- mave3525 (10/5): - The location and staff was great Bed was hard
- Joyce (7/5): Quality Inn is a good, economical experience. - The sink was stopped up. The bath tub handles were very loose and near falling off. The Non-Smoking room had a BAD odor. The Front Desk had no air spray for the room and said he would have to call a Housekeeper in to see if there was any spray. I went to the next door Dollar Store and bought my own Lysol and sprayed the room down. It smelled a lot better then.
- Paulette (6/5): - Beds comfortable, rooms are spacious, The carpet is old. The Wood is chipped around the bathroom wall door. Odor smells like old carpet
- Melissa (9/5): -
- Witt (10/5): - Service More breakfast choices

- emily (7/5): Pleasant experience, we would stay here again; maybe pool will be cleaned by next stay. - Awesome and helpful staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Pool was dirty and full of leaves/debris (April 2026). TV didn’t work in our room (they tried to get it working).

- Carol (4/5): If you don't mind bugs, it really is a pleasant place to be. - The location to SAU couldn't be beat. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. It's an older hotel, but you can tell they've tried to keep it nice. There were bugs. I woke to one crawling in my face in the night. Then, found two more when I turned the lights on the next morning.
- craig (7/5): Overall satisfied - Price, comfort, location. Water pressure was low, refrigerator needed defrosting
- Ryan (10/5): -
- Walls (6/5): - Bathrooms need work
- Buddy (10/5): - Modern Pool and hot tub needs resurfacing
- Travis (9/5): Loved it and will go back. - Staff was awesome. Room was clean and comfortable. Our room was next to a road so vehicles were loud all night long.
- Jennifer (9/5): -
- Chris (10/5): -
- Latora (8/5): Great value and pleasant stay overall. - Cleanliness of the property The air conditioning unit had to be regulated by the front desk there was no way for use to turn it off or on in the room. Not ideal for a southern town in July.
- Julie (3/5): The door handle stuck and wouldn’t open or close easily. There are no elevators. - The lady at the front desk was very friendly It has exterior doors and that is not shown in pictures on the site. The door would not work correctly.
- Trish (9/5): -
- Shunta (6/5): - Location was good The toilet didn't seem to have been cleaned well inside, but it wasn't bad to complain about.

- India (9/5): -
- William (8/5): - Clean room, nice staff, shops nearby.
- Cory (2/5): Horrible stay. Zero stars. - This was a horrible stay and we ended up leaving in the middle of the night. We checked in to a filthy room that stank. Later when we came back to the room to sleep for the night there were cars all in the parking lot blocking the parking spots and blocking our room. People were standing outside in front of our room: dozens of people. We struggled to get by. Then inside our room it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep so we ended up leaving at 2am and driving back to dallas in the middle of the night rather than stay in a filthy room where we couldn’t sleep.
- Irma (7/5): -
- Antwon (8/5): -
- Donald (10/5): - Went with family we had a nice room with clean beds. Everything felt good
- Ronda (4/5): - The room had a very strong chemical smell. The hair drier did not work. The plug was burnt out. The shower curtain wasn't long enough to reach the length of the shower, so water got all over the floor.
- Destiny (10/5): -
- Andrea (10/5): - I'll admit the first time I stayed here I was skeptical about staying. I wasn't sure about the area. I judged a book by its cover. This place is actually clean and the beds are comfortable. It's a decent place to get some rest. The breakfast is typical- waffles, cereal, eggs... I have stayed here more than once and it has become my go-to stop when I'm passing through town.
- Eden (8/5): -
- Gail (8/5): - Easy parking and walking distance to Andy’s restaurant,I don’t really like going up the stairs I rather be down stair, but overall it was Good!!
- Hughes (9/5): - Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Great coffee. AC shut off in the middle of the night. I had to put on low to get it to work again.
- Jason (10/5): - Room was clean, staff were courteous as always!
- Billie (7/5): It was a good place to stay, other than the stairs. - The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the fact that there was more than one place to sit in the room. I was not aware that there was no stairs or elevator. It was hard on me going up and down the stairs.
- Jessie (6/5): - This was not my first time staying here. Other times have been fine, but this time my room had a bed bug problem and me and my wife where bite well over 20 times ..will not be staying there again anytime soon
- Akinlolu (6/5): Good - It was a nice place. They need to do better with their breakfast; it doesn't really portray the image of the hotel.
- Q4982YWjackf (6/5): Fair - 2nd stay in a month. It’s a older place but pretty clean. Could use plumbing updates. Shower pressure is workable but not strong and faucets do not operate fully.
2 ice machines and both not working wasn’t working last month either and vending machine same story.
Breakfast is fair I’m not fond of canned sausage gravy but biscuits were hot.
- Richard (8/5): - We only stayed one night. I was satisfied with the room for the price. Busy area. Close it town square.
- Tiffany (5/5): Random people - Location and the bed Random people keeping me up all night! Just pulled up with a lot of kids just for the pool! Then those children placed their wet shoes and clothes on top of my vehicle. I did not get any rest! That is why I was there! People were constantly outside my window. Yelling and playing all night! It was the worst stay.. I didn't even get a chance to enjoy breakfast because I didn't go down I was too tired
- Joy (10/5): - I was pleasantly surprised with the room. We had a queen non smoking room. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. We will stay again when we are in the area.
- David (6/5): - Stay was good overall. The road by our room had a lot of traffic late at night with people stopping outside of our room being loud during late hours.
- Gail (10/5): - It was plenty of parking and spacious
- Lyndell (9/5): Superb -
- Dante (9/5): Came in for a funeral but the concierge was very helpful/respectful. - CLEAN! Excellent dining area/breakfast The hair dryer didn’t work
- JAY (10/5): - Quick & easy
- Paula (2/5): - Bugs bugs bugs.
- Jessie (8/5): - Was a very nice stay room was clean shower was nice n hot staff was nice n helpful
- Kiara (1/5): Hotel has bed bugs they say they can’t refund me since I booked through booking. - Nothing It has bed bugs, I was unable to stay
The remote to the tv didn’t work
- Toney (9/5): Superb -
- Shannon (10/5): - Very friendly staff! Very comfortable bed! Quiet area, clean room.
- Lyndell (10/5): Church reunion 26 years - U close to all stores and eating places None
- Tamara (9/5): Superb - Everything There was a huge spider in the tub
- Gail (10/5): - It was clean around the area
- Anessia (10/5): Exceptional - I really like how clean the office and room is. You can honestly tell that they put joy and time into keeping Quality inn clean. When I walk through the front lobby to check in. The first thing I noticed was how clean it smell and look. We were comfortable and enjoyed the pool area.
- Don (4/5): - The check in was good. When we got to our room, we found torn sheets and a dead bedbug on one of the pillows. We contacted the desk clerk and she gave us another room. The rooms are fine but need some upgrades to make the stays more enjoyable. Water pressure for the toilets aren’t enough to get a good flush.
- Jessica (1/5): Horrible experience - My card was charged twice. The staff says the first transaction did not go through because it was not showing on her end. So she had me swipe again. Prior to swiping she told me my card would not be charged until check out. She made a call and they advised her that there was two authorizations and they could cancel one but refund could take up to 3- days. My advice is to check your account before doing a second swipe. Also, the room smelled awful..it had a mildew scent as if the carpet was wet at some point and they tried to cover the scent with fabuloso. We also seen a couple roaches. Someone also tossed a cup of ice cream at our vehicle over night.
- James (8/5): - Parking was next to a busy side street. Backing out was nerve wracking.
- Javana (2/5): - I had to put a chair in front of the door. And the bathroom was nasty. Mostly definitely not worth 150 a night very disappointed will not be going back
- Wagaman (10/5): Exceptional - The front desk clerk was so friendly, and the room was great. Breakfast was pretty good to making your own waffles and biscuits and gravy. You have to have your key card to get ice for your room.
- Tyler (8/5): Very good -
- Melissa (2/5): - This experience was less than desirable for the cost. The clientele ok
- Harry (8/5): For an older hotel, it was very clean and the staff was very nice and efficient. -
- Cynthia (5/5): Everything was ok except the area and noise. - Bad area. Concerned our vehicle would be hit or broken into. Cars going by all night playing loud music. Husband stayed up late watching. Concerned about a drive by shooting.
- Louis (6/5): Pleasant - having to ask for towels. the sign clearly states in the bathroom facility that services will not be done every day if you are staying past 3 days after the third day room will be serviced.the third day you will have the service however, if you ask they will do it daily. But there was only enough towels for one day and to call and ask for towels each day very inconsiderate if you hoave a choice then the room should have been adequate with what was needed.

- Cathy (8/5): Very good - The beds we're nice The intake person is rude and never gives eye contact
- Moore (8/5): Very good - The breakfast was decent. Hotel staff that assisted with the breakfast was very nice and helpful. Toilet and the sink wasn't working properly
- Neal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hope (8/5): - Quiet,close to varsity dining
- Robertson (9/5): Superb - I like the fact that each time I have stayed or booked at Quality Inn that it is always clean and quiet. You can tell that they do a thorough cleaning and take pride in doing so. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
- Joe (8/5): - They didn’t have any extra pillows ice maker machine was broken and all the vending machines were out of order
- Verified traveler (4/5): - First room was terrible, had a bad stink to it. We asked for a another room. It smelled better but still had a light stink to it.
- Niecy (8/5): Very good - The sink was cracked and the restroom door stocked. It’s an older hotel but we we’re comfortable
- Verified traveler (10/5): Magnolia, Arkansas is Very clean and friendly - I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing cleanliness and of the rooms. It really is a Quality hotel for Ouality Inn.
The staff were all helpful and their areas were very clean and so frrienly
- Cynthia (9/5): Superb -
- Deborah (8/5): - Rooms are mostly clean but need more attention to corners, tub and shower grout, etc. Also need to have carpet removed, it's a great hiding place for dirt and germs. Would like a few more selections in the breakfast room, also. We stayed 2 different weekends, in different rooms, and each had issues with the TVs and/or remotes. That said, comparing rates to other hotels in the area, this is the best choice for us.
- Rancharese (10/5): Exceptional -
