Guest Reviews
- James (9/5): -
- Alfred (1/5): Tricked by the Booking com software! - Nothibg The software switched on me. I put in Gordonsville VIRGINIA and it pulled Gordonsville TENNESSEE. I didn't notice so I spent the first night on a niece's couch. I'D LIKE A REFUND FOR THE TWO NIGHTS INPAID.
- Steven (8/5): good place when passing through - The breakfast variety was fairly good. I like the balance of hot food options and take-and-go options. It was easy to eat healthy and enjoy breakfast. The coffee was good. Clean rooms and did not get a contact high from other rooms. I appreciate that a great deal. The sausage tasted good, but I think it was turkey as the texture was a bit off. Not something I would recommend.
- Michele Cantarutti (9/5): - Pulizia Top
Personale Top .
- Miller (4/5): Airbnb is recommended - Location and staff Pool closed, room was in need of repair, light outside our window blinked what waste horrible to try to ignore
- Marilyn (8/5): - The breakfast was good. I like the choice of waffles between the original and blueberry. Wish that mini muffins had been offered
- Angela (9/5): -

- Christina (10/5): 10/10 - The room was clean and cozy. And the guy at the front desk was really nice. Would definitely stay here again if in the area

- Richard (9/5): -
- Pam (10/5): Wonderful - Everything was wonderful , bed was very comfortable, air conditioning was good lots hot water and love the shampoo and conditioner The cable wasn't very good the channels
- Matt (7/5): I will stay again - The breakfast very limited. I have stayed before and it was much better
- Charles (10/5): -

- Federico (10/5): - Todo en general esta muy bien
- Jason (9/5): Nice place to stay. Good value - Location and staff Nothing

- Lynn (9/5): I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area. Very happy with everything with this hotel. - Friendly staff, easy fast check in and check out, comfortable bed, very good water pressure, good breakfast, quiet. Nothing.
- Everett (10/5): Comfortable - Great location and comfortable stay!
- Heather (10/5): - We stay here often during hunting season & haven't ever had any issues We had to get up early to leave lol Didnt even get to have the breakfast
- Katelan (10/5): Would definitely stay again! - Overall the property was great! The room was clean and the beds were “comfy” as our daughter would say! We all loved breakfast and the staff was very nice and helpful! We don’t have much to complain about, but I would probably say the only big issue we had was with the shower. We aren’t sure what caused it maybe it not being level, but while showering the water would go down the back wall across from the shower head, and instead of flowing into the tube it ran out the side and flooded the bathroom a bit. The only other thing I’d say is if you go in the colder months turn the heat on and walk out for a bit it hadn’t been used yet I believe, so it smelled really bad!
- JEFFREY (6/5): - Very clean . Friendly staff . Nice breakfast but was looking forward to waffles . Sadly machine broken or just not available.
- Tom (9/5): -
- Katie (10/5): - Your team is doing a very good, keep up the good work. We will be back again. Thank You,
- John (8/5): - Busy intersection right near interstate
- Traci (8/5): Hotel was “ok” - Beds were good, staff was friendly, not as clean as I would like. Felt “musty”.
- David (10/5): - It was amazing
- Terri (6/5): It was adequate. - the beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff we encountered were wonderful. The moldy musty smell in the room was very unpleasant, and the toilet kept running periodically. Between that noise and the running loud air conditioner it was difficult to really enjoy the comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was good. There was also very limited provision made for walking a dog since most of the surrounding area was gravel or stones. Probably would check elsewhere next time I visit as I have family in the area.
- Victor (2/5): - We stayed for about 45 minutes. Wife was not comfortable with the room’s door opening to the outside where someone could break in anytime of the night. Also, the room smelled like old smoke.
- Jeff (8/5): -
- Brad (2/5): We got sick from the breakfast or the room and then mistakenly charged $200. - Location The male manager/front desk was not helpful.
- Moriah (10/5): Great place to layover! - I got this room for my daughter and family, and they absolutely enjoyed their stay. They were traveling over several states and had to stop and get rest. I'm glad I recommended this hotel. Thanks Quality Inn!
- Eric (10/5): - It was fine
- Dee (3/5): - Found a cockroach in the bathroom. Carpet had a mildew smell and the refrigerator wasn’t getting things cold. Shower head cover wasn’t in the wall correct. I booked with booking.com and paid that way and then the hotel wanted the same amount of money which I paid online already.
- Joe (8/5): - The property was older, but clean. Staff was friendly.
- Roland (8/5): Comfortable and good location when traveling - Older hotel with some recent painting. Comfortable and the price was right.
- Katherine (10/5): - So safe, quiet, and clean!!!
- James (8/5): - Pool
- dana (10/5): - Clean and nice people
- Gmattoon (10/5): Great price - I loved that they came in each day and made my bed, nothing like sleeping in a comfy bed The pool being closed
- Anne (10/5): - Quite comfortable, nothing fancy.
- Tim (10/5): Expectations Exceeded - A quick night's stay. Clean and roomy room. Quick internet and plenty of channels to choose from.
Not as many great places to eat around; but the evening sunset view is quite nice.
- alfred (6/5): - Easy check in
- Amanda (8/5): - Staff was friendly, rooms were basic.
- Alicia (8/5): - Nice, clean, comfortable, and modern room for the price. Continental breakfast was good. Nice staff.
- Carol (7/5): Good - The handicap accessible king bedroom was amazing. Large room with easy chair and huge bath! Spent two days visiting there with my daughter while my husband helped work on her family's new property! Also, the housekeeping staff were delightful and took good care of our needs! Coffee was good It was time for the pool to be open, and I was going to have a splash party with my great grandsons! Alas, pool under repair!! Also, continental breakfast with no protein was a joke and staff insisted they could not turn off sound on CBS news.
- Sue (10/5): Great experience - All employees friendly especially when we checked in. Room very clean and they did daily service.
Great experience.
- Cynthia (9/5): Very nice and comfortable -
- Patrick (9/5): We fell right to sleep and had a great stay! - Easy to reach from I-70. Clean, quiet!
- Michael (8/5): Good - Great room noisy family above; basic brea
- Jason (6/5): - No problems, but it's dated and about 1/4" crack around the door, including the bottom so it's easy for insects to enter. Killed a spider in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, shower worked fine. No exhaust fan in bathroom so if you have gas, everyone will know.
- Smith (1/5): Bad - Dirty Dirty
- Louis (10/5): - Very clean. Great staff. Conveniently located. Very comfortable.
- Swiecki (7/5): Good -
- Barbara (8/5): - Inside was very nice updated and clean. Outside was a bit rundown. At night a lot of people hanging around, not threatening just uncomfortable
- Thomas (10/5): Will stay here again. Overall good experience. - The breakfast was good. Was quiet at night, able to get some good sleep. Would have been nice if the pool was open.
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Craig (8/5): - Beds were too soft but everything else was perfect
- Bonnie (8/5): Nice last minute stay - Was more than adequate for a last minute booking due to a family emergency. Not fancy and not pricey. Safe and comfort.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Kim (10/5): - Would definitely stay again!
- Kathy (8/5): - Good for traveling with small dogs.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dempsey (10/5): - It was extremely clean only improvement would be if they refilled the coffee daily we ran out before our trip was over
- Joanna (6/5): - Cold air coming in around door frame and thru top of heating/air conditioning unit.
- Edward (7/5): Good - Tv signal kept going in and out
- Steven (10/5): Quality in Gordonsville - As usual Quality Inn , in Gordonsville, Tn., was awesome from the reservation til check- out. Quality delivers quality and I’d like to thank them for all they do. Staff could never be more friendly. Quality is beginning to feel like home. I will highly recommend this property.
- Harmony (10/5): Great hotel - Excellent staff, clean rooms, and great location.

- Harmony (10/5): Great stay! - Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great stay.
- Steve (7/5): Good -
- Jacob (10/5): - Very clean and very quiet. Slept well.
- Ingram (6/5): first time visiting Ashville - location outdated
- Jacquelin (6/5): - The rooms are outdated and mine had a moldy smell to it. The bed was not the most comfortable and neither were the pillows. Very small pillows for a king bed and they did not have much filling. Shower was great. Had great pressure. Staff was friendly. Wish the appearance of the lobby matched the rooms. I would stay again if it wasnt for the smell and the pillows.
- Kari (9/5): Superb -
- Bryan (9/5): Superb - Need a queen beds Beds too small
- John (10/5): Great place to reset. Thanks again to the staff for the check in and check out experience. - I enjoyed being close to McDonalds for breakfast. The staff was professional and courteous during my check in and at check out.

- Suzanne (8/5): Very good -
- Alfreda (8/5): - Very clean and quiet, breakfast at 5 am is very good for getting on the road fast, COFFEE was a great eye opener for the road.
Clean room and comfortable bed, but was a musty smell had to leave door open to air out, other than that it was very clean and had appropriate amenities. Disable king room was not wheelchair accessible, needs roll in shower !
Ice at back of building not well lit or properly placed for accessing.
- Kim (8/5): - Just needs some updates and TLC
- Melissa (10/5): - Check in was super easy, rooms were super clean overall great stay!!
- Carey (8/5): Very good -
- lindapK613XQ (2/5): If you value your health.... - Room 102 on 7/23-7/24
This was the most disgusting stay I have EVER had in all my years of travel. I checked in with lsmith after a 12 hr day of driving & was absolutely beat. I asked for a 1st floor room which I got. It was Room 102 to be exact. Opening the door I was hit with the damp smell & mustiness of a room that had not been used in a while. I turned the ac on & went out to grab a bite to eat. When I got back, it appeared it was going to air out ok given a bit more time. I fell asleep in a comfy looking chair & woke about 3 am to use the restroom & move to the bed. The bathroom was its own nightmare. There was black mold on the ceiling & in the shower seams. I knew I would not be taking a shower in the morning. I went to use the bed & when I pulled the linens back the odor that hit me was awful! It smelled of urine & felt just moist. The mattress was totally sunken towards the middle but the smell….! I stayed awake mostly the rest of the night. When I checked out with nharri in the morning I told him the issues & he said he would issue a refund. I have since called 3 times & Leah, the manager has not responded. The room was $101.76 & I will never stay at any of the Quality Inns. I am waiting for my refund. As a member of Choice Hotels, I am going to forward my complaint to them as well.
- Gary (8/5): - Staff was very friendly
- Shasta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anthony (9/5): Great accommodations, very pleasant staff. - Quality of towels….. too thin
- Todd (8/5): - Rooms were entered from the outside. Unfortunately it was raining hard when we checked in. The access card to our room worked intermittenly. The tv wouldn't pick up any channels initially without a reboot of the direct tv system. The bed was very comfortable and the shower roomy and very clean.
- Frank (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joni (8/5): - The price was pretty reasonable but the place needs some upgrades
- Lisa (6/5): - The only 2 things we really didn’t like was finding hair in multiple places in the room on counters and in shower like it wasn’t cleaned well and a dirty microwave. The 2nd thing is the bathroom paint job was not done very well and the bathroom ceiling is discolored from what looks like mold.
- Nicola (8/5): - This is an old and outdated property that could use some tender, loving care.
- Wanda (8/5): Excellent location, convenient, great breakfast offerings, could stand room updates - Location, breakfast, pet friendly Carpet needed replacement
