Garrett (1/5): Would never recommend it for anyone and never stay there again - Nothing The front desk person was really rude, the rooms were dirty, the best were terrible and the tvs didn’t work in both rooms. There’s more but we will start there.
Huff (5/5): - Bed was comfy. Room was cleaned well but damaged and needs remodeled. Hotel lied and said they have breakfast when they only have coffee. Room was pretty beat up, 3 of the lights were broken including the main light so it was hard to have good lighting anywhere in the room.

Hannah (2/5): Absolutely will never return. Waste of money - Leaving Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of appalling. The room was infested with roaches, the shower was covered in mold, and the walls were visibly stained—making it impossible to feel clean, even after a shower. The entire space felt dirty and neglected. We specifically chose this hotel for its advertised pool, only to find it closed without warning. When we brought our concerns to the front desk, the staff was incredibly rude—one woman even caught an attitude with my fiancé, which made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Despite repeated attempts to escalate the issue, we were never able to speak with a manager. We spent over three hours on the phone with Booking.com customer service, only to be told that the hotel “couldn’t find a manager.” Not once did anyone step up to take responsibility. In the end, we had to buy our own can of Raid just to make the room somewhat livable. For the price we paid, this stay was not only unacceptable—it was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Tony (2/5): Neve again - Both rooms weren't ready when we arrived (4:45pm). The one room was barely ready with the housekeeping man still sweeping the floor and a quick spray of something. We waited in the one room for an hour for the other to be available and it never was before we left approximately at 6:00pm. The one we were waiting in 3 of the 4 lamps, the tv and a/c didn't work. Went to the front desk to let them know and all they told me was that they were full and that they could refund our money which we had paid in cash. I had also called at 9:00 that morning and told a lady that we were paying cash and not to run the card and they assured me that that would not happen but it did at 2:13pm.We waited until 6:00 for the other room to be ready and it wasn't. So we got a refund and went across the street and got two rooms. We have never had any issues with this hotel because we stayed there frequently twice a year, never again. The hotel across the street said they already had eight or nine people coming from this particular location in the last 2 days to get rooms over there.

There were roaches and they got in the meal that we order and had brought to us. So that $40 meal was thrown out and we had to go out to get something else to eat which was another $25. First off, we only stayed here to stop and sleep for a few hours while making a long road trip through Georgia. I booked the place ahead of time using reward points with a credit card. On arrival, the receptionist gave me a room that was already occupied. There were men just hanging out in the doorway of the room she assigned us. As well as random people sitting in their cars and smoking all along the balconies. I wouldn’t have been so alarmed had it not been past midnight when we arrived. When I returned to inform her of te room being occupied she seemed completely dumbfounded. We were assigned another room which appeared clean however there was no air on and it’s July in Georgia so you can imagine the humidity. It took a couple hours before the room cooled off. We only slept for about 4 hours before leaving. I returned the key as instructed. A week later I find that my card was charged an additional 90$. I called to refute the matter and I spoke with a gentleman that was extremely difficult to understand due to an accent and he informed me that a pillow protector had been removed from the room and incidental costs were accrued. I explained that we had not removed anything from the room. I asked for the money to be returned to my card. Instead he took my number and said a manager would be in contact. I never received a phone call and my money was never returned to my card. I certainly did not have high hopes for this place but took my chances as we were just passing through and wanted to rest our heads. Instead I ended up paying about 180$ between points and cash for a room that wasn’t worth more than 50$.

Verified traveler (2/5): Good spot for a crime, I suppose. - Filth. Gaping holes. Malfunctioning electronics, ie, cable on the fritz and fridge good and warm. Also, a parade of bugs of some sort. All in all, we turned the keys in and left within 30 minutes, to take our chances at a rest stop. Oh yeah, there was a suspicious dude meandering about in the parking lot, looking at our room and us as we were leaving it. I can't dis-recommend this place enough. Arson would improve it probably.
Verified traveler (2/5): No thanks - Room was gross, dimly lit, mold, light in bathroom falling out, toilet tank lid not on, non smoking room smelled dank and smokey. I was basically turned out of hotel at 9 at night when i asked to move rooms. Gentleman i dealt with very kind, gracious and polite.

The air conditioner blew hot air and smelled moldy. Coverlets on the beds were dirty and had cigarette burns in them even though it was a no smoking room. Yuck. I slept in my clothes because the sheets looked dirty. The mini fridge made a crazy buzzing noise all night until I finally had enough and got up to unplug it. The owners must have pawned all the matching furniture because all the furniture was mismatched and broken. YUCK!!!

William (6/5): Run Away - This place is over priced. As soon as I walked in the room I had to kill a couple of roaches. The ac was not working properly very loud. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart and you can see that whoever tried to do some of the repairs needs a lot of training. All of the towels were yellow/brownin color. The comforter was all torn apart as well.

Room did not appear to have been fully cleaned. The trip was to visit family, who of course showed up. While packing and making sure we were not taking unwanted guests (roaches) home with us the cleaning staff kept asking my family members how many people were in the room. Seriously every time someone would walk in or out of the room. If it hadn’t been so late when I checked in after driving 5 hours I would have left once I show the first roach, and then to be treated like that while trying to get out of the roach motel before check out time.

The manager would not speak to us and lied and said he wasn’t the manager. They would not change our room or offer any solution. Spent almost 300 and spent zero time in the room because of how disgusting it was. Expedia didn’t solve the issue either so do not book with Expedia or with this hotel. Expedia also uncharged the room.

Meander25861364051 (2/5): Awful! Beware! - This is one of the worst motels I've ever stayed in! The only reason for this review is to warn others, I would give it no stars if I could. We've worked various positions in motels for over 11 years and know what to look for in checking rooms- cleanliness and maintenance, unfortunately we were really tired and didn't check well. The only good thing I can say is we didn't have bed bug issues. We require a pet friendly room on the ground floor due to handicap, 2 beds and smoking is a bonus. When calling for rates, the desk clerk was rude about giving directions from the interstate, it only got worse on arrival. We told her what we needed and she gave us a room that was on the second floor, before we insisted on a different room. The beds were uncomfortable with springs that sounded 100 years old when we moved on the bed. Went back to the office to look for restaurant brochures/menus- they had none, so I asked for suggestions for what was close and was told she doesn't know anything because she just works there. Came back from eating to find roaches near the vanity sink. The door didn't lock properly. The bathroom door looked as if someone had punched it repeatedly with large holes, the bathtub was dirty-looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, hair in a couple of washcloths and grease on another. In my opinion, the whole crew should be fired . The owners should be ashamed of this place .Don't stay, waste of money. Awful experience!
