It's nice to have breakfast each morning and a good variety of breakfast foods. Excellent variety of restaurants nearby for dinner.

We just went and checked out the morning lady had an attitude because she had to come to the desk when I was checking out because I was seeing if I could get a receipt she was extremely put out so I let her know I was not happy with the door being knocked on. She was super rude

- walter (4/5): Disappointment - We chose this hotel because of the high rating, 9. This hotel is not worth the rate. The front desk clerk working seemed overwhelmed. The room key didn't work, the king suites are handicap only with a cumbersome seat in the tub/shower that can't be removed. We couldn't get into the pool or hot tub, we had to ask the overwhelmed clerk to let us in. The hotel is in disrepair. We had to ask for more than two bath towels in a king suite. The breakfast has nothing warm to offer. We won't be back.

If I saw that the night before I would have left.

New room was fine though a bit noisy. Had to bring our pet out for a bathroom break in the early morning while it was still dark and there were no outdoor lights on. Thought this place was a bit pricey for the conditions.

The staff was very friendly, location was just next to the highway with nothing more next door. Rooms were old and a little grubby but totally clean. However it was totally overpriced – couldn’t get why I paid nearly 300$ a night. I will have to look for another hotel next time.

- Adrienne (10/5): Good for us good for our dog! - Growing up in a guest ranch family I'm critical. Our stay was honestly great. The lady (wish I had her name) that checked me in was lovely. Our room was perfect, we had our dog and the room had lots of space for him to wiggle around and his kennel. Everything was clean. It was what we needed and quiet. I was impressed by the breakfast. They had burritos, sandwiches, muffins, danishes, everything prepped for you to take it, not just sit and eat there which is also an available option. I'm really happy we chose this hotel for ourselves and our dogs sake. And super close to Sandfords! Eat there, it's amazing.

For 100 dollars a night I don’t expect the Venetian in Vegas but I expect a decent bed, working appliances and a clean room. Breakfast was good.

- Richard (2/5): - This property is a disaster I stayed for about 1 week ago n the second day I asked to have my room cleaned as the sign says housekeeping by request only When I asked the front desk she act like I had thrown water in her face She said she would have it done the next day it did not get done this was repeated all week Finally on the last day I mentioned Iwas disappointed because my room had not been cleaned all week and I had requested each morning she stayed to prepare to be disappointed again because it was not going to get done She did say that they could give me sheets and towels and I could do it myself Basically my room was never cleaned and the front desk people were very rude

Updates were nice, but the squatty potty is tough on the knees and should have been updated as well, to the new adult height. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was a surprise as it differed from the usual hotel fare and included heat-&-eat breakfast burritos and sandwiches. Easy on/off interstate.

- Elizabeth (6/5): Just ok. Not superb. - Was on a Yellowstone trip. Booked last minute amenities needed were pet friendly. Breakfast and location. The pics online looked great. Room was subpar. At first walk in found a used Kleenex in floor next to the far bed. Gross. Then the Kleenex box in the bathroom had a long hair in it. The free conditioner travel size was partially empty. The room was pet friendly but my dogs sniffed all night all over the room. One bedspread looked wrinkled rather than freshly washed. Sheets and towels were clean. Breakfast had lots of options available. Except the waffles weren’t that great compared to other places we’ve stayed. The pool and hot tub were nice except the pool was not filled all the way. Otherwise the room was quiet and beds were comfortable.

However, the morning after our stay, housekeeping entered each of our rooms around 8:30 am when checkout wasn't until 11 am. One of our group members was showering and others were sleeping.
