Guest Reviews
- Suzanne (8/5): We would definitely stay here again, loved the location and especially loved the old gardens. - Exquisite Victorian hotel with beautifully restored gardens with a fountain. Lots of outdoor seating, we watched the sunset from the 3rd floor shared balcony. Breakfast was okay, quiche was served, which was unique. The coffee was very weak.
- Lucy (8/5): Clean, quirky hotel - Quirky hotel. Victorian vibe. Room was clean and well equipped if slightly dated. Breakfast offerings were very good Room was slightly dated

- William (10/5): - The staff was super nice and friendly and very helpful the breakfast was amazing pool was clean and open
- Baum (7/5): - ok The light by the pool kept me awake most of the night even with the curtain and blinds drawn.
- Stacey (10/5): When I come back to Eureka I will be getting another room there. - The grounds was beautiful with all the flowers, fountain, sitting spots to relax, nature all around and it was on a dead end road. Staff and grounds keepers were amazing and breakfast was delicious The one complaint I have is the pool was pretty cold.
- Amanda (10/5): Came for a destination wedding in the area. I highly recommend this property! - The property has beautiful grounds. Older rooms but clean and well kept.
- Janett (9/5): - Staff was excellent and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was really good! Bathtub was difficult to get in and out...not enough safety grab bars and tub was slick.
- Willie (10/5): -
- James (10/5): very nice! - We were very pleased! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great! All staff were very friendly and interested in making sure our stay was a good one. The garden behind the pool is a must see! Breakfast was in another building, but to see the garden it was worth the extra steps!
- Amber (10/5): - The fountain with walkways in the trees. Breakfast room was great and wonderful selection!
- Kathleen (10/5): -
- CHARRYL (10/5): Best Place to Stay in Eureka Springs - Spacious, clean room with comfortable firm mattress and lots of pillows! The shower and toilet are separate from the vanity - a great feature so the bathroom is not tied up with someone using the mirror! The hotel is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and features a pretty swimming pool and lounging area. We witnessed some fantastic sunset views from the third floor balcony seating area. There is a trolley stop right outside the front door so you don't have to deal with finding downtown parking. Best of all, the staff are some of the most helpful and friendliest people you will ever meet! Wished the ice machine on the third floor was working (maybe it was just empty the several times I tried to use it?).

- Thomas (9/5): Clean room & good breakfast. Good for value for the cost - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was good however it could have had more fresh fruit.
- Bolivia (10/5): -
- Virginia (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and will return again in October! - Breakfast was great! My husband and I have been coming to Eureka Springs for 20+ years now and we've never eaten breakfast at the hotel until this trip. We've always went to Myrtie Mae's, but we decided to try it and was so happy we did.
Saved us money and time which is always a plus. Our room was spectacular and the location was great!!!
- Tessa (9/5): - The property was beautiful and the pool was clean. The room was easy to access. There was hair in the bathroom sink and on the bathroom floor. The room has an adjoining room and I could hear the people in the next room.
- Joyce (10/5): - Nice hotel and the grounds are really nice. Need more regular coffee in rooms
- Monte (9/5): -
- Kristin (10/5): -
- Brandalynn (9/5): We will definitely stay here from now on when we visit Eureka Springs! - The staff was absolutely amazing! Very present and accommodating! The breakfast area being downstairs with no elevator was a little inconvenient.
- Connie (8/5): Good value and located near downtown arts district - Good variety of food for breakfast Carpet needs to be removed from guest rooms.
- Joshua (6/5): -
- jada (8/5): Cozy, friendly atmosphere, extremely walkable, and good eats! - It was super cute and quaint! Everything was fairly accessible and walking the garden was a refresher after the hustle of the day (total calf workout though, be warned)! The only thing I going to be a disadvantage was the location. The road was really busy, but I think it was because of the events happening that weekend. Parking was a little weird, but I’m chalking it up to building into the landscape— which I can appreciate.
- Lisa Dall (7/5): Possibly return again, asked about reward system upon checking in & was disappointed, no help on tha - The pool was open & looked nice.
Staff was friendly & welcoming.
Rooms were clean & stocked with supplies we needed.
Parking was fine.
Nice view from balconies. Did not like we had to go outback down a challenging staircase to get breakfast.
Rained & gutters were overflowing & causing stairs to be slick to.
The breakfast was the same all 3 days & just nothing tasty, like out of a container & heated up.
3rd floor balcony felt unsafe as it sloped towards the street.
Toilet had to be held down every time to flush, AC fan squeaked the whole time it ran.
- Jeannie (10/5): - Beautiful rooms and grounds Nothing
- Curious64984414341 (10/5): Great hotel when visiting Eureka Springs! - Great hotel! The rooms are quanit and charming. The staff is EXCELLENT!!!! The breakfast is absolutely satisfying and tasty!!! Parking is safe and great. Close to all things fun to do in Eureka Springs! Special shout out to danny, the hostess with the mostess!
- twila (10/5): -
- Angela (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean room and was close to everything.
- Sheri (5/5): Good stay but facilities very old - Breakfast was good but hard to get to Bathroom was tiny very hard with older person
- Holter (9/5): Nice safe place to stay. - Very nice and clean. Located close to downtown. We didn’t try the breakfast as it was fairly limited.
- lolaj39 (10/5): Awesome Customer service by Danny & Top 10 breakfasts of All time at a hotel! - Incredible hotel. Best quality ,price & service all a 10 out of 10! The staff is incredible. The main worker Danny is a gem of an employee! Mary,Chris, Cheryl,Doug and the owner Patsy are AMAZING! They really go above and beyond for guests! The rooms are CLEAN & cozy & just comfortable. Close to all things fun in town. The price is fair! I do have to point out the BREAKFAST is hands down comparable to a French Bistro! Again a special shout out to Danny who is the standout of the whole place.Highly recommended when you visit Eureka Springs!

- Oden (10/5): -
- Annette (10/5): A comfortable night in a beautiful setting. - Beautiful lobby and grounds. You felt like you were in a forest. The freshly baked goodies at breakfast were fabulous.
- Dixon (7/5): -
- Ochoa (10/5): - Everything the room and the town didnt want to come back home
- Alisa (8/5): -
- Greg (9/5): Nice stay for the price, could be noisy in the AM. - Very nice and comfortable overall. Breakfast was decent as well. Easy to find location. The main road being as close as it was made it slightly annoying in the early hours when traffic started to pickup. The breakfast area was set apart from the main lobby and room area so it maybe difficult to get to for visitors that have mobility issues especially with stairs.
- Lorraine (10/5): - The outside of the property is beautiful! The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast included eggs.
- Belinda (3/5): Disappointed in room quality - Pretty grounds. Breakfast room nice and descent choices. Our room was not cleaned. There were food containers left from previous occupants and candy wrappers on floor. No covers on wall outlets.
- Angelia (8/5): - The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good! Great rate and room. will stay here again.
- Claire (8/5): -
- Jordan (8/5): - The staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel was beautiful, clean & such a good value. The location was perfect & would love to stay here again! Unfortunately the beds were incredibly uncomfortable.
- Susie (7/5): - Great place for impromptu get a way with reasonable pet fee. Breakfast area difficult to access.
- Heidi (10/5): Great stay - My son was very excited because the breakfast had scrambled eggs. The location was fantastic, so close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and we had a great time. There isn't anything I didn't like.
- Candice (8/5): - Everything was clean, good breakfasts and staff was nice. Loved the soft pillows. The air conditioner was a loud and wouldn't stay on to keep the room at the desired temp. Needs more signage for breakfast area.
- Taylor (10/5): -
- Kristy (10/5): Vacancy on Valentine’s Day was crazy - Location Nothing
- Joseph (8/5): Good value for the money - The location was great. The rooms were good . I think the facility needed to have more than one ice machine, and the provided breakfast was not that good we chose to eat elsewhere the second day.
- Scott (1/5): - I didn't like anything. A place may be itchy because of bedbugs. There was a used soda can in the fridge. The pillow sheets had black lines. The Door to get into the room, could not lock properly unless you are it slamming. Read first statment.
- Jeremy (9/5): Quality inn eureka springs - Great location and clean rooms. Parking was a little cramped.
- Dinah (10/5): -
- LeeAnna (10/5): -
- LeeAnna (10/5): -
- Richard (9/5): - The breakfast - I've never been to a hotel before where the staff actually make all the eggs and muffins and quiches. It's usually obviously prepackaged stuff.
I also loved the old-time ambience. I wish there were a fitness center, but the hotel was so cheap, it wouldn't be fair to expect that. It's a phenomenal value.
- Jodi (8/5): Nice hotel. Great location. -
- Tanis (6/5): Disappointed - The staff was lovely and the bed pretty comfortable. The picture make it look nicer than it is. Older property with old carpet so the room had that damp musky smell.
- Michelle (9/5): Everything was very nice, including the staff. - Breakfast was very good with extra food choices.
- Kimberly (8/5): Had a girls weekend with my sister and great-niece. Had - Breakfast buffet was great and room was clean and spacious. Beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked.
- Audrianna (9/5): - Very welcoming and quiet! GREAT breakfast
- Dawn (10/5): -
- Kathy (6/5): Friendly staff but the rooms need upgraded. - Beautiful scenery around it. Sink and tub barely drained
- Albina (10/5): - Location, nature Nothing
- Valeria (8/5): It was alright for a night stay, not expensive - Budget friendly, amazing breakfast , clean Out dated look, doors weren’t clean and the room had an old carpet. The was not great lighting in the room
- Allison (8/5): Charming cost effective stay for your trip to Eureka Springs! - I liked the historical feel of the building and lobby I wish there was more lighting in the rooms. It felt dark at times
- Ronald (8/5): -
- Manly (8/5): - Breakfast was great
Rooms were clean
Close parking, and not a far drive from down town. Some things on the property were outdated, but other than that it was a great stay for a good price.
- elba (8/5): -
- Tonya (10/5): It was a pleasant stay the couple days we stayed here. We will gladly stay here again on the future!! - Very nice stay we had here. I like the layout of the property. We stayed at the backside of the property and that felt more secluded, which was very nice. Did not like having to walk downstairs to get to the kitchen area for breakfast. Wish that would have been in a main floor. Steps are not good for people with bad backs or knees 😩😩😩
- Julie (6/5): -
- Rachal (10/5): - Breakfast
Cleanliness
Friendly
- Tod (8/5): -
- Crockett (6/5): - The Christmas lights were absolutely beautiful the facility where you checked in was nice. The breakfast could have been consistent in rooms could have been a little more clean we had to relocate rooms due to remodeling paint thinner came through the bathroom.
- Virginia (7/5): -
- Steve (7/5): -
- Jordan (5/5): Thankful for a last minute booking but did not meet advertised expectations - I appreciated how the property was close to the main attractions of the town. The property is advertised as a hotel when it is primarily a motel. The room was dirty (walls, ceilings, doors) but the linens were clean, the toilet took multiples tries to flush even just one piece of toilet paper. The breakfast room is completely separate from the motel and upon arrival, there was not much available for my family. Parking was also a very big issue. I understand the property was fully booked but there was no option for any overflow parking for guests.
- Steven (9/5): -
- Stacey (10/5): -
- Brandi (10/5): -
- DEBORAH (6/5): - It was clean. Room was old, peeling wallpaper. Did not look like the pictures.
- Katherine (10/5): - The breakfast was delicious and hot. The staff were very accommodating. And the grounds and landscaping were absolutely beautiful. Updated rooms. They were clean but need to be updated.
- wiley (8/5): Cost for pet to much - Great
- Karen (6/5): For the price, it was fair, but won't use them again - Price if the room. Cold A/C, comfortable bed with plenty of fresh pillows Refrigerator didn't work, sink didn't drain with a bad leak under the sink. Bathtub didn't drain either. We called front desk who said they had no maintenance and it would be morning before they could get help. We checked out 1st thing next morning.
- Lisa C. (9/5): - The grounds and landscaping were beautiful! Glad the room had fridge and microwave. Breakfast could have had bacon or sausage. The ventilation in the bathroom was extremely loud.
- Tim (7/5): -
- Steven (10/5): Would stay there again - Central location Breakfast was basic
- Deb (10/5): -
- Samuel (10/5): I will continue to visit here - It’s what I’ve come to expect after making this my destination for the last 10 years
- Lorenz (10/5): -
- REX (9/5): - Nice place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff
- Benita (7/5): - Breakfast was good. There was a variety of food to eat. The bathroom toilet had a circle around it. But nothing that can be cleaned.
I think the carpets need a good cleaning.
- inurbeauty (10/5): Worth it! - The quaint rooms and meticulously decorated main areas were absolutely worth the stay. The breakfast was phenomenal! Well, done, Danny and Mary who made our experience warm!
- Dana (10/5): Great place to go for a get away and will definitely stay again . - Such a beautiful place to stay , management was very helpful and kind. Beautiful decorations for the season and loved the whole time we were there.
- Franco (9/5): -
- David (8/5): - Very clean affordable stay with great proximately of historic district.
- Mark (10/5): Nice - Gentleman at reception was great ! Nothing
- Walker (8/5): Good value for the price. - The staff was friendly. The kitchen staff was very accommodating. The Christmas decor was incredible, both inside and outside! The antique furnishings in the lobby and breakfast room were also very nice. The room was a bit dated.
