- Brooklyn (4/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to find our room and the hotel was easy to navigate. The breakfast wasn't the best variety wise they served the same thing from Friday to Sunday. The rooms weren't bad but the walls were gross like stuff stained or spilled and the A/C unit was covered in fuzz balls and hair so it needed vacuumed. Sadly the pool didnt have water when we went either.

- Derek (2/5): Lack of Quality Inn - The cleanliness of the facility and my room was bad. The room smelled musty and was dirty.
- Lana (2/5): Office staff unhelpful and snarky. No room service, clean towels or cleaned room. - Location Room smelled old and closed. The beds were old and worn. No room service only two towels and NO WiFi. It states WiFi but unavailable no housekeeping so no towels or showers when we returned the second day.
- derekgP7315BB (2/5): Lack of Quality Inn - My stay at the Quality Inn in Weston, WV was not good. The room was dirty near the walls. It smelled bad ( went to Walmart to buy odor eliminator). The Dish Network signal at our TV was in and out. Bathroom vent fan did not work. We had trouble with the toilet flushing correctly. There were pieces of paper on the floor from a previous guest. The table was dirty and had some type of crumbs and smears on it. I had to clean it before using. Blanket and cover sheet had stains. I called the desk to ask for a room change but they were full and there were no vacancies in nearby hotels due to various events in the area. The only thing offered was this comment, “ I’ll let somebody know”. I will never stay here again.

- Anthony (7/5): - Location and price was okay. Unable to hookup to their wi-fi. Extra taxes added on at end of booking, but this happens with all motel and hotel reservations. I don't understand why the actual complete price including extra taxes can't be shown? Save me the time of going through the process of registering just to see a ridiculous tax add on at the end jacking up the price 20$ pissing me off so much for the initial lure of original advertised price per night only ending up to be falsely and seductively advertised after tax add on. i will leave the page and except anything around the same price or more pending on honesty when this happens. Save me the time with honesty instead of undermining my integrity with a false price to lure me in. Most businesses believe this is the way to be subtle and get people to a certain point where its to late to turn back. Be honest from the get go and you will see more business with returning customers who are happy and satisfied a company finally has some class about them and upfront clarity. Just never see this with any business of todays world.. Always some way of words or first sight price posted they use to be coy and subtle to manipulate you and your decision. Tryst your gut, when you see one lie or use of subtlety in advertisement just know there likely will be more to follow in suit. People who own businesses, be honest for once and have confidence in being honest, clear, and upfront and this will go much further in making the business I ne step closer to becoming a stellar gig.
- Miranda (1/5): My stay was very bad. - I like the location of this place that’s about it. We’re going to the Hampton next year.. When I first went to check in I had to wait 15 mins for someone to actually show up. I asked the lady what time the restaurant connected to the hotel closes and she told me 10pm. When it actually closed at 3 am… rude first of all but why lie to a potential costumer??? Crazy. Then she asked me for a $50 security deposit which they’ve never asked of me before… we’ve stayed 3 previous times and it’s never been this bad. This is my first review of this place... But, back to what I was saying. I didn’t care to pay the security deposit UNTIL I got to my room!! This place was absolutely disgusting. The toilet was gross, feet prints and hand marks all over the headboards and phone, stains on the bed, a spill on the table, and just gross overall. You can tell they didn’t clean anything except the beds (if that 😭.) All I’m saying is I better get my $50 security deposit back because this room was god awful and stinky when we stepped foot in there. Idk if there’s new staff members or you just stopped caring but please fix this!!!! We loved staying here but never again. We’re going next door to the Hampton next year.. 🥲 I have more than the 4 pictures allowed if you’d like to see them

- Barbara (1/5): Never again - I like that I had somewhere to sleep. I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The shower never became hot, and the shower setup appeared makeshift, held together with a coat hanger and a chip clip. Upon arrival, there was also a wet, soapy washcloth left in the corner of the shower, which raised concerns about cleanliness. One evening, the fire alarm began beeping due to a dead battery. I reported the issue to the front desk, who contacted the owner to request replacement batteries. After waiting more than 30 minutes with the alarm still beeping and no assistance provided, I returned to the front desk. I was then informed that the owner stated there were no batteries available on the premises. This was particularly frustrating given that the property is located directly across from a Walmart and a Dollar Tree. I waited in the lobby for further assistance, and when the owner eventually arrived, he unplugged the fire alarm and asked if I wanted a replacement. By that point, it was 9:30 p.m., and I declined. Additionally, noise was a consistent issue throughout my stay. Guests from the bar were frequently loud and disruptive at night, making it difficult to sleep due to yelling, door banging, and general disturbances. On one occasion, I overheard a heated argument coming from the adjacent room. I stayed for five nights, and every day my key cards failed to work at least once, requiring assistance from the front desk. I was informed by staff that the locks need to be replaced. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience. This was my third time staying at this property, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.

They were very accommodating and it cost no extra. Bed was a king and fit for one, it was insanely comfortable. My girl and I enjoyed it immensely, a couple of times😜. The tub was kind of small but the water was hot and plenty of it. I told my wife I'd just stay there and she could go to her nephews wedding!! Great place to catch some ZZZZZ's

- K289HZpaulh (8/5): ACCEPTABLE FOR A NIGHT STAY - Overnighted here 10/21/25... I felt that the accommodations (and the stay) were in line with what we paid. .....The desk staff were very friendly and efficient.... .....The breakfast was actually better than expected and consisted of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, toast etc....The coffee was good but the OJ was definitely watered down WalMart grade. Positives....The room had mattresses that were comfortable, i.e. no lumps or bed bugs...Room had only one (1) fly....... The AC/Heater was both operable and quiet...The bath had a shower that put out decent water pressure and hot water with a tub that for once actually drained without creating a wading pool at your feet!...Functioning toilet but was built for munchkins as the seat sat about 24" off the floor....Sink area good...Decent supply of towels... Negatives...The room held a musty odor that was definitely a major detraction from the stay...It smelt like all those motels you stayed at over the years that were dying for a renovation due to age, poor touch-up jobs and/or water flooding having occurred at some point....The furniture was dated but OK....The seats were stained but hey I just avoided sitting on them....Paint on the walls had faded to a very drab looking green....The tiling in the bathroom had some missing or cracked tiles and the dingy grout reflected years of service.... Overall, I would say it was not the best motel I ever stayed at, nor the worst....It was what I expected from a Quality Inn which is on the mid to lower end of the CHOICE Hotel network....For the level of comfort experienced and the price paid, I would stay there again...... - Vacation34376071415 (4/5): Avoid - Nasty hotel. The ceiling fan looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was put in. There was a used soap bar in the shower. Bugs on the ceiling. That's just the start of it. Would not stay there for more than a night.

Upon going in we found dead crickets and spiders in the corners of the room as if the room hadn’t been vacuumed out in a while. There was hair still left in the shower and sinks. We also had a hard time getting the WiFi to connect. So I went to the front desk to request a new room and they said they were booked so I requested a refund which they said they’d provide being that I was only there for not even 15 mins and now booking.com said they denied it. Don’t waste your time here.

- Tracy (10/5): - We had a great stay. We were attending a ghost hunt at Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum and needed a place close by to sleep for a few hours. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The Weston Bar and Grill restaurant was a quick walk across the parking lot. Our meal was delicious! I just had a burger w fries but it was hot and juicy. My friend had a chicken Quesadilla w rice for a side and she said it was the best Quesadilla she ever had. The rice was also good. I can highly recommend this hotel amd restaurant.

We felt safe however it didn't seem too clean on the outside. We were pleasantly surprised how clean our room was when we go into it. It was quite clean and the beds were comfortable. We did not eat breakfast, we didn't want to leave our dogs alone but we did get a peak and it looked good. There is a Dunkin right next door. We stayed 1 night and it worked for us.

- Megan (7/5): - I liked it was in town and the convince of things I did not appreciate the attitude from staff (Lindsay) that was checking me in. Firstly she was rude to someone else on the phone, and ultimately hung up on them with major attitude. Then when checking myself in she tried telling me my card was declined which was a blatant lie I had the confirmation it went through, the confirmation number all in hand and tried getting her to look she wouldn’t even look at the phone just kept saying it was declined. That is not appreciated at all.

But the worst part was while sitting on the bed a spider the size of a silver dollar jumped into my leg! I’m terrified of spiders so needless to say was not a good experience!!!

- MARK (6/5): Needs improvement - This review is tough bc I didn'thate it. 2 queens cost 99.00. The place is old and not visual very nice-inside & out. The toilet is for an umpa lumpa, but the toilet paper is high quality! They did update paint and bedding. Shower was clean, but looked disgusting due to age. When you walked on the entrance ceramic tiles, they made noises and moved slightly. Pillows were nice and beds were a 7/10, which shocked me. Staff was friendly, but I think they need to put some money into it to rate ot a 4 or 5. I'd probably stay herecagain, but not with my family.
- Fred (3/5): Will use different hotel on next years trip - Location to the lake was good. It had plenty of parking for my truck and boat. The guy working the front desk was real good. He tried hard to help fix the issues. We stayed here on last years fishing trip and everything was great. Even the beds we’re comfortable. When we opened the door to the room we were hit with smell of old cigarette smoke. There was no wifi. Even with front desks help no one could make the wifi work. TV only had four working channels. Guy at front desk could not fix either. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Dead bugs on the floor,blood stains on the carpet,the sheets were dirty(looked like they'd just made up the bed from previous occupants) now I'm trying to get a refund from my travel insurance. The breakfast was not even half of what it used to be and the grounds look unkept. Other family and friends actually cancelled their stay and went down to Hampton Inn after walking in the room and turning around and leaving. Please take some time and effort and clean up . Wish I could get money back for the night stay times 2 rooms.

- RICHARD (2/5): - This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Room was dark, dingy and dirty. Smell of urine in bathroom and on carpet. By the time you finish with a shower you are standing in water up to your ankles. There were bugs in the window sill. A grasshopper was on the pillow. Room was located across parking lot near the bar. Was noisy all night and people milling around smoking. Door of room had a gap at the bottom of about an inch so smoke from smokers drifted into room. Had to put a rolled up towel over gap to keep smoke out. Door knob to bathroom was fallen off the door. There was food on the floor by bed. If you care about your health and safety Do Not stay here. Have plenty of pictures of the condition of room. Told desk clerk about it when checking out. She said she would tell manager to call us. It’s been a week and have not heard anything from manager.

- Teresa L. (2/5): - It was so horrible we could not stay and checked out immediately after observing room. The smell was horrendous and caused a headache immediately. The bedside lights did not work, there was no Wi-Fi or cell phone service. Very disappointed and need a refund as we could not stay.
- apdMaryland (2/5): STAY AWAY - STAY AWAY! This used to be an okay hotel, but the new management has let it completely go to heck. Let’s begin: There is a loud machine for…? Pool lights, maybe? in the parking lot making so much noise it sets off car alarms. Drunk people wandering around the parking lot. The stairs to the second floor (we requested a first floor) are actually loose and beyond unsafe. The second floor had multiple drunk men in boxers standing around outside their rooms. Inside our room, the bedding was dirty and stained, and at least the covers had for sure not been washed. There were stains on the carpet that were still WET. The A/C hummed so loud and squealed with a high pitch. The microwave and mini fridge were set on a flimsy piece of furniture that was not even against the wall. There is no ice machine. Y’all: this place is a DUMP. Needless to say, we checked out. They refused to refund us, saying they were confused about how their system works. Avoid at all costs.
- Lori (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE. This place has a sign saying excuse the mess because they are renovating. The filth and overall cleanliness of the rooms was terrible and were nit atvall related to renovating. Dead bugs. A glob os something (possibly body fluids) was dried above the headboard on the wall. We checked in and checked back out within 15 minutes. Thankfully a full refund wass given by Expedia and we found another very clean hotel in Bridgeport.

- Janean (4/5): - Stair railings wobbled, trash and broken equipment on the walkways, we asked for aroom changed twice. We were so tired we decided to stay in the third room. No cups, bed frame was coming apart, smelked like someone smoked in there. Dead roach in the bsthroom, dried bloid on the floor, and only 2 towels.. sheets looked clean and the front desk person was very nice and professional.

- Shell (6/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Though the building was worn down everything worked. The pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast was aldo good.
- Christina (2/5): DISGUSTING - This room was DISGUSTING! The bathroom looked like in never been touched to clean the tub floor was brown the towels where wet to touch like the just been used! The AC in room did not work the refrigerator stunk and was warm! The bed omg had stains and ash or crumbs all over the sheets when you pulled the comforter back! The door did not properly lock and the peek whole was covered to not be able to look out the whole! It was odd and sketchy for sure! I wish I would have taken pictures! I checked out with in minutes and now disputing a refund!!!!
