- Micheline (7/5): - On ne m'a pas offert de petit déjeuner. Du café dans une distributrice dans le hall d'entrée et dans la chambre. Le jeune homme à l'accueil n'avait clairement pas envie d'être là. Pas l'ombre d'un sourire et réponses en monosyllabes. Vraiment pas plaisant. Au prix de la chambre, j'aurais apprécié que le petit déjeuner soit inclus. Sinon, au minimum, d'avoir du lait pour mon café à la place d'un sachet de poudre.

Je crois que c'est du à la présence du restaurant La Cage mais il n'y avait plus de stationnement disponible à 19h00.J'ai du stationner chez un commerce voisin et à 22h00 des places s'étaient libérées, je suis revenue stationner ma voiture à l'hôtel.

- Guest (8/5): Bien situé lits comfortables - Proximité pour la cage au sport J'avais pas accès avec ma carte de chambre a la salle de spa et sauna je me serais entendu d'y avoir accès et surtout que le déjeuner était pas présent à cette hôtel en moto se sont des petits détails qui comptent pour le prix demandé pour ma chambre.

- Lonestarbc (8/5): Meets expectations - No frills motel style hotel. Comfortable enough, clean and that’s about it. That’s fine because that’s what it says on the packet

This time the room was in poor condition, TV difficult to use (no English option - not the end of the world) window broken so could not be opened, and noisy aircon that was needed as the window was stuck shut. Bathroom sink cracked and just generally poor condition. But it served a purpose - plenty of parking and easy ATV trail access!

- P (8/5): Nice place, clean, friendly staff. Ask for a room far away from the bar if you want a quiet night. - Location was great, room was clean, staff was friendly. The bar in the establishment was blasting music till 3 am and I could hear it from my room. I'm glad my room was not one of the rooms closer to the bar or I would have been up all night. also, the parking lot was jammed packed at night with all the people at the bar filling the lot.
- Domenic (4/5): - the rate I paid seemed very high for a Comfort inn and when I arrived i figured out why. They were fully booked with 100's of Snowmobile Riders. The problem was they were parking thier Ski Doos, Trucks and Trailers ANYWHERE in the parking and when I arrived it wasn't even possible to unload our luggage at the front door because the entrance and the parking lot were a disaster. I had to park at the shopping mall accross the street at the risk of being towed for illigal parking. I raised this point at the front desk and and they just said the guy who was supposed to manage the parking situation didn't show up for work. Very frustrating and not professional. I will never stay there again.

The young man at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Richmond was fantastic though. When we booked we were told that we could leave our truck and trailer there. When we arrived we were told we could not! This was a huge issue as we had an 11 day sled trip planned. Breakfast in the morning took over an hour! We moved hotels.

Le bain à remou est disponible sur reservation seulement par bloc de temps donc pas beaucoup de gens peuvent en profiter si l'hotel est achalandé. D'autre hôtel du même genre sont disponible sur ce même boulevard pour moins chère offrant le déjeuner.

- suehX3440SS (6/5): Average to Good - It’s Comfort Inn so my expectations were low…. Clean clean place to say and expectations were met. I was in one the far rooms at the end of the hotel so no street or restaurant noise. No breakfast which is rare now, most offer a little continental now so tack that on your price for night. It was still less than other places so good for a stop travelling through Quebec. Comfortable beds and pillows, a little worn but clean.
