• Cristofer (4/5): Csak B opciónak ajánlom :D - A reggeli jó volt. A szállást aznap foglaltuk, és sehol nem jelezték előre, hogy a parkolást külön kell foglalni. A hirdetésben csak az szerepelt, hogy ingyenes parkolás elérhető. Érkezéskor elég mogorva stílusban közölték velünk, hogy nem foglaltunk parkolóhelyet, ezért menjünk át a Tesco magánparkolójába, ami állításuk szerint 8 perc sétára van – valójában inkább 15-16 perc. Emiatt minden nap kétszer kellett oda-vissza sétálnunk. A párnák és az ágy is nagyon kényelmetlenek voltak, a TV rendkívül kicsi, a WC pedig egész éjszaka folyamatosan folyt, így nem lehetett nyugodtan aludni. A szálloda kisboltjában az üdítők úgy voltak felpakolva, hogy az egyik félig lelógott a polcról. A kosaram véletlenül hozzáért, és leesett, összetört. Természetesen elnézést kértem, viszont az alkalmazottak egymás között a saját nyelvükön kezdtek beszélni, ami elég kellemetlen helyzetet teremtett. Amikor a pénztárhoz értünk, már félre volt téve az összetört üdítő, és mutogatással jelezték, hogy azt is ki kell fizetnünk, mivel angolul egyáltalán nem beszéltek. Összességében nem ajánlom ezt a szállást, csak akkor, ha nincs más lehetőség.

• András (7/5): Régi épült , de legalább tiszta ! - Tisztaság , reggeli 6:30-11:00 ig.. Közlekedés a szállás előtt indul a 175 Busz amivel 1 megálló a Metro ! Lift, lassú régi , nem tudja kiszolgálni a sok vendéget. Sokszor 5-10 perc várakozás. Parkolás , hiába küldtem e-mailt hely foglalásra, ha később érkezik nincs szabad hely. Szobákban nincs klima már most meleg volt, sajnos régi épület régi bútorok. Felújítás ráférne a Hotelre. Személyzet ( fiúk )viselkedése nem vendég szerető.

• Vladimir (10/5): - Очень дружелюбный персонал. Отдельное спасибо Даулету. Мы приехали раньше, но можно было оставить багаж до заселения и погулять по городу. Завтрак был великолепен, всего было достаточно в любое время. В целом отель заслуживает похвалы и рекомендации! Немного не понравилось что приходилось долго ждать лифт, а в последние два дня один из лифтов вообще не работал. Так как гостиница очень большая, приходилось ждать некоторое время. Но в целом это не повлияло на общую оценку.

• Maksymilian (5/5): - Śniadanie smaczne, lokalizacja w porządku - 10 minut spokojnym spacerkiem do stacji metra, cicha i spokojna okolica, sklep na wyciągniecie ręki. Przemiła obsługa hotelowa, brak problemu w dogadaniu się po angielsku, a z niektórymi pracownikami nawet po polsku. Zdjęcia co prawda pokazują pokój w którym przebywałem, aczkolwiek nie stan faktyczny. Meble raczej nie pierwszej świeżości, łazienka czysta i malutka. Z kolei toaleta to jakieś nieporozumienie - drzwi otwierane do wewnątrz, mijające muszle klozetową o jakiś centymetr, dla osoby moich gabarytów wejście wiązało się z rozbudowaną logistyką pt. "jak skorzystać z toalety i jednocześnie mieć zamknięte drzwi". Ponadto w dniu wymeldowania zepsuła się winda, o czym nikt nas nie poinformował. Nie oczekiwałem oczywiście, że ktoś z recepcji specjalnie przyjdzie nas poinformować, ale mogła to zrobić pani sprzątająca obok której przechodziliśmy - zaoszczędziłoby to dużo wulgaryzmów używanych w trakcie schodzenia z 11 piętra z dwoma ogromnymi walizkami.

• Surovcová (9/5): Pobyt byl příjemný, hotel nabízí kvalitní služby i vstřícný přístup personálu. - Pobyt v hotelu hodnotím celkem pozitivně. Velmi oceňuji široké časové rozmezí snídaní, stejně jako bohatý výběr nabízených jídel. Pokoj byl čistý a uklizený. Personál byl po celou dobu pobytu ochotný. Příjemným bonusem byl welcome drink a také poskytnuté slevy do hotelového baru a marketu. Přes vstupní dveře do pokoje byl poměrně výrazný ruch z chodby a samostatné dveře se navíc špatně dovíraly - bylo nutné s nimi silněji bouchnout. Nevýhodou byly taky výtahy, na které se často čekalo delší dobu, přičemž jeden z nich byl stále v jednom patře a nejel vůbec. V pokoji bylo poměrně teplo a při večerním otevření okna byl z ulice slyšet výrazný hluk.
• Thereza (9/5): - I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as I slept in, so I can’t comment on that aspect. However, I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious, clean, and well lit. It was equipped with a fridge and a kettle, which made it easy to prepare tea. I also appreciated the complimentary 1L bottle of water. The bed was very comfortable, with fresh white linen, and both the room and towels were impeccably clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside the city centre, but thanks to the excellent public transport connections, this was not an issue at all. The Štěchovická bus stop is right outside the hotel, with convenient routes to both Strašnická and Skalka metro stations, from where you can take Metro Line A into the city. There is also the option to walk about 10 minutes to the metro. Despite it being my first visit to Prague, I was able to travel seamlessly between the airport and the hotel using public transport. Do allow around 45 minutes for the journey, as it requires a few changes between the metro and the airport bus. I visited Prague in May, and the weather was wonderful, which made getting around even more enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It’s also very easy to manage without relying on private taxi services. One small area for improvement would be the absence of a flat iron and slippers in the room, as these are typically expected amenities in a 4-star hotel. It would have been even better if the room had included a flat iron and slippers, as these are typically expected in a 4-star hotel.

The room is affordable, clean, and has a comfortable bed; the breakfast is good, and there’s a small grocery store right in the hotel. They offer a welcome drink and discounts on future stays. • Iveta (10/5): - Personál hotela bol od prvého momentu skvelí a nápomocní, či už pri príchode a parkovaní auta na hotelovom parkovisku alebo na recepcii, zanechali v nás veľmi dobrý pocit, ktorý sa niesol počas celého pobytu. Izba bola čistá a voňavá, spalo sa nám dobre. Čakalo nás milé prekvapenie na privítanie. Pravidelne sa upratovalo, raňajky boli tiež skvelé, dalo sa vybrať, či už zo sladkého alebo slaného, jedlo sa priebežne stále dopĺňalo, tak aj pri väčšom nápore ľudí sa nestalo, že by ste si nemali z čoho vybrať. Hotel bol blízko metra cca 10 minút peši a taktiež pod hotelom stála MHD, ktorú sme tiež ocenili. Radi prídeme aj nabudúce. Nábytok, kúpelka, wc boli síce staršie, izba celkovo menšia, ale všetko bolo funkčné a čisté. Bol to dobrý pomer kvality a ceny.

• Jaroslav (10/5): - Všude perfektně čisto, postele pohodlné. Veškerý personál usměvavý a velice ochotný. Snídaně bohatá a pestrá, neustále doplňovaná. Radost udělala i pozornost pro dcerku při odjezdu. Při snídani opravdu velký ruch způsobený velkou obsazeností hotelu. Restaurace má dostatečnou kapacitu, nebyl problém si sednout, jen to moc nebylo na klidné posezení u ranní kávy.

Free parking conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Bit far from city centre with public transport. When the booking says 'breakfast included' they mean the 'on-the-go takeaway' breakfast, which was good (although it had no beverages in the bag), just not clearly communicated on the site that it won't be a proper breakfast. The cleaning lady came into the room and woke us accidentally in the morning.
