• Chelsey (5/5): Never staying at this hotel again - Close proximity to locations we needed to attend I booked this hotel 7 months in advance & they placed me in room directly across from elevator. Loud noises all night long.

• Judy (10/5): It suited my needs for the most part. - rooms were clean and quiet except for the road noise but I slept well the breakfast did not appeal to me. the eggs were rubbery and not edible. the muffins looked old. I did not see any toast options and waffle griddle was worn and not appealing to use. I got coffee and went somewhere else for breakfast. Also the snack area was too pricey and had limited option. there were not any vending machines; Plus the wifi was very lacking

All the restaurants and Walmart was across the street. it was also nice being right next-door to the gas station. You could walk and pick up snacks and beer if you needed to.

• Robert (10/5): Great time for one day but we had a great time. - Locations near food phone and gas for necessities. On our way to a wedding. The front desk personnel were excellent caring and were able to answer all our questions about the area. Plus Thomas had helped us in the phone and in person with more questions on our stay.

• Michael (8/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our initial room had a very bad odor in the carpet. We told the lady at the front desk and she gave us an upgraded room without hesitation. The upgraded room was very clean and comfortable with no issues. Only the first room we got with the terrible odor.

• Kalpana (4/5): Very strong Air freshners Used.... - The entire hallway had a very strong air freshner smell as if to make up for the dirt/mold etc. The room had a moldy smell in the carpet and the air freshner used was so strong, I literally had to open the window the entire time I was in the room.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. - We were in the area for our kid to take the ACT college entrance test early the next morning, and our request to be in a room in a quieter location was accommodated. We were on the back side of the hotel facing a quiet street with a nice view of trees out our window, rather than the busy road at the front. The beds were very comfortable, and there was a night light in the bathroom. The pleasant and well-stocked breakfast room was open about 10 minutes earlier than the posted time, which was nice, because we had limited time for our kid to eat a big breakfast and get to the test center. In a perfect world, the latches and doors on hotel rooms would be designed to be as quiet as possible. It wasn't a big problem and probably wouldn't be noticed by many people, but there were some tenants on our floor coming and going after we went to bed, and every time they closed their room doors, they made a loud slamming noise. The noise from the fan on our A/C unit helped soften the shock from the slams, but if there were a way to reduce the sudden crashes of closing doors, it would be appreciated by those of us who are more sensitive to sound.

Nobody has any consideration for the rooms nearby and to allow a screaming baby to yell for an hour at 6:30am was inappropriate. The staff should have asked the customer to please keep the noise to a minimum since it’s 6:30 and there are rooms 25 ft from where they serve breakfast
