Guest Reviews
- Danielle (9/5): - Dog friendly rooms are on the first floor for easy access to outside. Breakfast was good. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Nothing
- Henry (9/5): Nice motel no problems - Location
- Emily (7/5): -
- William (8/5): -
- KRISTEN (7/5): - The bed was comfortable The bathroom wasn't clean
Breakfast was cold, soggy
- Kiara (10/5): -
- Terri (9/5): -
- Matthew (6/5): Not horrible but would check other places before id go back! - Location , fair price , staff Rooms were dated and in need of upgrades,
Bathroom was very very tiny and odd for a hotel
Plenty of light switches in room that didn't turn on anything lol (wierd) 2 flat screen tvs (which should be bigger per size of rooms) it was a hassle login on wifi just to use t.v , bedroom TV we can watch on personal apps but living room TV was not a smart TV . I used booking.com and chose to pay at hotel when I check in and 4 days prior they tried charging my card for the rooms ,,after calling I told them and it was sort of resolved until Friday (my arrival day) and as we left my home in route to Tennessee they charged my card for both rooms and I was 9 hrs away smh think they need to retrain on PAY AT HOTEL WHEN I CHECK IN LOL
It was probably the worst breakfast we had at a hotel but it was free so guess we can't complain much lol no variety , small bin of soggy eggs, small bin of undercooked bacon, only other 2 good things were biscuits and gravy and the make your own waffle
- Charlotte (8/5): Good but could have been better - Comfortable beds Didn't have toiletries promised
- Polly (7/5): -

- Kristina (4/5): Professionalism - It was close to where my kids had for their home school tests. The place feels, run down the staff was ok, but there was no professionalism. The person at the desk was nice, but we had a problem she couldn't help with and her manager was in the back dealing with her child, instead of helping. I understand what it is when it comes to your kids, but I had a real problem. The problem was never resolved, it was forgotten by the staff, but I never will and will not be staying here again.

- admroamingrealtor (2/5): Dirt and shabby - Very dirty. I booked through Delta airlines and when I got here and checked the room I found it to be unsuitable. Stained furniture and curtains. Dirty shower. Other people’s hair in the drawers. I could not get refund. Caution do not book your stay here. So my suitcase is still packed on the luggage rack and I’m sitting in a plastic chair with feet on table. Glad I brought flip flops for the shower. This place is gross. Employees are nice. It is a choice hotel. Should’ve booked Marriott.

- John (5/5): It was alright - It was nice The breakfast wasn’t good and the air conditioning in the room didn’t work well.
- Susan (4/5): It was just an overnight day so I wasn’t there long. - The refrigerator did not work. There was no safety lock on the door. The light switch didn’t work when you walked in the door. The bathroom sink was plugged so I couldn’t even brush my teeth. I requested to speak to the manager and never got a phone call.
- Michael (8/5): - Bed was amazing Shower was a little nasty
- John (4/5): Poor customer service. - The room was nice, but there was something like bits oftissue paper on the floor. It is a quiet location The managers are not customer friendly, I checked in late at night and the desk clerk was helping me when another man stepped in to take over. He kept complaining about my booking through a third party. Then when I checked out the manager totaled up my bill and charged me more than the reservation and I’m still waiting for my refund.
- Deja (10/5): 10/10 would return! - It was quiet and very clean NA
- hicks (10/5): - It's easy to find very good location. Right? Close to my family's property. I have nothing to say about the stay. It is a nice stay and clean and quiet

- Mike (10/5): - Wonderful stay and outstanding service. Very pleased.
- Andrea (4/5): - When we arrived there was a tour bus from Texas full of retirees the hotel clerk was handing out gift bags with water and snacks. Maybe you should have left those in there rooms or every guest receive a gift bag. I received our keys and walked the stairs with our bags to the 3 rd floor. The keys didn’t work, went back down stairs to find other people waiting to check in, the only clerk working took the airport shuttle to pick other guests. After waiting 30 minutes the hotel clerk was able to reconfigure our keys. Every time we left and came back our keys needed to be reconfigured.
- Troi (8/5): -
- Dan (6/5): - Great stay
- William (6/5): - Property was a very good value and convenient location.
- Peter R. Nielsen (8/5): - The fact that you gave us a ride from the airport and back
- Robin (2/5): - Dirty floors, bathroom door wouldn’t close. Burnt plastic smell in the hallway. It is rough and the manager was terribly rude. Main desk person was delightful.
- Maritza (10/5): - Room was very clean and welcoming. Front staff was so nice. Lovely stay
- LaDonna (10/5): - Very clean, staff was wonderful Nothing
- Bonnie (4/5): - Average place dusty furniture, old musty curtains. Smelled like micowave pizza and fabuloulso in the room.
Not many breakfast choices.
The room was not the updated version I booked, couldn’t change because they were sold out.
- James (2/5): - Extremely dirty room, blood stains on the walls and on the sheets upon initial arrival, would appear to be spit stains, or some substances all over the wall. Checked out same night still can’t get a refund. They need to shut this place down. I’ve been searching for the GM‘s number so I can resolve my issues to no avail
- David (10/5): Excellent and would stay there again. - Everything was excellent. Great location, very clean and comfortable.
- Kim (2/5): - Do NOT stay here!!! They canceled our reservation without any notice on a race weekend when all other hotels in the area were booked. We made this reservation months in advance and the man at the front desk was unbelievably rude. I absolutely do not recommend them!!!!
- SUSAN (10/5): - Walls are thin
- Glenda (6/5): Good place for a short stay - Breakfast was average. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Only one towel was provided per person and we really needed 2 each. Parking was convenient.
- Cecilia (10/5): - Great staff and parking options. The room was cozy and a good fit for the night!
- Catherine (8/5): - I didn't get to stay there because Expedia cancelled my reservation and then said they didn't! I'm not using Expedia anymore because I don't trust them now. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened and I've lost 100s of dollars! I had transcripts of what we spoke about, but they still basically said too bad we are right!
- Constance (7/5): -
- Lori (8/5): - Cleaned rooms
- Melissa (10/5): - Clean room, staff was great breakfast was good, great parking and it was very quiet. A very nice place to stay. Will stay again if up in that area.
- nancy (10/5): - Convenient to major interstate, airport, breakfast and an accommodating staff.
- Augustus (10/5): - Supper friendly staff. Enviting lobby and comfortable bed!
- Billy (8/5): - Very nice, clean and convenient. friendly staff
- Lauren (2/5): - If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. We arrived late in the evening and initially were told they didn't see our reservation and didn't have a room. We booked through hotels.com. After the front desk clerk, who was very nice, called her manager they found us a room. Upon walking into the room it was clear it hadn't been cleaned properly. Dirt on the floor, absolutely filthy desk chair, snot on the walls and the mattress pad wasn't secured on the bed like it should be. We left after 30 minutes and stayed somewhere else.
The front desk clerk apologized and offered another room but we declined because of how bad the room was.
After going back and forth with hotels.com according to them it was up to the hotel manager to approve a refund. Per emails with hotels.com our refund was denied several times by the manager. After finally getting the managers contact info, Pennie, she said she didn't know anything about our issue and that hotels.com paid our reservation with a virtual card so they had to issue the refund.
After multiple calls Pennie finally agreed to issue a refund for 1 night because supposedly they offered to clean our room.
We will never stay at this hotel again. Aside from the 2 female front desk clerks, everyone else was rude, one male front desk clerk hung up on me and the manager was more focused on proving us wrong then doing what was right.
- Akers (10/5): N.a - Everything was great Nothing
- Hollis (10/5): - Good location, people were friendly and clean. Also liked the parking lot was well lighted. I was on a motorcycle, so that made me feel better. Thought it was a little overpriced. But, there wasnootherplacetostay. .
- Ted (8/5): Price and location were attractive - Location
Accommodation of the staff to every need ?
- IGNACIO (6/5): no internet - The hotel so nice this time it wasn’t specially the new updates and the Internet two nights stay I get to use the Internet for five minutes every two hours horrible service
- Sara (10/5): - Just got in town for the night to catch a flight in the morning. They offer free shuttle to airport and I can leave my car a couple days. Best deal in town. Only wished there was a bar/restaurant closer by. There is a Cracker Barrel across the street but they were not showing Monday night football. Life is good.
- Donna (8/5): - Nice front desk employees. Good breakfast and clean room. Could use benches outside to sit in the evening. Close to the airport.
- Donna (10/5): - Nice property to stay. Need outside benches to set on during good weather.
- Glenda (10/5): -
- Patrick (10/5): Stay again - Stayed herer several times
- L1551HJkimf (2/5): They canceled our reservation without notice on race weekend when all other hotels were booked DO NOT USE THEM - Do NOT stay at this hotel!!! We book our room 8 months in advance of a NASCAR race in Bristol only to arrive and find out they canceled our reservation without letting us know. They said it was cancelled by a third party but we called Expedia and they confirmed it was an active reservation and had even send check in information. Expedia called the extremely rude man at the front desk who proceeded to say he couldn’t help us. We book in advance to save money and because we know hotels fill up for races. We drove 16 hours and were on the phone with Expedia until 1 am trying to find another hotel. We are now staying at a motel that is significantly further from the hotel and not as nice. As we were leaving to go find a place to stay (at almost midnight) there was another couple who flew in and left because the room he gave them was disgusting. The only explanation is that the hotel saw the deal we got for booking early and realized they could cancel our reservation and get more money this weekend from someone else. Horrible customer service. Our son was in tears and it was a terrible start to a weekend we have been planing and saving up for for a long time. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel at all!!!!!!!
- Cecilia (8/5): - Good
- Heather (10/5): hidden gem - clean, quiet
good breakfast
- Lisa Davis (10/5): - The woman working the front desk was excellent at check in and check out! The room wasn’t perfumey, which was such a relief. (So many times when you go to a hotel it’s stifling.) The air quality was perfect! And the bed was so comfortable. There’s even a Dunkin across the street if you want a latte for the road!
- Robert (10/5): Amazing accommodations in a highly underrated hotel - Very quiet area with decent food choices Nothing
- Irma (10/5): And she even made coffee for us - We checked in very late (midnight) and Miss Lucy was there to greet us with a warm and friendly smile. I mentioned we had yo check out at 5 am due to travel and she said she wished we were able to stay later for breakfast. When I went to check out- she had already made coffee so we could at least enjoy that. These extra steps are almost unheard of these days. Please thank this beautiful lady and let her know that warm coffee hit the spot!
- Martha Cruz (10/5): - Very clean , so many options for breakfast, friendly , one of the best
- Ronald Jose (10/5): -
- Kelly (6/5): - Check in process was fine. The room was clean , but the room air quality was poor. It smelled like cigarette smoke and definitely had a hard time breathing .
- Brenda (10/5): - Safe and airport shuttle excellent
- MILIXA (10/5): - So close to the airport! Hospitable staff.
- Chance (10/5): - Fantastic stay
- Malinda (10/5): - Only stayed one night before flight early the next morning. Shuttle service was a great surprise, saved us money, and drivers were friendly and helpful! Will stay again when flying out of Tri Cities
- Anjay (10/5): - Nice stay
- Benjamin (10/5): - Visiting family in Kingsport. Very convenient location.
- Teresa (10/5): -
- Denise (10/5): - No nonsense but clean and comfortable
- Barbara (10/5): - Room was okay as was the breakfast. Location is right off the interstate and was easy to get there.
- Sharon (8/5): - Comfy bed. Sufficient amount of pillows. Clean bathroom. Helpful, courteous staff.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Bad experience .. stay somewhere else. - The desk clerk ignored me and another customer while we waited to check in. I reserved a suite from Hotels.com and the clerk informed me the suite did not allow a dog, although the website I used didn't state any dog exception for this room. The hotel clerk and manager had no ownership of what was published on hotel.com
After 10 hrs driving we were stuck with a single tiny room, dark and shabby, and not comfortable.
Hotels.com customer service management did compensate us for the stay.
