- Gregory (5/5): Bottom line my stay was comfortable. And that’s all you can ask for . - It was last minute booking. But the rooms were decent. It got the job done. The staff was good also. The tall gentleman that works at the desk. Did everything that he could to accommodate you. I will stay there again. If I am in the area Soap, toilet paper etc

- Lindell (8/5): It was pleasant and friendly stay. - I didn't like the breakfast but it just wasn't what I eat The housekeeping had to be asked to freshen up the towels and she said we checked on on Friday. I replied i checked in at 4 me and my partner took a shower and we wanted fresh linen. Whe then refreshed the linen.

- Olivia (1/5): WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE - N/a My car back windshield was carelessly broken on their property sometime in the middle of the night. They tried to tamper with surveillance footage. I did file a police report however I did have to pay $500 to replace it. This experience was not worth it. They wouldn’t accommodate my first night stay. The comforter had boogers and dried food on it. The plumbing is terrible and to be honest they should just shut this establishment down, there’s other hotels in the area to make up for the loss of this one.
- Youcef (2/5): - The staff was pleasant First room had a cigarette butt within it, secondhand bed bugs under the mattress, third was missing rubber lining around the door and didn’t stop the noise of traffic (being directly adjacent to the highway)

Very hot water right off 70 quiet on the back side and even had a smoking room👍for the price and just sleeping for night highly recommended right next to nuese sport shop pizza hut that delivered was great front street fish market is excellent place to eat be back spring and fall next year even got discount using booking.com Wifi was in and out that's the only thing to complain about... no bugs or pests ac and heat worked fine 👌👍

- Robert (2/5): - I reserved a room with one king bed and non-smoking. Paid up front. When I got there 3 hours after start of check-in, I was told all they had was a smoking room with two double beds. When I entered the room, the smoke smell was thick with no bathroom exhaust fan. There were sticky drink container rings on the vanity counter beside of the sink. I guess the smoke detector was disabled. I have no plans of staying at this motel ever again!!!
- Rachael (3/5): - Gave our room to someone else and left us with a smoking room. Had to travel 30 minutes out the way to Goldsboro to find another hotel with availability due to busy tournament in town.
- Jimmy (10/5): - Absolutely! Very clean. Staff wonderful. Food was very good. Great choices
- Ms Chop (7/5): Other than fridge not working it was a pretty good stay. - N/A The fridge didn't work in our room #216
- Celisa O. (10/5): - The room was very, very clean. It was very quiet. We would definitely stay again. We were in town for a Softball tournament.
- Chaz (10/5): -
- Ryan (5/5): It'll do in a pinch. - The breakfast was your standard continental breakfast. It was fair but nothing special. The only true positive thing I can say about the place is its location. The facilities are extremely outdated. It's clear they are trying to update the rooms but when we stayed there were rolled up carpets, and piles of furniture stacked up all other the place. Our room had newer carpet but the room smelled of smoke even though it was marked as a smoke free room and pretty much only got updated with new paint. Even the bedding had cigarette burns from a previous stay. It was a place to stay and that's about it.
- Robert (10/5): - Nice clean hotel.
- Poile (7/5): -
- Leslie (4/5): We will never stay there again. - It was a continental breakfast and the frozen biscuit sandwiches were terrible The second day we were there we were awakened by terribly loud noise and when I looked outside I found that they were remodeling the whole floor upstairs. They were ripping the furniture out and using drills and hammers first thing in the morning and evening. I complained to no avail
We were not told this was going to happen when we booked the stay
It was horrible and we're weren't offered any relief at all.
- Shaquasia (7/5): -
- Michelle (2/5): - The rooms has mold in it. Stains on carpet. Holes on the comforter. Bathrooms still dirty. Told us quit time was 7pm.
- Ashley (1/5): Was horrible experience and will never stay again - Was close to ballfields The rude staff, dirty rooms, mold in the bathrooms, all that could be smelled was marijuana even in my room, quiet time was at 7pm on the weekend which is insane
- Johnson (1/5): -
- Julia (10/5): - Newer rooms
- Krissy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Toni (10/5): All smiles - I always like to stay here when I come home to visit it’s affordable, clean, convenient, comfortable N/A
- Traveler54725223505 (10/5): A hidden gem - What a hidden gem! Was WoW’d with the cleanliness and newly refreshed room with a nice decor. My Dad is in memory care in Kinston and I have now found my home away from home! Thank you Quality Inn!
- Melody (10/5): The staff was nice and the room was clean and quiet. - Very nice. Everything was great.
- pradeep (10/5): - Friendly staff.
- LATANYA (2/5): - First, I want to acknowledge that the manager was very kind and professional during my stay, which I appreciated. However, there were several aspects of my experience that were disappointing.
I initially intended to stay only one night, but due to the hotel’s non-refundable policy and the fact that I booked through a third party, I was unable to receive a refund for the remaining nights.
Upon arrival, I noticed cleanliness issues in the room—specifically, hair on the bed sheets that clearly wasn’t mine. This gave me concern about the overall cleanliness of the space. Additionally, the amenities advertised on the booking site were not accurate. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it listed a gym, which turned out to be closed. I also did not see a pool on the property.
The hotel appeared to be undergoing renovations, which was not mentioned beforehand. The furniture, including the sofa and lamp shade, had visible stains, and I didn’t feel comfortable using them.
I would recommend updating the photos and amenity information on Expedia or other booking platforms to reflect the current state of the property. Transparency is important for helping guests make informed decisions.
- Michael (4/5): Adequate, don't advertise pool and then be too cheap to pay for insurance so it's usable. - Said they had a pool. Yeah inoperable 🫤
- Regina (10/5): - Comfortable, very quiet, accomodating-willing to change room due to toilet issues.
- Jennifer (7/5): Clean, accessible - The room was large and clean. Easy access off the highway. The front desk attendant was very friendly. There was a man right outside the room in a lawn chair talking loudly on the phone. For about 3 hours I could hear his whole conversation.
- David (8/5): I would stay at this place again. - The breakfast was great. None
- Tesfahiwet (10/5): Exceptional - EVERYTHING
- Wilson (9/5): Superb -
- Perez (7/5): Good -
- Felicia (10/5): - Check in was fast and staff were friendly
- Vaughan (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (8/5): - All good

- Latoya (8/5): Very good -
- Haroon (8/5): Very good -
- Chanika (8/5): Very good -
- Jaye (8/5): Very good -
- Brandon (2/5): - Bugs all in room
- Teresa (2/5): - It was terrible!!!! The price was more on this site than if I had just walked in. The couch was extremely dirty. The phone kept ringing overnight even after we complained to the front desk. The toilet was broken and continued to run if you didn’t fix it after every flush. Breakfast was advertised as a full hot breakfast and it was not. There was no eggs or bacon just cereal and muffins. We were extremely disappointed and exhausted from no sleep then had to go buy breakfast somewhere else that should have been included in the price of our stay!!!
I don’t think we will ever use this site again!!!!
- Nancy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kimberly (8/5): - Good stay. Good price
- Cynthia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Terry (4/5): - Poor condition, overrated & overpriced
- Patricia (6/5): - Nothing
- Robin (10/5): Stayed one night for a class reunion. The room was very clean and comfortable - Nice and clean
- Ardrey (6/5): Pleasant - We are older women and they made us stay in upstate rooms without an elevator after we had requested downstairs. The office clerk made no effort to help with getting bags upstairs or down
- Abdur-rahman (7/5): Good -
- Donna (8/5): - Front office very nice and professional, made my daughter and I feel safe. Room was clean Friday. We did not have breakfast Saturday or Sunday, we did not leave room until afternoon on Saturday so our trash never got taken out or fresh linen. We've stayed there in the past not since like 2018. I was surprised, but other than that, they didn't have much cleaning to do in our room. #220
- Asia (8/5): Very good -
- Sandra (3/5): price awesome / room clean/ - good breakface doors would not lock properly room smell like mildew or mold had to go buy air freshener
- Jackie (5/5): Breakfast sucks and sketchy people - Convenient Noisy welfare people
- LINDA (8/5): - I was allowed to check in early. Front desk personnel was friendly.
- Felicia (10/5): Nice - Na Na
- America (5/5): Passable -
- Durrell (1/5): Bad - I use to like a morning shift employee refuse to lete stay and wouldn't explain why, so I never stayed. I was refused a room by an employee and I called ahead of time to let them know I was arriving late.
- Delores (6/5): Pastor and owner of business - Not friendly no social skills for visitors and you can not take your breakfast out to your room
- Tamika (10/5): Relaxed - Everything was awesome Nothing to be concerned
- Roxanne (10/5): - It was quite a thing just needed more cameras around property
- Tim (7/5): Good -
- Angel (10/5): How do I recommend. - The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom did have signs of a little mole in the ceiling, but it was clean. There was plenty amenities, available shower, cap, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee, which was a plus that they had tea in the room. Breakfast was also good. There was a waffle maker, packages of grits and oatmeal, pastries, and bagels along with breakfast sandwiches.
- tahji (2/5): - I would not Recommend this property to anybody. It was nasty, had bad service, And it thought that was fine. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!
- Santana (10/5): I real enjoy myself staying there and I will be back - I real enjoy myself staying there. It was good.
- Abdur-rahman (7/5): Good -
- Bobby (6/5): We thought this site had an elevator. - Rooms were clean. Breakfast was not as expected. Fruit (orange) not fresh. Waffle batter unacceptable.
- Keyana (10/5): - Staff was nice
