• David (1/5): Poor waste of money - TV didn't work late night staff was rude, bedding was damp, and ac didn't blow cold talked with manager next morning about some kind of competition and was told it wasn't there fault and they were unable to do anything
• Rudyard (5/5): Okay if there are no other options available. - Breakfast was fine; location was fine (near interstate exit) Limited parking; walls are thin (we could hear the TV and alarms in the adjacent room: they were very loud and disruptive); carpet was damp; front desk staff was often absent. Toilet tank in room squeals when it is refilling. Just a cheap, economy hotel that has seen better days.

• Starr (3/5): - The staff was very nice and polite. The room smelled of mildew. The ceiling had parts of it that fell and was on the ground. The bathroom ceiling had mildew on it. And the curtains were torn and could not be closed all the way. Last we could not get the tv to work. It even had the power button, that would not turn On.

• Lisa (6/5): - The staff was friendly when approached, good variety of breakfast items and liked that Sunday's breakfast is left open later. Gave lower stars for the room itself. It was so damp that everything felt wet. Shampoo was almost empty, bathroom floor was slick and shower head was dirty. Had to clean it to get it to spray properly. Just small things that can be corrected
• Tia (8/5): Very pleasant stay.Staff was welcoming and kind. - Great service from the front desk and kitchen manager. Very comfortable stay. Convenient location. Clean room. Breakfast was very fresh and good. The smell of bacon throughout was a pleasant surprise. Rooms, especially bathrooms are very old and outdated. Definitely needs an overhaul and upgrade. Ceilings and walls had holes and stains throughout the room.
• Josh (2/5): - The staff was lazy and rude and could not be bothered to be helpful and make hateful comments about guest! the tv in our dirty room didn't work and we were told there was nothing that could be done the room was not clean it was nasty and the so-called staff at the front desk were extremely rude and nasty to guest and made hateful and rude comments about several guest out in the open for everyone to hear! we heard the comments "we don't get paid enough for this sh**" a few times! Comfort Inn Meridian - Bonita Lakes should be extremely ashamed you are giving Comfort Inn a horrible name! we will not ever return

The lamp, electrical plugs, walls, and even the toilet paper holder were nearly covered in rust, which was extremely off-putting. Additionally, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable. This experience does not reflect the ranking and description presented online.

• Timmy (4/5): Overall it satisfied my needs for the moment with a inconvenience - The customer service at the front was very accommodating and understanding I had to change room 3 times because the floor was saturated with water and the room had a very pungent odor of mold and mildew. The room was a king suite

• Jeremy (2/5): Horrible stay. Choice hotels do better - The king suit I booked had water damage, there were parts of the ceiling falling on the floor. Mold growing on the ceiling, doors falling off the cabinets, the fire alarms had the battery tray open with no batteries. The moldy smell was unbearable. We booked though hotels so could not get refunded. Was offered room on the 3rd floor 2 queen beds for same cost. The hotel needs a remodel bad! Definitely not what you would expect from a choice hotel. The only pleasant thing was the lady that checked us into the hotel. Note I had my 6 month old and 2 year old with me.

• Clint (6/5): - The room has a musty order, the bathroom door was missing the knob but still has a latch so you can lock yourself in. But the hole didn’t allow you to have any privacy. This is there worst comfort inn I’ve stayed in. The breed was horrible and the humidity in the room was tangible.

• Williams-jones (4/5): Disappointing - The breakfast selection was nice The room was quite run down, with paint peeling from the ceiling, wood cracking off of the bathroom door, and overall not very clean. Also, everything was damp, the carpet, the comforters, and all the furniture. The toilet made a horribly loud screeching noise when you flushed it.
• Wendy (4/5): Waas a nice place, clean, freindly and welcoming staff. - Breakfast was ok. Waffle machine was not working properly and they were getting stuck. The room smelled so musty. If not for that it would have been great.

There was no doorknob on the bathroom door, the door to the room wouldn't close without you hip checking it, we had full size beds instead of queens, one of the beds was broken, and the ceiling and walls was filled with unrecognizable stains. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever seen.

• Melanie (6/5): Pleasant - The staff is very friendly and accommodating! Property needs repair and work. A couple of holes in the wall of our room and blow dryer ripped off the wall without replacement.
• Roshona (6/5): - The stay wasn't that pleasant considering the horrible smell of the hotel & being overcharged due to reasons not understood. We booked a king suite, which was a beautiful room, but the smell was almost unbearable. We reported it to the lady working the desk and she relocated us to another room which smelled the EXACT same. We told her we would just stay in the original room since she'd already sprayed it with the "industrial spray". It smelled like mildew, mold or some sort of water saturation issue. I will say that the staff was overall friendly and attentive to our requests. One of the clerks did state that the rooms would be remodeled soon.

• Emily (10/5): - Nice, slightly dated property. Staff was great! Safety is ok….was approached by homeless man under drive thru directly in front of automatic doors.
• Anna (10/5): - Hotel rooms are a bit outdated and worn. But they are ok for the most part. Breakfast was very good and had lots of items to choose from. The staff is very nice and friendly and very helpful. The night clerk who checked us in was very nice and went out of her way to help us get items we needed for the room.
• Kerri (6/5): - This is not worth over $100. The property is in poor condition—seems old and not well maintained. The coverlet on the bed was stained in several places. We checked in late and there were internet issues, but the front desk person was very helpful working through them. Issue is it sounds like this happens often, so the hotel should look into why the internet is going down and preventing check ins. Breakfast was good and the area was very clean.

• Jennifer (4/5): Do not stay here! - The room smelled horribly of mildew, there was no blankets, no hairdryer, 2 towels, and no trash can. Everything felt wet like there was humidity in the air. I would not recommend. The check in was fast though!

• Tommy (4/5): It was ok but the price for this property is to expensive. Doesn’t look like a comfort inn to me as far as cleanliness. - The location and the breakfast was good but need to add some biscuits or something other than waffles, eggs and bacon. The desk clerk had to find us a clean room after making reservations. We had to wait for 20 minutes to go to our room. The shower needs cleaning and the towels should be tossed when stained.

• Randy (4/5): The heater was annoying and someone should have ask the bus crew to be considerate of other guests - Friendly staff, breakfast was good The heater made so much noise that we had to turn it off and hope that we did not get to cold, which we didn't. A bus came in right after us and the noise in the halls made sleep impossible until 12:00am
