- Courtemanche (1/5): My stay was bad from beginning to end!!! - I could\nNot find anything I liked. I did not like the service. Did you look like the service. Did not like the room. Did not like the beds. Half the stuff did not work. The toilet ran continuous. The blow dryer shocked my wife with electricity. The staff would not work with us in any way. The\nBreakfast bar was no good what they had for a bar.I would not consider a breakfast bar.
- Christopher (9/5): -
- Claude Eric (5/5): Not a place that I would normally stay. Booked without much thought because of timing. - We didn't like much. Were there for a wedding and this motel was close No elevator, Heavy traffic noise. Walls paper thin, was woken up by neighbor talking and making popcorn. We could hear every kernel popping. Woken up at 3:45am. with neighbors pounding on neighboring door looking for his cheating wife. The room was decent for what it was.

- Geoffrey (10/5): -

Broken stuff inside the room , and door handles, bathroom seat and fan.
The give me smoking room even I didn’t pick it up, they said that is what they have . I was too tired and was late to find another hotel.

- Jones (3/5): It was ok staff was very nice - Clean Heat in the room barely works and there wasn’t any wash cloths , I want a room with a queen bed and I got a room with two beds,
- Hollins (1/5): - The location and rate Rooms where nasty yes rooms first one had some kind of bug on the bed and the second one had a pile of some kind of fruit or vegetables that was rotten and frozen for months I asked for a discount not even the full amount then acted like it was my fault I stayed there which I will never
- Mark (10/5): -
- Michael (1/5): -
- Courtney (1/5): Nothing nice - Nothing the property have roaches Nothing the property have roaches
- Robert (6/5): - Friendly but an unexpected deposit for the room, room was a bit rough and needed repairs
- Bonnie (2/5): - I was asked by the manager if I was exposed to any bed bugs and not very polite
- josephys (6/5): - Hello!
The property is run-down. They need to renovate it. It is not the best. It was okay.
- Brian S (3/5): - the only decent thing was the location. most convenient for my needs; the person at the desk was quite helpful pretty much everything was dated and worn. Parking areas a bit trashy.
- Gail (8/5): - Older facility than expected. Great for the price. And was extremely clean and comfortable
- Ross (4/5): - The sink leaked at every connection, cleaning service came and took all the towels and wash clothes and didn't return any and didnt make bed. The door had been clearly kicked in many times. Refrigerator was dirty and frozen over. The mattress was horrendous, someones butt imprit is permanently in it. The first thing I noticed bringing in suitcase was an empty cocain baggie in the parking lot. No toilet roll holder. Vent fan was hanging out of the wall.
- Natasha (1/5): - Nothing Everything
- Tiffany (10/5): -
- Watson (3/5): -
- Christopher (2/5): - Room felt like a basement. Bathroom was dirty and door was falling apart. Limit effort put into maintaining hotel.
- Crystal (4/5): - Dirty and unsafe area
- Florentine (1/5): -
- Amado perez (2/5): - They did not have nonsmoking rooms
- Verified traveler (2/5): Awful place - Horrible run down hotel; Check in was very rude staff member. Room awful, no towels or soap.
- Melissa (1/5): Bed bug infestation - Bed bugs
- Simpson (7/5): -
- Pam (4/5): - Staff was nice.
- Drew (2/5): - The hardwood floors were gross and oily. The toilet wouldn’t flush my log. I checked in at 9 and had to interact with an employee through a window, which is totally fine, but he didn’t say anything to me. Just made hand gestures. Weird place. 100% do not recommend staying there. It’s a cheap stay, but it’s still not worth what it costs.
- jamar (6/5): - It was a little outdated but the staff was friendly
- Joe (8/5): - The ceiling in the shower was covered, and I mean completely covered in mold. There rest of the room appeard and felt clean. I was not expecting to see that the next morning. The water pressure fantastic, but I didn't want to spend 1 more second in the shower.
- Joliette (3/5): Poor - The room was extremely unclean; cigarette holes in the towels and mold in the bathroom. Floors were very clearly not cleaned before our stay as well, we couldn't walk barefoot without the bottoms of our feet turning black.
- Renier (6/5): - Average
- Hazlewood (4/5): Room was comfortable and clean but staff not. - It's a good location. Close to our doctors appointment. The first two times we stayed the staff was very good. They even remembered us our second stay and asked about my husband cancer surgery. The third time we stayed the clerk did not want to honor my booking because booking.com is in my name before I remarried and then wanted to charge me a deposit for a non smoking room. This last stay I was having a medical procedure and my husband left his phone in the room. We called and had it held at the desk. He didn't want to give it back to him. Needless to say we will be finding a new hotel for when we travel to our medical appointment.
- Noel (1/5): Bad -
- Terrence (10/5): - Kind of stingy with the wash cloth and towels
- Angelina (6/5): Cummy - Old old building with crummy workmanship to make it less old looking. Tiny pillows. Less than friendly front desk. Convenient location but I wouldn’t stay there again
- CURTIS (2/5): - The sink and Tub was clogged up. Overpriced for the type of hotel.
- Gavin (1/5): Bad - Cigarette burn marks on the beds. Water stains everywhere. Mattresses had signs of bed bugs. Whole place smelled bad.
- Jorge (5/5): Passable -
- Lois (2/5): Bad experience in Charleston - The experience was the worst I have ever had. In fact if we could have found another hotel with vacancy in the general area we would have left. The room door was missing the weather stripping and when I pointed it out to the manager I was given a towel to put in front of it. There was enough gap a snake, mouse, bugs or someones hand coul fit under it. Mold on the bathroom ceiling a bug on the bathroom wall. I asked for a different room but was told there were none available. I have pictures but this site wont let me upload.
- Donald (4/5): Disappointing -
- Burgess (1/5): Bad - The guy checking me in Something was in the room and made my son have an allergic reaction. We left 10 minutes after we checked in
- Patrice (5/5): Passable -
- Clay (7/5): It was nice. Thanks -
- Verified traveler (4/5): Never Again - The rooms were not that clean especially in between the furniture and in the bathroom behind the toilet and the floor corners with a lot of old dirt collected . Had to get Lysol wipes to disinfect those areas .Very Gross. Looks okay on the surface but no deep cleaning has been done in a while .Breakfast was fair
False advertisement .
this was not a Hotel its a Motel there is a BIG difference!!
- Brittany (10/5): - It was quiet and i could smoke inside
- Beachbummtlc (8/5): I liked the staff the location was convenient and the price was excellent - Value location staff Floor was kinda dirty
- Christopher (4/5): Disappointing -
- Curtis (1/5): In the top 2 of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. This old motel needs to be bulldozed - Thin Sheets had holes. Floor was stained, had cigarette burns ( even though non-smoking room), shower curtain torn and mold, no stoppers for bath or sink, no rod for toilet paper, thin walls, noisy highway traffic, meager /limited breakfast items
- Kristy (4/5): - Dirt and a dirty towel in dresser drawer. Not all dirty linens had been collected. Smoke detector also in dresser. Call the office at 3am to make a noise complaint, staff member told us to go ask the room where the music was coming from to be quiet. Breakfast was bananas cereal and a waffle maker. Will not come back
- Lashawnda (1/5): Bad -
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Giovanni (3/5): This is not a place I will visit again - The water pressure in the shower and located to an allnight restaurant Roaches, charged twice off booking app and at location . The app said pay at location but it did not.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelly (8/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. I was a rare smoking room that was not overwhelmed in smoke stink
The door had a large gap at the bottom and did not always close properly.
- Melissa (9/5): Superb -
- Brittany (10/5): - Itbwas a great peaceful night
- Kirsten (5/5): Passable - Roaches in my room. Toilet lid didn't fit the toilet. Made terrible sound when you sat. Sheets smelled old.
- Anthony (10/5): Excellent - Everything I loved it
- Anthony (10/5): good - great service i like everything
- Anthony (9/5): Good - Everything Things were good
- Anthony (10/5): Awesome - Everything The experience was great
- Russell (1/5): I can give you that in one word…HORRIBLE! - Thought it would be convenient to my doctor appointment at MUSC. It was convenient for that but not if anyone wanted to sleep. We settled in at about 10:00pm. We were awakened at midnight with vehicles using Savannah Hwy. as a drag strip. That on top of the party that was going on in the Waffle House parking lot…loud music, loud talking, yelling, laughing and cussing. A total disregard of anyone. We got up, got dressed, packed up and left at 3:30am. I spoke with the night manager about a refund, but he didn’t have any time or interest in our situation. We have stayed in many Quality Inns and have never had an experience like this.
- Billings (1/5): dirty hotel - nothing only the location hotel is dirty ,there is bugs biting I understand it's not a 5star but managers don't deal with important issue immediately. garbage all in the room mold and mildew. the guy at the front no customer service.think his name is patel.
- Tiffany (10/5): Exceptional -
- tamica (10/5): - Decent place for a decent price
- Thomas (6/5): - Not clean. Toilet falling apart.
- Sims (5/5): Passable -
- Mark (6/5): - Hotel needs to be improved
- FollowTheCompass3141 (8/5): Thanks, Ben! - Just a quick note to thank Ben for his help during my 2-night stay. When I checked in, he was professional, cheerful and down-to-earth -- I definitely felt very welcomed! Additionally, I enjoyed a clean room, comfortable bed, and two reasonably good breakfasts.
- Refael (6/5): - They give me a smoking room even tho i don't smoke
- Teresa (2/5): - It was very disgusting. No housecleaning service. Had asl for broom and swiped the room my self bathroom was dirty. Fridge and microwave was nasty.
- Gladden (5/5): Passable - Sleeping Good
- Emma (3/5): Overpriced, dirty, and noisy. Not worth the price - It was a place to sleep The bathroom was dirty, the room was severely overpriced, the door didn’t close properly as the wood was warped, the location was extremely noisy at night, and the staff were rude.
- Clyfton (2/5): You get what you pay for. - Location is convenient The room is horrible (mold on shower curtains, unclean floors, broken sink, bad a/c unit, etc.) and the staff was less than friendly. Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot all night drinking. It’s worth spending the extra money to stay elsewhere.
