Guest Reviews
- Kiauna (3/5): - People outside of room door all hours of the night. Breakfast was lukewarm at best. Room was dingy. Felt like the "long term" residents of the hotel bring the place down a lot as far as safety and security.
- Robert (3/5): - Most thongs went well The management required to see an additional credit card despite my having paid through booking.com. This was a unilateral decision by the management. I travel with 2 cards, most don't. That is a bad business practice and calls into question the integrity of the property owners.
- Julie (8/5): Good for price. Clean and Comfortable - Super friendly staff, clean, quiet room. Great value. Nice jetted spa tub. Comfortable and accommodating. Free breakfast. Mattress was comfortable but sunk towards the middle causing my partner and I to roll towards each other. Lights over headboard didn't work and bathtub plug didn't fit.
- Miguel (5/5): -
- George (2/5): -
- Robert (5/5): Real good value for the price. - room was clean and smelled clean. breakfast is fresher than the Omak Best Western. The heat regulates better than Best Western too This is simply an old hotel with old bathroom fixtures. I rented a room that advertised a whirlpool tub but it wasn't hooked up. I wasn't charged extra but it is disappointing. Door jam had obviously been busted in at some time in the past. I would not trust for security and the stairs to the second floor need to be welded properly.
- Diana (1/5): We will never ever stay there again. I should turn it into the health dept. - The bed was comfortable. No mattress pad. Skeet on mattress. Sheet stainef.
Towels were stained and dingy gray.
The table was filthy around the legs and under them.
The room wasn't ready when we checked in. There was garbage stacked up and overflowing im the garbage can outside the door
The pavement outside the door was filthy and stained. When I picked up my little dogs dish there was a pile of ants.
- Diane (2/5): Ugh - Desk clerk helpful and friendly. Old, WiFi crappy, bed sagged, dirty, key difficult. An old worn out motel. A place for the homeless.
- Ryan (1/5): -
- Cally (1/5): Na I left - I did not even stay at this property due to safety issues. Staff informed me that it was not a safe place to stay. I left.
- CAROL (2/5): Never again - We neede booking.com to call the front desk to open up so we could check in.
The room was shabby and most of the lighting didn’t work.
- Edward (10/5): 5 days and was all good 👍 - Great breakfast and location Noisy rigs
- zumwalt (1/5): -
- Robert (5/5): -
- Peter (4/5): Slecht, ver van wegblijven ondanks een lage rate! - Niets, ontbijt was OK.
- Skyler (1/5): Would not recommend to my worst enemy - Nothing unfortunately Stains on all of the bedding including pillow cases, lifted the bed to check for bed bugs ( I do this everywhere) and it felt really greasy. The room just felt nasty all around made me want to take a shower as soon as I walked in obviously else where though. Also never heard back from the manager as too what I should expect for a refund since we did not stay for more than 5 min
- Kyle (10/5): We last minute needed a place to stay instead of driving further home that night the girl at the front desk in the eveni - Easy check in Maintenance guy
- Mike (1/5): -
- Tatum (6/5): Good - N/A N/A
- Frank (2/5): - Musty smell, dirty, dusty and cob webs. The finish on the vanity was pealing off as was the finish on the fake wood floor. Sagging mattress, lumpy pillows, dirty comforter. I would not stay there again or recommend it to my worst enemy.
- Jane (2/5): - We should have known when we drove onto the property that it would not be a clean, safe place to stay. The pictures on the Expedia website are very very deceiving that Rodeway Inn has submitted. When we parked in front of the room the staircase going to the second floor on the outside was in front of our door. Very hard to get in with luggage, and even the door was filthy, dirty. The Oder that hit us when we opened up the door was horrendous. We immediately noticed how filthy the room was with dirt and dust. The furniture was all stained and ripped I would not have sat in that chair or on the beds. The TV did not work, the microwave was filthy, coffee pot, dusty, and the bathroom was so nasty. Dirty tub, toilet was dirty and toilet paper was out. The towels were way past use for bathroom. Worn, stained, ripped, looked more like cleaning rags. The blinds were filthy and had a square cut at the bottom in them so anyone could see in. We are not picky people, as long as the room is clean, we do not need the plush latest Decour, do you appreciate a TV that works and clean appliances in the room. When we went back to the office and turn the key in and said we would not be staying there and why, the gal at the desk even advised us not to stay and gave us a paper with a referral number that she had canceled the room and we were to contact who wbooked it through which was Expedia for a full refund. When Expedia tried to get the refund for us, Rodeway Inn declined it. So dissatisfied!
- Aaron (8/5): - With this price point, you have a good idea what you're getting. The buildings are quite old, and with so many people living here full time, I was expecting the room itself to be a horrorshow. But I was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and the bed comfy, and the shower was spectacular. Like everything else, the room was dated, and the mini fridge hadn't been defrosted since the Clinton administration, so be sure to check for the iceberg in your own room before proceeding. The "breakfast" was the standard, low-effort of hard boiled eggs and refrigerated carb options. But the coffee was good.
- Joyce (5/5): -
- John (10/5): - Clean and Quiet
- James (5/5): -
- Reta (10/5): - Wonderful staff… Facilities were old but clean..
- christopher (2/5): - Dirty linen and bed spread had to put my own sheet and blanket on bed.
No TV works
Wifi might as well not.have a password.
The most ive spent on a room in 10.months of.travel and got the least out of it.
This is the first bad review i have ever left
- Robin (6/5): - This property provided the amenities listed, but it is rundown and not very clean. It did not seem to be in a safe area either.
- Sandra (2/5): - Had we not booked online and pre-paid and non-refundable, we would have not stayed. The room had burn holes on the table and comforter. The 'white' towels were dingy grey. The amount of trash, beer bottles, cotton swabs, etc. on the walkways and parking lot was disturbing. When we went to open our door, found it wasn't latched. Upon further inspection there was a screw blocking the door from closing and locking. My husband fixed the screw and noticed it appeared there was a previous attempt of a break-in. This property is very rundown and not at all inviting.
- Sharon (2/5): I forgot to ask for partial refund - The floor was filthy. The remote didn’t work at all so I had to stand at a slow tv to change channels. The tv had a wide section in the middle that was deficient and the picture want good. No volume control at all.
There was only spotty internet even with the password.
There were was only one electric outlets to use for phone charger. I had to fish the extension cords under the bed connecting the lamp to use for my side of bed.
The room also smelled weird and not pleasant.
- Myrna (2/5): - No tv couldn’t unlock front door Water oozing up through floor in bathroom curtain’s about ready to fall off the wall
- Geraldo (1/5): - Cheiro ruim.
Toalhas sujas.
Ar condicionado sem regulagem, sĂł liga ou desliga.
- Jason (2/5): Terrible, terrible terrible - Attempted to place me in a room where somebody else was already staying. I was told that there was limited rooms with working televisions. Torn comforter, dirty floor king bed was bent and warped. I paid for two days and stayed for one. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to
- Gilbert (7/5): - Rénovation a faire, en général propreté limite
- Janelle (1/5): We canceled the booking - Broken tiles and poor caulking in the bathroom, no working t.v., overall looked dirty and old
- Harsha Vardhan (2/5): - Very unsafe, shady people all around smoking and drinking aroundthe rooms and cars, do not pick this option if you have family with you. Dirty bathrooms and shower was not working
- Larry (4/5): - Electrical outlets not working.
Microwave not working.
Needed pillow cases for pillows.
Did provide a universal tv controller on request to be able to change TV input for fire stick.
Cigarette buts littered walkway outside our room.
- Leticia (2/5): - My brother got a room never got key because no one was at the front desk never answered any calls I would never stay there
- Paul (4/5): - I reserved a King. On arrival was told they had none, but they would put me in a two bed room for no extra charge. The clerk gave me a key - after 3 tries, but could provide no direction to the room. I could not make that 3rd key open the room after I found it so the clerk huffed out, turned the key in the lock and slammed the door open before storming away. She had not mentioned that the door mechanism was broken so the handle would not move! I felt as if I was a hindrance to her makeup applications rather than a guest. I felt like I'd just bern spit on! The room was a minimally equipped accessible unit, which I did not want or need. Ill kept and dirty. No way a wheelchair would have fit, had I needed one. Door security lock was completely broken off. The drapes were not wide enough to cover the window, so we were exposed to the world!
- Angelo (7/5): Ottimo - Stanza da 4 persone comoda e grande, pulita.
- Gay (8/5): - We stayed at a very busy time. They were very helpful in getting us into our room as soon as it was available. Staff were very helpful and courteous. They had breakfast. Location was very close to Stampede grounds.
- Tara (2/5): - The TV was broken The room smelled like chemicals. Even the lady checking us in told us what a crap hole motel this is. Unfortunately we had already paid and were not offered a refund.. This place should not be associated with Choice Hotels. DO NOT STAY HERE.
- Karlene (8/5): - Convenient to walk to Omak Stampede.
- Paul (2/5): Love the location close to the rodeo, but would not stay there again - Close to the rodeo The hotel was very old outdated in the television did not work
- jim (6/5): - Old and very run down. But clean.
- Craig (2/5): - First room was not cleaned, second room was not cleaned, had to wait while young girl ccleaned roo and not very well. Bottom of mattress cloth hanging underneath, no room service, no hairdryer. Property needs whole revamp
- Carol (2/5): - There was nothing we liked there. It was really old, with broke and cracked tile in bathrooms. Towels were stained and dirty. TV did not work. Floors were dirty. Plus i got bit by something in the night. Wouldn't recommend or go back.
- Elizabeth (6/5): - Very old motel. Everything is cheap and pretty worn. Linens, altho clean, were discolored, and the pillows were flat as pancakes. A little money spent to replace linens would go along way
- chris (2/5): - Were do i start are room wasn't ready at 2:00 not even at 3:00 so they gave us another room . The door trim was missing on the bottom and around the door, The air conditioner cover was broken and falling off, None of the TV worked, There were no klenex in the holder, Towels were stained. The traffic noise coming through the door and a/c was so loud we couldn't sleep. All the vending machines in the office were broken. We booked 2 nights but left after 1 needed to get some sleep. Will not ever stay here again.
- Gary (5/5): Employees exemplary, room not so much. - The location is right downtown which is nice however the rooms are completely run down and my door was not secure. However I had an incident in both the cleaning woman and desk clerk we're very honest and very nice because I dropped my debit card and did not know it. Suzanne in the office knocked on my door I figure an hour after I dropped it in the parking lot and told me that the woman had found my card and gave it to her. I was very appreciative as you can understand. Please please give Suzanne kudos for her personality and attitude which were both exemplary. The condition of the rooms were terrible to say the least.
- ron (4/5): - It took the tries to find a room that the door V lock mechanisms actually worked, and the key would open the doors. Once inside a room, cleanliness was acceptable however bed spread was worn and torn. Curtain rod was not supported properly bent and falling off the wall. About 2am the smoke detector decided to loose its mind. Had to remove from mount and remove battery to get out to shut off. The stars leading up to the room on the second floor are corroded and in need of repair. Just not a good experience. And this is not the first time in regards to this experience at a choice group property. This will be the last time I book any choice group property.
- Dan (2/5): - Room smelled bad. Water leaking on bathroom and no television
- Linda (1/5): Na - Nothing Nothing
- Pamela (2/5): I would never go there again. - When checking in, the Manager said the WiFi might work, and some TVs worked. Both my WiFi and TV worked. They facility and my room were in sad repair. The air conditioner pumped out cold air, but its internal thermostat did not work, so even with the cooling set to 80 degrees it pumped out frigid air. I had to turn it off. When going to bed, the room was cold, but there were no blankets on the bed, or in the room, only a sheet, and a colored top layer the thickness of another sheet. The room was still frigid, so I had to turn the heat on. Again, the heater thermostat (same unit) was not working correctly, so I had to keep turning the temp up into the 80s before any heat would come out. This took a lot of trial and error, and was not how I wanted to spend my evening. The room had a refrigerator (good), but it was just sitting the the middle of the floor. I put my orange juice in, and it froze solid over night. The shower worked, but the towels were gray, and covered with black marks. I went to shave in the morning, and the bathroom mirror was missing, just mounting clips left. The breakfast "included with the price of the room" was almost non-existent. There was more, but you get the idea. The entire experience was a black mark for Rodeway Inns.
- MIN (6/5): - a
- Joe (3/5): -
- Gustavo (10/5): - Nice people
- Patterson (1/5): Don't count on it. - Absolutely zero. Reserved a 2 bed room 5 days in advance.
When I show up. They don't have a double, but say they will give me two singles instead for the same price. The idiot at the counter clicked away on his computer for over ten minutes. Then said, sorry, we don't even have a room for you at all.
- Shile (1/5): Bad -
- Pat (10/5): - This was a simple room but it was very clean.
- Nicholas (5/5): Umm ok - Ok for what it is Rooms where kinda bad the fridge was under the sink and the shelf was broken open shampoo bottles and used soap bars in the tub window leaks when it rains
- jeffery (2/5): - No rooms available even though reserved.
- Erica (3/5): Poor -
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- John (2/5): - Room was filthy. Solo cups under bed. People smoking marijuana outside my door. Flys and spiders throughly the room. Dont recommend
- Amanda (4/5): Don’t get me wrong, they are all kind people the… - This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Not many options in this town. Some rooms here report to have bed bugs which is scary. The floors are FILTHY. They clearly don’t mop the floors. The mattress is less comfortable than the mattresses in prison. Per my husband. There is no Internet WiFi option during my second stay which means there was no tv. Don’t stay here if you plan to relax at all. There are 2 blankets that are basically sheets and are very dirty. They don’t wash the top cover. Bathrooms are also gross. There was poop in the toilet upon our arrival. Only one lamp works. Fridge isn’t cold…. Must I go on? I guess you get what you pay for but, it’s very frustrating to not get the bare minimum of cleanliness and WiFi. The lady at the front desk checking us in was sweet. That’s the only good thing about this. You’d probably have better luck at a motel 6…. But there isn’t one. Very disappointed.. both times. Do better please.
- Emme (8/5): - Enjoyed the older style and the actual physical regular key for our room. The free breakfast was small but good. Hotel is right off the main street so walking to dinner and around town was easy and simple. Only complaint was our AC wasn't working, but it was no big deal and staff made sure to let us know when we went to check in to make sure we were okay with it (it was the only room left). Kept the window open and we were alright.
- Abin (1/5): Bad - Staff just said the room was not available multiple times even with confirmed reservation. And gave dirty room with previous guest's food waste, dirty towels etc first. And when we showed dirty photos, he gave another cleaned room.
- Ruth (8/5): It was a pleasant and short trip. - Pet friendly, very good breakfast. The motel was older. Didn't seem to be recently updated but good for the price.
- John (6/5): - Staff was great, however the property had some issues, 101° ice machine was empty wifi did not work door was tricky to open
- Alan (2/5): - The front desk lady was great, did all she could with an awful property. We cancelled our reservations after trying 2 rooms and went elsewhere.
- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was very nice! It was really clean, and the pool was nice and cold!! With pool noodles and balls! Controller didnt work on the smart tv part had to change input on tv and use cable but that's definitely not a deal breaker
- Warren (4/5): - Dirty room , old ....broken shower.....should be more like $40. Not $100!!!
- Cindy (8/5): - Affordable
- Verified traveler (4/5): My stay - The faculty was poorly maintained with minimum effort. Its room rate doesn't match with the facility at all. Corporate, if there is one, should take a hard look at this place.
- Stuart (8/5): - This was a good value. Everything worked. It was quiet, freshly painted, and had a good breakfast. I would stay here again.
- Patricia (2/5): - This place is the armpit of WA. TV didnt work, toilet not flushed or cleaned, papercup of coffee in the desk and left there,,, with mold on top. Bath towels used and dirty on the floor, and same with used wash clothes,,, but the bed was clean,,,,.
That night manager said he would refund my payment. Had to have 2 rooms cuz I needed the tv white noise..... and my TV didnt work
- Garry (5/5): Passable - Close to downtown and all it amenities. The TV didn't work the water pressure was nonexistent a discount even a small 1 would have atleast been a gesture of apology for the hassle.
- Melissa (2/5): - Trash in mini fridge and all over bathroom ground
- Bmett2 (2/5): Horrible Dirty Disgusting rooms and completely misleading extremely inaccurate pictures - HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. We checked in and out in five minutes. How this place got the reviews it has I have no idea. I don't know when these pictures were taken either because it was not anytime recent. The lobby looks nothing like the pictures its dirty gross and completely rundown although the soda machine with the sign that indicated it dispensed warm sodas was a nice touch. They said they had breakfast but I would have been too afraid to tough anything if we had stayed. The room was awful and the key cards no longer work so they give you an actual key that's only meant to be a backup option to the card. Before we even got to the room we were told all the TV's in the rooms were broken. The bottom of the door was coming apart so you could see under it. I always pull the sheet back to check for bugs and I not only found dead bugs but I found variety of stains from various bodily fluids. There were dead bugs all around the room and something red on the wall above the bed that I'm assuming was blood. I pushed down on the bed and it felt like it was going to collapse. The tub was dirty, stained and uncleaned. Again the pictures of the rooms and lobby especially are NOT ACCURATE I repeat not accurate. To top it off the tweakers roaming the parking lot were the icing on the cake. Also remember this is what we saw in only five minutes of being there.
- Rebecca (4/5): In hindsight I should have paid a bit more for another place - Staff was very nice and accommodating/AC worked/It was pet friendly Beat up, no tv, uncomfortable old mattress, room appeared clean, had to stuff towels under door to keep critters out. It still cost me about $84 BW and others were $124... neighborhood is questionable, felt it was important to be aware of my surroundings but not fearful.
- Lori (7/5): Good -
- Kassie (1/5): I hope I get my money back, I felt unsafe and disgusting. I wasn’t expecting much, but at least a clean bed would have b - Nothing. The staff was super friendly and this is it. It was a dump. I didn’t even stayed. Stains in beds, bug and hair in bath and hair in beds. Proof that no one even cleaned the bed sheets. We were offered two rooms, both had stains and were gross.
- David (4/5): - Friendly but untrained check in staff. No function television signal
- Dana (2/5): - Dirty, Tv didn’t work, the lights on the wall by the headboard didn’t even have outlets to plug into, reserved for a Friday and Sat, didn’t even stay the second night
- Jeff (8/5): Very good -
- Mike (2/5): - Food still in the fridge and its unplugged!!! Can't read the heater/AC Unit because it's old need upgrades. Bed sucks. My list Can' go on I'd ask for a refund if I'd get it I pray I don't take bed bugs home tomorrow. I did stay here about 4/5 months back Figured I'd try again but all the TV'S are still broken the lady at front desk said I think you got the 1 room with working TV. Well it turns on but has a 6" black line down the middle. FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE PEOPLE. Sorry.
- John (8/5): Stay in a Pinch - The place was very clean. No odors left from cleaning . A few updated would be encouraged thicker towels. The ones provided are dated and old barely dry your body without the towel being drenched. Better quality linen the sheets were aged and thin. Yes clean but thin, better quality bed blankets nowadays they are using qua
It’s sheets to use as cover like a duvet. We bought our own sleeping bags not knowing what was available, glad we did otherwise we would hav had to have the heater on all night. The weekend in Omak on a Saturday night noisy and lots of cr racing ( of course this is not Rodeway Inn fault) , TV did not work . It’s an okay place in a pinch.
- Suzanne (3/5): Poor - Internet did not work, room was very outdated, bathroom floor was in need of cleaning, worst thing was check out was at 11am and the man was thr to clean at 845 am and stood there and watch and waited for me to get loaded and packed up. It was very pushy and rude. The room was very old, cupboards were dirty, and the fridge was falling thru the floor inside the cupboard. TV had no streaming and didn't get any channels. When you pay for things, they should work. It says all of that was provided, but none of it worked. It's cheap and that's what you get. I stay in the area often and decided to give it a try. Won't be back. I'd rather pay more to really have what they say is provided.
- Lurae (10/5): Very nice - It could have had more of a breakfast but it was very good Needed pancakes and eggs potatoes and sausage
- Lurae (10/5): Very nice - Very nice
- William (8/5): 2 days at the 12 Tribes Casino - Cheap and clean
- Richard (8/5): A very good stay. - It was a good experience and the staff was helpful. I would stay there again.
- Brent (1/5): Bad - Bed bugs
- Arthur (6/5): - Nice area, clean, really wasn't quite area or rooms besides ours.
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (2/5): - I reserved 8 rooms. One of the rooms didn't have a working tv. An air raid siren went off at 10:30 at night, like you were in a zombie apocalypse movie. One of the rooms had hotdogs in the microwave when we checked in. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot at about 8 o'clock at night openly.
- HEATHER (6/5): - The check in was awful. It was 7pm and the receptionist was unwelcoming and unfriendly. She clearly didn’t want to be there.
The rest of the stay was fine. The room was clean and as advertised.
The check out was fine. The 8 am receptionist was lovely.
- Catherine (6/5): - 1st room TV had big black stripe not working, and jacuzzi tub didnt work. 2nd room door wouldn't secure, jucuzzi tub didnt work and very low water pressure. Office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking lot by first room had huge snow burm blocking parking area, the rest of the lot was clear of snow. Theyre pet friendly, but no place for pets or service animals to do their business. But cant beat the price for the area. Walking distance to most of downtown area.
