Guest Reviews
- Veronica (10/5): Would definately stay again - The breakfast was delicious, everyday a different meat, bacon, sausage, kielbasa. Eggs. Sausage gravy n biscuits. Fresh made waffles. All the staff were very nice n friendly Nothing
- Amy Davies (10/5): -
- CV (9/5): Very pleasant - Breakfast fine. Power out in the entire hotel the second day.
- Sally (8/5): - Room was spacious and clean On Sunday morning I got out of the shower and we lost electricity and we didn't get any back. I had to get dressed by the light of my cell phone. It still wasn't on when I checked out.
- Bonita (7/5): Nice hotel and friendly staff. - The breakfast was good, but I would have liked some fresh fruits (there were only whole oranges).
The staff was friendly and helpful.
- Richard (8/5): Very good would recommend again - The breakfast was good. Location was perfect for what we were doing. Convenient to get to route 6 and route 25. Lost power twice
- Amy Davies (10/5): Graduation weekend - Staff was friendly amd helpful The lighting could have been brighter
- Beth (10/5): Friendly staff, quiet older hotel. - Comfortable, clean and quiet It’s an older hotel, the tv’s are analog with fuzzy pictures, needs updating
- Tynke (9/5): Mooie locatie! Lekker ontbijt. Vriendelijk en netjes. - Ontbijt was heerlijk en gevarieerd. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Locatie erg mooi, uitzicht op de bergen!
Hotel was netjes. Bedden waren heerlijk. Beetje lastig dat de wastafel niet in de badkamer is.
- Reimer (10/5): -
- Kendra (2/5): - Made a mistake on booking my room and me and my 2 kids were treated horribly for an honest mistake. Never staying there again and I warn people. There was absolutely no reason for us to be treated so poorly. The situation could have been handled better
- Sigma (8/5): -
- Marianne (9/5): We would stay there again if a need for a hotel was needed in the area. - Friendly and responsive staff. We had a bit of trouble with our toilet and it was fixed immediately.
The room and hotel was clean and beds/pillows were comfortable. there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room and a coffee maker if you wanted to use it. It was worth the money we paid to stay there. The room was a good size with a table and chairs as well as a desk area. My husband said the free breakfast was better than what was offered in higher price hotels. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast. There was a dog park for our pet to use. The only issue we had was the bathroom was very small. Wish that was bigger.

- humph32 (10/5): great value - we booked on the motorway when we were 30 minutes away. the checkin lady was so nice and professional, the. breakfast was cooked with care and attention. the room was for the price amazing. I would 100% recommend this. hotel for the money we paid. thanks to all the staff. nothing, all good

- David L (8/5): -
- Janice (8/5): -
- Brandyon (10/5): Good - Nice Bathroom wasn’t very clean poop on the toilet seat
- danielfR317YP (2/5): Quiet location but very disappointing stay - I was genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism during my stay. While checking out, the front desk employee was wearing a visibly sick child in a baby carrier while actively checking guests in and out.
This isn’t a judgment of the employee as a parent. It’s a judgment of management’s decision to allow this in a customer-facing role. Hotels are shared spaces. Guests expect basic standards of hygiene and professionalism, especially after the past few years where health concerns are taken seriously for a reason.
Seeing a sick child coughing and clearly unwell inches away from guests while handling room keys, credit cards, and paperwork was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. It made me question what other basic standards are being ignored behind the scenes.
I understand staffing challenges. I understand childcare emergencies. But putting guests in this situation is not acceptable. Management should have stepped in and found an alternative solution instead of exposing customers to potential illness.
I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who expects even minimal professionalism and common sense.
- Phil (8/5): -
- Laurent (9/5): - Tout le reste, en particulier l emplacement, leconfort et la propreté Nothing
- Cindy (8/5): Great fall weekend. Visit Wellsboro. -
- Jason (10/5): -
- CRYSTAL (9/5): For this trip we chose the right lodging. - Friendly staff, nice breakfast selection, peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. We will stay here again! Can't think of anything that we weren't happy with.
- Janel (10/5): - We loved how friendly the staff was . They made the hotel feel like home. I personally love the laundry room and the whole set up it’s super comfortable. My two daughters (ages 1 & 4 ) loved the snacks and the beds they liked how it was spacious. We have no complaints
- David (8/5): -
- Cathy (9/5): - Size of room
- Áureo Marcius (9/5): Uma boa opção para descansar em uma cidade com poucas opções de acomodação - Localização
- Prita (7/5): -
- Nasir (8/5): -
- Mary (10/5): - Staff was available, professional and kind. Place was very clean, good breakfast and coffee options. Rooms quiet, clean, and bed comfortable. Tv had some reception issues, but remember you are in a more remote area🙂 thin line restaurant in town is a must, great food! Nothing, all was better than previous reviews I read. It was very comfortable and clean!
- Bashore (7/5): -
- Weaver (2/5): - The breakfast sucked. The eggs and sausage was stone cold. The blueberry biscuit thing tasted like crap. There was no measurements on the cup for the waffle machine. I didn't like the fact that I got charged and extra $53 for my dogs to stay with us. My dogs were exceptional. They didn't bother anyone or make any kind of mess.
- Eugene (9/5): - Convenient. Breakfast was good We had a connecting door. I could hear our neighbor late into the night.
- Colleen (8/5): - Clean, convenient to highway and Great helpful employees.
- Clayton (8/5): -
- Nikki (4/5): we will not be staying there anymore in the future. - Staff was somewhat friendly, was surprised 😮 to see the cleaning staff eat breakfast at the free breakfast area. Your manager was dressed like she worked at a bar, the water pressure in the bathroom was horrible, hallways were filthy, and I was not liking the fact that you did not have some type of security on the premises.
- Robert (10/5): -
- Eric Bosh (7/5): -
- Liza (8/5): - Hair in bathtub and leftover soap. I don't think tub was cleaned. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.
- Karen (10/5): Nice stay - Everything was very clean and staff friendly. Good location. Get rid of all the plastic and paper stuff at breakfast.
- Robert (6/5): - Nice view
- Jean (10/5): - A huge shout out to the staff for ALWAYS keeping the breakfast area very clean and well stocked! Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable
- Lindsey (9/5): -
- Ronald (10/5): -
- Janis (8/5): - Clean room
- Michael (10/5): - This hotel is solid. Clean rooms. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Have stayed here multiple times. Highly recommend for the quality and value.
- Kyle (10/5): - Friendly clean comfortable. Great stay
- Shipra (10/5): - Good fall colors view from hotel, decent hotel.. highly recommend, will come again…
- Erin (8/5): - The room was nice, very clean. The breakfast was better than average. Parking was convenient. My only complaint was that my room (201)was directly next both the elevator and stairwell door. I hardly slept because of the constant noise from the doors shutting on both of these.
- Craig (6/5): - Nice staff and facility was clean but a little tired.
- Jeanne (10/5): - Excellent staff, I left my bike locked on the back of my car and staff ensured me it would be safe especially with their security cameras. No loud residents but fire doors slam loudly as usual at every single hotel I’ve stayed. Wish this could be fixed.
- Helen (10/5): - Wonderful amenities. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. It’s how a hotel should be!
- Minnie (6/5): - Location was good. Never saw any cleaning people. There was a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we arrived that I suspect was left from the last guest. Room set up was odd.
- Patricia (8/5): - Close to the highway. I stay here for the convenience, not the glamor. The rooms are a bit hit or miss. The one I stayed in last time was very good. This one felt damp and had a peculiar odor, like gym clothes that had been left in the bag. The AC in the room was set to 65 when I came in so I actually had to turn on the heat to make the room habitable. Surely setting it to 72 would be more reasonable. The breakfast is adequate but not great. Today all the bananas were so overripe, they were only fit for making banana bread. There is only nonfat yogurt.
- Suzanne (10/5): Fall time stay , have no worries in booking. - Booked two king rooms. Found both to be clean, well maintained, looked like new carpet and everything worked. If I had to complain about anything …. All I can think to comment on is the pillows were so soft that when you use them they compress to nothing. I was happy I brought one from home. They did provide 5 in total for the bed. Shannon at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even with a full house she was all smiles and happy to help. The cleaning staff does a great job. Security cameras in the hallways which was nice to know. We felt safe. It was very quiet and we had no issues sleeping. Breakfast had something for everyone. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Everything you’d want or need can be found within a mile or two of this location. A college, a Walmart, gas stations, ice cream shop, bars, … even a sporting store. Of note, there is no pool and no bar at this location… but there are bars in town. We will stay here again.
- Chuck (8/5): - Breakfast was standard but good and fresh.
- Christine (10/5): - Nice hotel with all the things you need for the journey. Clean, quiet, right off the highway
- Nancy (10/5): - Good breakfast, great outdoor area for eating
Good size frig with small freezer: microwave in room, two features missing from a hotel we stayed at recently. Thank you for a comfortable stay
- Johanna (10/5): - Easy check in, room was clean & quiet, great breakfast, easy check out, personable staff…I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.
- Joseph (8/5): - Beds a bit firm, wish I had brought my pillow. Otherwise wonderful place to spend the night. Quiet, well run.
- luis (10/5): -
- Vicki (6/5): Too warm... - We did not have a great experience -- our Air Conditioner did not work properly and the room became very hot through the night. Toilet was also very slow in going down.
- Sally (6/5): - 3 of the rooms on the first floor smelled very musky and moldy. It wasn’t until we went to the second floor that we were able to tolerate the air in the room. This motel is used by many workers , which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but just to be informed.
All the rooms have carpeting so, there’s the mold and then the chemical smell of rug deodorizer. The staff was very nice and helpful. So. There’s that.
- Andrew (10/5): - very clean
- Jaime (8/5): It was an overall good experience despite unfortunate circumstances of my trip. - Good location. The staff was nice. I didn’t check in until almost 3 am due to an ER visit, and they let me have late checkout so I could sleep before driving home. They did offer breakfast but I missed it. My room was the furthest away it could be. Staff apologized after seeing I had a knee injury. I was having trouble walking. Not exactly their fault. Just unfortunate for me.
The only other thing was the maid tried to enter my room before 11am to clean it. Then apologized when she realized I was still there.
- Luis (8/5): - Comfortable stay. Room did not smell fresh and clean. Front desk computer system not working properly.
- DJ (10/5): - Quiet, clean, great views, good breakfast. Perfect for an overnight rest on a road trip! Highly recommend!
- Judy (10/5): Great stay - Beautiful view in Mansfield, PA. Quiet, up on a hill with no road noise. Comfortable and clean room.
- THOMAS (8/5): - Convenient location. Safe and quiet with outside soace more choice of cereal at breakfast
- DANTE (8/5): - Nice place and quiet
- manuel (8/5): - Personal amable, limpio aunque un olor un poco extraño en la habitación pero soportable, buen parqueo y en general bastante bueno. Lo recomiendo y también volvería.
- Pamela (10/5): - Even though this hotel isn’t located in a busy area, it was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The price was exceptional and that even included a nice breakfast. All staff were friendly and helpful.
- Jodi (6/5): - Breakfast was always delicious. It was a place to sleep and a place to shower. What it's intended to be. Nothing more. Shower head and water pressure.. I have thick hair & it took a long time to wash shampoo out. The bathroom door doesn't close correctly and stuck if it did close. Bathroom was TINY with a low ceiling. Same eggs every day for breakfast. Scrambled eggs or even cheese only would have been nice. Smoked sausage to link sausage...how about bacon ?
- Michael Ayoola (10/5): - It proved its name “Quality”. Everything about the hotel is quality, from the front desk to the room. I will call at the place again should I have the opportunity.
- tricia (8/5): The night clerk was warm and friendly- appreciative after a long travel day! - Very quiet- couldn’t hear anyone outside the room at all
View from our room was gorgeous The road uphill (off property) needs maintenance
- Susan (8/5): - Without GPS we never would have found it as it's not visible from the main road, so signage could be improved a bit. It was clean and friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We don't love the communal bottles of shampoo/conditioner, etc. and miss the small ones. Breakfast was great. Our son just moved to college near the property and we'll stay there again when we visit.
- Marcy (10/5): -
- Thomas (10/5): Great place - Location, Staff, and Breakfast Nothing
- Patricia (8/5): - I’ve stayed here twice and both times the front desk staff announced my room number out loud when other people were in the lobby. This is a safety issue for women traveling alone. Please just point to the number in the keycard holder. Thank you.
- Andrea (8/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): - Very clean, friendly staff, quiet.
- Lucinda (10/5): - Hotel setting on top of the mountain was beautiful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
- Milstein (10/5): -
- Sangeetha (10/5): - Excellent
- Caryn L (3/5): Disappointed. It was our anniversary. - Breakfast was pretty good. Nice outside patio and view. Very awkward inhospitable room.
A/c noisy.
Toilet ran continuously and wouldn’t flush.
Hall was noisy and hollow sounding.
Items slid off sink and shelf which was right in front of the door! No table by sofa or chair for beverages or lamp.
Not at all what we expected.
- james (10/5): - Nice place
- Debra (10/5): - Clean and nice front desk
- Nancy (7/5): - Location
- Jennie (10/5): Very easy to check in and quiet - Very well laid out. All indoor doors too rooms. Staff is very friendly. N/A
- Thomas (8/5): - Clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety. I especially liked the outdoor patio to sit and relax at night.
- Michele (5/5): Ok for the price, but I wouldn’t return. - Convenient location, right along our travel route. Breakfast was had many more options of hot and cold food than I expected. Nice fluffy pillows smelled good and clean! Quick and friendly checkin. Bathroom has dingy drop ceiling with small dark areas along the edges. I suspect there’s mold, because I woke up with congestion. Our faucet leaked underneath. Beds were firm.
