- Kevin (7/5): - I was completely blown away at how comfortable the bed was.Usually, hotels that are this cheap have beds that are beyond needing to replace.. I have stayed at hotels that are double the cost of this hotel that have mattresses that are horrible compared to these.. It is what it is, but for the money and the cleanliness you can't beat it.Especially in that area, good people definitely worth staying The fact that the pool needs to be fixed and that you have to create a roku account just to be able to watch TV.

- Dawn (1/5): I want my money back - Absolutely nothing. Run down and looked LITERALLY nothing like the pictures! The room was absolutely filthy. Dirt, leaves and stains on the floor. The bedding was full of stains and holes, beds weren’t made. The bathroom didn’t work and the whole room looked like it was pieced together from another collection of other hotels. The mattresses were on metal boxes. The property was in shambles, pool was filled with black water and garbage.

There was no iron or ironing board. There was No phone in the room no clock. The sink was leaking from pipe. Bed comforter was dirty and stained had to get a new one. Bed wasn’t really comfortable! Pillows were very thin and worn out need to be replaced

- Ross (1/5): Absolutely horrible !!! - There was not one thing that I could say that made that property even close to being presentable to stay in The first room we were given, smelled like there was a dead body under the bed. We requested another room. The electronic room key was not working, so the person on duty had to let us in the room and we could not leave the room with it locked. The telephone did not work. The smoke detector did not work. The room seemed to be still under construction. The toilet was in the process of being installed, which meant it was sitting on a piece of plywood. And it would rock when you sat on it. The electrical outlets were broke on the lamp. The room had not been finished painting. There were globs of paint on the door and the walls. Oh yeah, the Roku TV required Internet in order for it to work which guess what we had no Internet I could go on about the cosmetic issues the Shawty workmanship this place was hell. The only reason my wife and I stayed in there is because we were extremely tired and we took a chance on sleeping on the bed not knowing what could’ve been in the bed To top it all off when I went to check out, I gave the laundry list of problems to the person at the desk. He didn’t apologize nor even offer a discounted rate.!! Super eight needs to do an audit as to how they are doing the remodeling of this hotel it took an experience. I don’t even like to talk about and I don’t even wanna think about it again I’ve stayed in Third World countries that had much better accommodations. This place sucked!! The only thing that would make me feel better and my wife would be if we had a full refund, I believe that’s the least you could do being I’ve been a loyal customer with Booking.com for many years and I’ve never complained but this one was bad

- Tyler (1/5): Unbelievable. Shame to Super 8 name - Location, refrigerator, and the AC worked. I waited an hour to check in. Arrived at 8:40 pm and office was locked. Rang the door bell twice before calling the numbers listed on door. First number I called went straight to voicemail. Second number rang and rang but never picked up. Other people needed in the office but got tired of waiting and went back to their rooms. Called the number listed on the booking site and was told they were at the location and could unlock the office in 5 minutes. Another number then called my phone telling me they were en route to the hotel and would be there in 10 to 15 minutes, but that another guy was five minutes out and whoever gets there first would let me in. I waited 15 minutes before calling him back and he said he had been pulled over for speeding and hoped he wouldn't get a ticket. He said the GPS showed him he was 5 minutes away from the hotel and as soon as he is cleared to go from the police he would be there and was 5 minutes out. I waited another 5 minutes and called him back asking about the other guy he originally said was 5 minutes out? He told me he should be able to leave after getting his ticket and would be there in 5. I waited 5 minutes then called the number listed on booking.com to not get answered but get a text 5 minutes later saying the manager was 10 minutes away and on the way. The other guy who was saying he was pulled over called me and said the manager was 10 minutes away. I waited 10 minutes and called him back. I could here a women doing dishes and talking in the background. I asked what happened to being 5 minutes away after being stopped by the police. He lied and said he was still in the car but that the manager was on the way. I asked many times for accurate information. I don't know why they lied so many times as if telling me what they thought I wanted to hear and not being honest about what was going on. The liar calls me again and says the manager is five minutes away.

- Samantha (4/5): The value of the property is reflected in the cost of the stay, low price low quality. - We were in town for an event and it was less than 4 miles from the venue so very convenient. There were no trash cans in the room, no hair dryer, or extra toilet paper. Also the TV did not work due to it unable to connect to the WiFi. Also the Main door did not have a seal on the bottom so bugs and wind came from underneath very easy.

I would rather recommend you stay in a tent in the parking lot rather than in this facility.. that’s how disgusting it is. Do not waste a cent in this place.

However, the room left a lot to be desired, like a trash can, a cup, a bucket for ice, or pest control. I’m not squeamish when it comes to bugs, and I know that sometimes they are just extra troublesome, but when I wake repeatedly to cockroaches crawling on me, it makes for a bad night. The next morning I went to request a new room and the front office was all locked up. After waiting a few minutes, I pushed my keys through the crack in the door and left, getting a room at a different hotel.

- John (8/5): Great Value! Clean Room in a safe location close to Fort Rucker. - The location was great for Fort Rucker. The nightly price was very reasonable. The room, while basic, was very clean. They are clearly updating the place, with new TVs, more modern bathrooms, etc. The bed was comfortable. Clearly the place is being updated, which will be nice. The new mirror was on the wall in the bathroom, but the outline of the larger former mirror was still shown. A little bit of sanding them painting the wall behind the sink would make the room ideal...with no issues whatsoever.

The bed scarf/bed runner was not present. Bed was made but appeared the room was not prepped for someone to stay. Security was an issue considering that the door had been broken into before and not repaired. The door between rooms had a shopping bag stuffed where the door handle should be

I arrived at around 10:00 at night find no one there and the property locked I rang the bell over and over again I then started calling finally somebody finally answered and after a short wait somebody appeared. I am disabled and had requested a non-smoking room with handicap shower and extra pillows and extra towels and a late check out. When I got to my room I walked into a extremely smelly room it smelled like cigarettes even though I was supposed to have a non-smoking room and moldy smelling as well. Half the lights did not work in the room and the bed was extremely uncomfortable there was only three pillows on the king size bed. There was only one towel in the bathroom the toilet wasn't screwed to the floor there was no soap no ice bucket and the air conditioning heating was noisy and took forever to cool the room off. It is the second time I have stated this facility and I can guarantee you it will be the last both times were very unpleasant stays. In the Enterprise Alabama area as far as the cheap hotels go stay away from this place and stay away from Econo Lodge out of all of the cheap hotels in the area the Executive Inn has the cheapest nicest rooms for the money not perfect but if you're looking for a cheap hotel that one is the one to go to in the area only reason why I didn't stay at that hotel was because they were full. I was too tired to even complain but it was one of the first times I can say that I really wanted to go up front and get a full refund even though technically I slept there to be honest I don't even think the bedspread had been washed in a while. Totally totally unsatisfactory that room had no business being rented and if the facility doesn't even read the notes on the reservation that's just horrible and it wasn't like the place was packed or it was a busy weekend or anything like that. Extremely uncomfortable beds you have been warned

It was nothing like how it seemed in website. Please refund our money. I stay confused on motels because the toilets are never bolted to the floor and rock when you sit on them. They also make a lot of noise from rocking. The last two times we have stayed in this motel, the bathroom sink fixtures are loose and wobble.

This could be a nice property with a little TLC. Front desk tenant was never at the front desk. Always had to call a number and wait 10-20 minutes for them to arrive. Other guests played loud music, but at least they stopped at a decent hour

There was trash everyone all up and down the side walks, there wasn’t a second lock on the door or I’ll say there wasn’t only half of it because in my room and my mother in laws room it looked like some had kicked down the doors. This could be a perfect stay because it’s so close to the base. But it need a few thousands dollars for clean up and renovations

The lights on the back side where we had 2 rooms did not work. mattresses thrown in the parking lot. Paid for 2 king size rooms the bedding was for a queen size and dirty. Smoke detectors not on walls. DO NOT book a room here unless you’re ok with staying at a real dump and carry a firearm. And have lost my money. Go to next town of Enterprise and get a room. Felt that we were in a Drug infested area.
