• Anderson (7/5): It was fine definitely an up grade from where we stayed the night before. - Passing thru on our way home from snowboarding in Arizona. The bed was comfortable and the pillows also. The bath towels were a nice thickness and very white. All in all the room was fine. We were on the first floor and the room above us had creeky floors every time someone walked up there. I finally had to place ear plugs. It was so annoying. The toilets were low profile. Someone with bad knees found it difficult to sit and get up with no grab bar to assist.

• Jim (6/5): Had a great time with family there! - The breakfast was good. The evening desk clerk did a great job for all our requests. I didn’t get his name but he did everything he could to resolve any problems. The room smelled musty, like it had been smoked in. The air conditioner vents and filters were dirty. The front desk provided cleaning supplies and air freshener which helped.

There was a pickup in the parking lot near our 2nd story room whose panic alarm went off 4-5 times during the night. I had great difficulty falling back to sleep each time.

• Dianna (8/5): Probably should have gone elsewhere - The property was in a nice location within walking distance to downtown. There were e-bikes and a trail for those who like biking. The rooms are nicely done and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Great staff! When we arrived around 5pm, there was a child’s birthday party going on. This made the pool and hot tub basically unaccessible as it was a large rather rambunctious group running around. I went down to the kitchen area for a cup of coffee and almost got run into by a couple of kids. I understand and appreciate the kids having a wonderful time. However given the price of the room it seems this should have been over with by the time weary travelers arrived. At least the hotel should have given a discount as the pool area was not really usable for overnight guests.

Bathroom had nasty floor around stool and crumbling wall around tub. Drywall crumbs on the floor behind the door looked like they had been there a long time.

• Pat (10/5): - 1 night stay. Eady check in. Room was clean, bed was comfy, decor was pleasant. Desk attendant provided extra coffee packets for room coffee-maker. Hot breakfast was pretty good...eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy. DIY waffles available. Coffee from machine wasn't as good as in-room. Only concerns were that the key card reader at the exit at end of hallway didn't work so door was unlocked. Voices and other hallway noises could be heard rather easily but other guests were respectful.

• Timothy (6/5): Nearly $200 stay nearly everything below average - Original room wasn’t cleaned, the woman up front wasn’t particularly concerned with any patrons. Breakfast was average at best. Probably won’t stay here again, considering the price.

Nobody at the desk when we arrived and she didn't come up for anout 10 minutes, seemed to have been changing bedding. Key cards didnt work well in any of the rooms, not sure if that's a card or reader issue. Our sink wouldn't stay on, had to hold the handle up to keep it going. Comfortable rooms thojgh and conveniently located.

While my stay with you was brief it was memorable in the fact that you are a Paige out of my Valentine, Nebraska. I love you guys!

The window curtain was dirty at the bottom due to its location over the HVAC unit with dirt blowing and lack of washing. The pillows were not good. Breakfast was standard 2-star stuff but not great. The coffee was very watery.

• Rebecca (6/5): Ok Enough - For starters, the woman at the front desk was very friendly. Our keys didn’t work, so she gave us new keys and then stayed there to make sure they worked (they didn’t). The third time was the charm, and she was able to get us two working keys. As we started to settle in and get ready for bed, we noticed the air wasn’t working. My husband tried to trouble shoot a little after a trip back to the desk, but when it still wasn’t working, she moved us to a new room and upgraded us to one with three queen beds. Breakfast was ok-ish. Not the best; not the worst. The hotel could probably use a little work, but the night staff was great!
