• Pam (7/5): We had no significant problems. Most everything was fine! - Staff were great! Friendly and helpful. They had the first floor handicap room as we requested. Room 104 needs carpenter/plumber for some work! The commode was not fully attached, upon every sitting and rising you would hear and feel a clunk. The outlet by the sink looked awful, did take a picture! It looked unsafe as it was out of the wall. Room definitely needs a paint job! Thanks!

• Mary (5/5): Friendly front desk staff but housekeeping needs step it up - Good food but we missed having fresh fruit as normally served with continental breakfast The bed was comfortable. The lady checking us in was friendly (grey headed woman) We got late check approved for 1 of our rooms. The sheets were dirty with what looked like pubic hair and dried skin. I stripped the bed and went to the front desk and got fresh sheets & I changed the bed. The bathroom was dirty too and had mildew or mold on tile. We needed more wash clothes

The floors were full of what appeared to be pubic hair…nothing had been cleaned!!! Absolutely disgusting! My kids and I were in town for a funeral, and how awful to have to stay in such a filthy place while going through that!

But there was no sign telling you there was even a hotel there. The walls were very dirty. carpet was coming off the wall, Conners of the floors were nasty 🤢.The hot breakfast was not good at all. For the money you have to pay for the rooms it should be a lot cleaner especially the walls and the corners of the floors. In addition to all that the outside when you first come in the concrete's all busted up.

Can't see the hotel because of all the pine trees. You will go past the drive leading up to the hotel because of not signage. If it wasn't for GPS, we would have driven right by it.

The door handle and lock was falling off of the door, and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing which is why i cut my stay short. 4 hours of sensual screaming was more than enough. Need to work on the facility repairs and getting some sound proofing for privacy.

• Brown (8/5): Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff were nice and helpful. - I ate breakfast only 1 of the 3 days of my stay. It was not appetizing and it did not taste good to me. I stopped at a convenience store to get breakfast the other 2 mornings. The breakfast area didn't even have an ice vending machine, but the very nice worker went out of her way to get me ice. The TV gave me issues. The first night I called the front desk and the nice young lady came and resolved the issue. However, something was wrong with the TV settings that continued to annoy me. I love watching TV when I'm in hotels. I was able to watch TV, but not without a hassle.
