te room an no towels the night before that we stayed in the room into 12 because the TV didn't work on and the roaches lord yall need to have intemater come spray.

P (1/5): What stay? - N/A My reservation was not honored as far as my requirement of 0 ground floor. I was not informed of this until arriving in an Uber at the hotel. The clerk rudely stated, " these things are not guaranteed."

The lady at the front desk told me if i did it online to contact booking.com which i did. Property doesn't respond to emails, and they never answer their phones. This is bad customer service. I need someone to contact me about my refund!!!

Dmytro (5/5): Not pleasant at all - Inside of the room everything is clean (room, bathroom etc). 1. NOICE, shouts. There we several black people sleeping / staying in the cars (homeless??) who talked by phone with their friends . Then they started to scream, shout “N words”, crying , and so on. It happened until 11 pm 2. Inside of the room, doors to other room is so thick that you can hear when people breathing. Then other family started arguing , shouting and so on. 3. Blanket/cover on the bed was damaged by cigarettes
