• Michelle (7/5): Make sure not to get a room with a joining door. - We have stayed before at this hotel. We like the outside entrance due to my husband's Police Dog traveling with us. The room we had was a conjoining room with a door between our room and the next. We could hear everything the people in the other room were saying. The K9 would not lay down because she kept sniffing under the door at the people in the next room. Finally around midnight the people in the other room stopped partying and it was quiet.M

• Daniel (3/5): - The room was nice but couldve been better, was clean i like the breakfast I didnt like the fact that the room is was staying in didnt have a dresser to put my stuff away instead of having it laying everywhere. Only had a little night stand with one drawer for clothes. Another thing that was disappointing was that the hot tub was working and the heater in the big pool didnt work as well as the filter, I kept getting hairs in my hand and head and it also caused a friend of mine and some other guest to agrue about it knowing it wasn't anyone's fault besides the hotel. Not to mention someone else who was staying the night said to me they called twice before arriving as if the pool and hot tub heater were working they were told yes but after checking in and getting in the tub that wasn't working after all. I would like some kind of reimbursement because my experience wasn't all great and I feel like I didnt get my money worth of it

• jaredcD2891MB (2/5): ⭐ 1 Star — Misleading Listing and Zero Accountability - Misleading Listing and Zero Accountability Avoid Comfort Inn & Suites Sturbridge-Brimfield at all costs. I booked this hotel through ChoiceHotels.com because the listing showed it was roughly 20 miles from TD Garden. After arriving, I learned the hotel is actually about 60 miles away — nearly an hour drive without traffic. That is not a small discrepancy; it completely changes the value and purpose of the booking. When I raised the issue, General Manager Pulin Desai refused to cancel the reservation or offer any reasonable accommodation, despite the clearly misleading location information. Instead of attempting to help a guest placed in an impossible situation, the response was essentially, “not our problem,” while still charging me for a room I cannot use. Let’s be clear: no reasonable guest booking for a Boston event expects to stay an hour away and pay for rides that would cost more than the room itself. Refusing to work with customers when a listing is inaccurate shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. This experience felt less like hospitality and more like a cash grab. Between misleading advertising and management unwilling to take responsibility, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Do yourself a favor — verify the distance independently and consider staying somewhere that actually values its guests

No rules posted about age limits and dangers to kids. I know parent responsibility isn't up to you but, there was none on our last day. WORST POOL EXPERIENCE EVER! Breakfast was ok, but just ok. The waffles saved it. Selection was borderline.

• Mary (5/5): Very clean, but in the end, I was very unhappy with our stay.. - We love the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and the location. We also love the view of the pond from our room. The indoor pool water was too cold. A sprinkler was leaking and made a big puddle near the lounge chairs, which caused my son to fall and get a compression fracture on his spine. I had told a staff member about the sprinkler before my son fell, and he brushed it off. Our whole stay was ruined because it turned into 3 days of pain management for my son, who didn't want to go home despite his injury. It was supposed to be his birthday gift, a mini vacation. It turned into a painful nightmare of a stay. We stayed here last year for his birthday and it was very nice, despite the pool being too cold..This year was extremely disappointing. I couldn't even go down to enjoy the breakfast because my son couldn't walk or sit up in his wheelchair without being in pain. ( I did have communication with his specialist about how I should care for his injury, and I followed his advice. ) So

Unfortunately, they are going through major renovations, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. It is going to be beautiful, but would’ve liked some advanced notice. We were on the third floor, and there was a strong smell of septic. Again understandable for all of the renovations and it will be worthwhile, but should have been noted upon booking.

• Christy (4/5): Nice location, friendly staff. But don’t stay here until renovation is completed. - Property is a good location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was newly renovated. Warm and comfortable. The new toilet was very low. The entire parking lot was full of snow with hardly any parking spots, days after a snow storm. The hotel was under renovation. This was not posted on the website when booking. I wouldn’t have booked here, had I known. The hallways were a mess everything had a layer of dust. I have asthma. The fire alarm went off at 1:00 am. It was -7 degrees outside. Once we were let back in and managed to fall asleep. The fire alarm went off again at 3:26 am. Once again, false alarm. We hardly slept at all.
