- Emily (8/5): Overall pretty good stay. - The location was a little far from i80 but it was a great value for the stay. The rooms were clean enough. The heat was a little too loud but it was reliable. I like the clean bed and different pillows.

The maintenance man walks around smelling like he started drinking at 8am and tries to prey on young females at the inn (staff and residents). Plus, it was rumored that he smokes crack.I was going to make this a regular stop on my trips between the states, but as long as the inn has the current maintenance man I will be staying in DuBois. He made my almost two week stay at the inn so uncomfortable that I could hardly wait to get out of there.

Reception was bad, rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, mold in the shower, flimsy, unsecured doors, very old, outdated and rundown building, broken and uncomfortable furniture. Will not refund us even though we left after being there for only one hour between two different rooms.

- Shekema (4/5): - That I got to bed somewhere to sleep that was warm I didn’t like it was kids above me, jumping screaming half of the night, running up and down the stairs out in front of the door and it seems like nothing was being done about it when I brought it to the office attention. You don’t get toilet trees if you run out if you don’t say a certain at the time you don’t get clean towels so basically I paid $500 just to sleep.

Well where to begin, first thing wasn't even the room 5 minutes when a cock roach went scurrying pff one of the beds, the tv didn't work. I went for new years so I knew I wouldn't be really at the hotel being it has a stigma in the town for being a drug haven, out of all that bad what set me off the most, at 11am while still sleeping and recovering from new years there was a loud pounding on my room door, I get up and it was someone with the hotel, asking me to move my vehicle to they could plow their driveway, mind you its a big parking lot, there was 3 cars tops and they couldn't just plow around the vehicles, they had to go and wake everyone up to move their cars, highly unprofessional in their handling of clearing their driveway. In my 20+ years of snow plowing never once did I have to make people move their cars to get the lot clear. I mean who cares if there is a spot or 2 that needs to be touched up with a flipping shovel after a paying customer leaves. 0 stars for this place I highly don't recommend staying here, next time I am in clearfield I will just suck it up and pay for a quality room elsewhere.

- wendy (1/5): Worse experience ever - Absolutely nothing. The whole experience was the worse I have ever dealt with. Booked a king room. I get there they don't have the room. Offered a doubke queen. Smelled like smoke really bad as soon as I opened the door. No room for me to do my work. I had to book a room at another hotel. Would not give me my money back. I was there 2 hours tops. Will never book there again. I don't recommend staying here.

Rugs were gross in both rooms sheets were stained with ink on them, rooms both had a horrible smell. Sent photos to booking.com Everything... Gross smelling ,nasty looking. Afraid to sleep after bitter by bug...

The staff were friendly and gracious with me being a few minutes late to check in and out.

- Ahsen (3/5): Ok for Price but Customer Service can be made better - This was right on our way to Washington and was a convenient stop for the night. The price was great. Washroom was decent. The beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. I arrived at the property late at night, and shortly after, the receptionist received a call from the owner instructing her to charge me an additional $30 fee for a late check-in. I was surprised that the owners were monitoring staff so late and chose to impose an extra charge, knowing I had no alternative accommodations at that hour. There was whole list of extra charges posted at the reception.

Other guests were sitting outside their rooms in the parking lot area and talking loudly after midnight and we could clearly hear them in the room. You can't even call the front desk from the rooms.

What we were less happy about was the smell of second hand smoke in the room, but were a little understanding because we know smoke and heat rises and smokers may have a little trouble climbing stairs (which there were only 16). Called 2nd phone number lady answered said he would be right down. No show, 15 min later called again, she said she will be there in 5 minutes there was an emergency. She finally showed up, then I had to pay for towels. 4 people in room, they only give 2 towels. Had to pay $4 for a set of towels. Also only allowed 2 rolls of toilet paper. We bought our own. Non smoking room, maintenance person in next room stood outside and smoked it came in through the air conditioner. It was cheap, and pretty clean - looks like they tried.

I bought a feather pillow to help and accidentally left it there. I messaged the facility to see if I could get it back and have yet to get a response.
