Ils ont eu l'attention de me remettre un 47.60$ sur un bill de 899.35(avec dépôt de 200$) Bien apprécier mais très dérisoire, d'après-vous? Énorme trafic pour le peu d'ascenseur disponible très petite d'ailleurs. Et de plus l'espace est restreinte lors de l'attente. Une de disfonctionnelle. TV la manette n'était pas coopérative du tout, donc pas de tv pour le week-end, Wi-Fi lent. SUR LES TOIT DE L'ÉDIFICES

Éric (5/5): Bien déçu. - Rien, vraiment. L'odeur de la piscine empestait tout l'hôtel, même le 3e sous-sol... Le fait que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas... particulièrement pénible de dormir avec aucune ventilation, ni ventilateur de disponible... inacceptable. De plus, dans la toilette, la peinture écaillait dans tous les coins et le rideau de douche ne méritait plus d'être utilisé... sans oublier le jet qui n'avait aucune véritable pression. Enfin, aucunes lampes d'appoint pour lire alors que sa partenaire dors tranquille et le divan était tellement creux, tout comme le matelas d'ailleurs, que c'est vraiment abusé des gens que d'offrir de tels meubles...

Steve (6/5): L'hotel est bien situé à prix abordable mais secteur en constante construction - L'hotel est bien situé. Malgré le fait que l'hotel est bien situé, cette rue semble en contante construction depuis au moins 3 ans, la circulation est terrible avec les nombreux connes oranges (probablement un centaine). Le stationnement n'est pas facile d'accès surtout si vous avez un camion, vous devez faire tout le tour du voisinnage afin de vous rendre derrière l'hotel. Aussi, il nous a été impossible de réglé la température de la pièce nous même, ça semblait être contrôler à la centrale donc il faisait chaud et même si on a réglé la température de la pièce plus basse cela n'a eu aucune influence, incapable de mettre la fan manuelle, rien.

Give this place a miss. - Cleanliness, location On week-ends, the heating system as well as air conditioning are being programmed by an absentee technician (this is what people at the reception desk told us). In other words, there is nobody on location to fix problems on Saturdays and Sundays. As was the case last time we were in Quebec City, our room felt uncomfortably cold and clerks at the reception desk were less than helpful, in spite of their stream of apologies.

Personnel a l'accueil gentil La première chambre que nous avons eu, il restait quelque chose dans le frigo, il n'avait pas été nettoyer et il avait une odeur très désagréable. Ensuite, on a été placer près des ascenseurs, c'était bruyant, on entendait les bips et les bruits de decente et monter. Lit un peu dur et chambre de bain assez petite. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre, l'air climatisé n'a pas fonctionner. On m'a informé quand j'ai téléphoner que le dépôt de garantie était rembourser dans les 7 a 10 jours mais pourtant sur ma réservation a booking ca dit le jour même et personnene m'a informé. Très décevant, je ne crois pas y retourner. Hotel pas très récent dans les corridors, vieux tapis. Ca ne vaut pas le prix. Il y avait des travaux sur la route, donc difficile d'accès par l'avant
