- Crystal Worley (8/5): - The price & the room size. The ac was good
- Wayne (9/5): Good place to stay - It was a nice property. Bathroom shower doors and mirrors needed better cleaning but it was ok. Nice and close to shopping and food

- jo (9/5): - The location was fine, really enjoyed the local restaurant in walking distance. Breakfast was adequate but not impressive
- Stone (8/5): -
- Aimee (8/5): - The breakfast was not great at all. We were down there at 7:15 and there was no plates, egg, toast, sausage or anything hardly left. We let the guy at the front desk know and he said the breakfast lady must of been on break and was no help.

- William (9/5): -
- Robin (8/5): - Toliet didn't
flush.
- Mary (6/5): Good stay, average service, close to shops and restaurants - The location was good for where we had an early morning appointment, the breakfast was average and the beds were comfortable enough. It was a little confusing to find at first because the road to it wasn’t clearly marked.
- Shelly (7/5): I only slept there and the breakfast was not appealing - The air conditioner was high pitch squeaky.
- Discerning_Commenter (4/5): We expect clean rooms and did not get that here - Or room was not clean. Also, the bathroom door was one of the sliding variety and I was never able to get it to close. I am getting a sense that a number of hotels are understaffed - for whatever reason, and this one in particular struck me as understaffed. I may be right or wrong about that, but either way, not a clean room.
- Vicki (10/5): - Excellent stay at this property in Johnson City, TN. Will return when back in this area!
- phillip (10/5): - Hotel was very clean and the staff was very personable.
- Natalie (4/5): Dirty, smelled like cigarettes - The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the strong smell of cigarettes, especially in the elevator, eventhough they make you agree to a no smoking no pet policy. When we got in the room there was a musty smell as well. The sheets and pillows appeared clean, but the cover on the comforter had some stains and even some visible dirt or something brown on them. The curtains also had brown smears of something on them. Probably the grossest thing we saw was some kind of white thick gunk under the plastic wrapped cups on the tray with the ice bucket. I wish I had taken pictures, but I didn't think to do so. We were only staying one night and we were tired so we made do, but we would not stay here again.
- sb631 (10/5): A good stop along the way - Good place for a one night stay. Check in was easy. Room clean and comfortable. I arrived well ahead of check in after a very early flight. The desk clerk was understanding and able to get me in a room earlier than expected. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast was ok with several options.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
- Michael (4/5): - I’ll start with the cons:
- Upon walking into the room it smelled of mildew. I turned off the AC unit which seems to stop the smell from recirculating in the room.
- The toilet reservoir would fill up in short “spurts”.
- Walls are paper thin. I can hear everyone’s conversations
Pros: The bed was comfy and warm.
- Randal (8/5): - Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly
- Joy (10/5): -
- Tina (10/5): - Bed is very comfortable, Bathroom is kind of small but sufficient. Staff was nice. I would stay there again.
- Theresa (6/5): - The rooms were small and the bathroom a bit worn. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We did see a cockroach crawling up the wall of the breakfast area.
- Alex (10/5): - Great stay. Would recommend
- Vickie (10/5): - Clean room, easy to find, near shopping abd lots of eating options
- Ed (6/5): - The room, etc. were nice enough, but the air conditioner in the room struggled. It cooled well but failed to remove humidity and "stuffyness" in the room. After a very uncomfortable first night, we figured out that the window could just be opened, and fresh air from outside made it ok the remaining nights.
- Bob (10/5): Awesome one night stay - Great one night stay! Friendly staff at front counter, clean room, well lit parking, safe location. Great breakfast!
- John C (10/5): - It is in a great area. As far interstate food shopping. The staff is awesome. One thing that I would like to see changed is the breakfast. It could be better. But overall the staff and rooms are great
- Amanda (8/5): -
- Laura (8/5): - Bathroom doors were difficult to open and close.
- Thomas (8/5): No - Clean convenient Shower was somewhat small and faucet was difficult to turn
- Connie (10/5): - Room was very clean. The breakfast was very good.
- Melissa (10/5): - Staff was wonderful.
- Debra (10/5): - We arrived early and the man checking us in went the extra mile in making sure a room was ready. Very fast check in. Room was clean and quiet. We would stay here again if in the area.
- Josh (8/5): -
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Very clean. Friendly.
- Scott (8/5): - Beds were comfortable.
- Andrew (4/5): Too many over powering smells - We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The first night we checked in a little later and the room smelled very strongly of cologne or some awful body spray. We did not want to bother changing rooms so we opened to window and the door to help air it out. We all slept terribly that night and asked to swap rooms in the morning. The staff was kind and gracious to accommodate us. The next room was better, but had a damp sent. Most of the hotel was clean and well taken care of. One thing that was so hard to get away from was the cleaning solution the maids used in the main areas. It was so over powering that we would quickly get to our room from the hall to avoid it. It was strong smelling all day and night. Even our unused clothes from our suitcases smelled like it when we returned home, even the clean clothes needed laundering. Our kid goes to college here and we will visit this town often, but will not return to this hotel. The price was great, the look is nice, but our breathing comfort means more to us.
- Sisk (10/5): -
- Terri (8/5): - Clean room. Friendly staff.
- Rick (6/5): Rating not accurate on this one - The 8.0 rating seems a bit high. Staff was great, but room was closer to a 6. Air temp was difficult to manage. Weird shower "pod" like contraption had large crack with floor (of shower) that was not solid. Water kept turning off while trying to get ready.
- Tammy (9/5): -
- Philip (10/5): - Free breakfast was terrible!
- DOUGLAS (4/5): Not up to par - Room carpet and shower not clean
- janalyn686 (10/5): Sleep Inns are the best - This Sleep Inn was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. They always have a great breakfast as well. In budget hotels, this would be my first choice.
- Laura (8/5): - No butter for toast.
- Carla (6/5): The staff did get us a different room, but the hallways still reeked of skunk weed.for a non-smoking facility, a lot of - Location and it is quiet. The first room, someone had been smoking marijuana and the air conditioner was rattling very loud!
- janalyn686 (8/5): Sleep Inns are the best - This Sleep Inn was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. They always have a great breakfast as well. In budget hotels, this would be my first choice. Nothing
- Alexander (4/5): - Hated the in room TV which was literally impossible to use.
- Danilo (8/5): Nice hotel. Quiet and comfortable. - This Sleep Inn is very quiet and comfortable. I've stayed here before and will go back whenever I need a place to stay (over night)
- Margie (8/5): -
- Phillip (10/5): - We had a nice stay. Bed was comfy. Staff was always so nice. Room was clean
- Lynn (10/5): - Nice and clean
- JOHN (10/5): Made great choice - It was conveniently located, clean, quiet, and comfortable. All in all good value, and extremely pleasant experience.
- Brenda (6/5): - The room was for the most part clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a different matter. The toilet wont flush and they had no one to fix it had to wait 2 hours 10 pm for it to be finished. They didn't want to move us ro another room because it was a suite. The shower had a large crack that was patched and was not particularly clean. If they don't replace the shower they are if not already have floor damage.
- James (8/5): - The price was good and breakfast was excellent
- Kevin (10/5): - The breakfast was great, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Will stay here again.
- David (6/5): - We arrived tired and ready to be finished with our day, only to discover a less than clean bathroom. Under normal circumstances, I would have asked for a cleaning or a different room, but we just wanted to call it a day, so I cleaned the toilet myself (not exactly what you expect to have to do when you rent a room).
- Larry (10/5): -
- Katherine (4/5): - Dirty and run down
- Harun (8/5): - Over all great
- RED (10/5): - I was a little concerned based on stars, but this Sleep Inn was much more than previously rated. Quick check-in and early, friendly staff, very clean room and beds, great breakfast.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Stay wasn’t bad. There was an underlying odor in the room, leftover food wrappers behind the bedside table (saw when looking for an outlet), and surprised there was a mostly used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.
But the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.
- James (8/5): - Nice staff. Rooms a little old.
- Jennifer (10/5): - The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean. I stayed at a different Sleep Inn the following night and had the opposite experience .
- Robert (10/5): Good Value - Very clean, modern and well maintained property. Easy check in, safe convenient parking and a better than average breakfast. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. I would definitely stay there again.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Clean and comfortable
- Susan (7/5): It was perfect for an overnight stay - Conveniently located Dripping shower head noise.
- Holden (10/5): Great stay! Great Price! Will always come back. - Breakfast was great. Easily accessible to drive to and from. Not Applicable. I liked everything.
- Franco (8/5): Very good -
- Terry (10/5): Tidy place - The bed had 6 pillows and we loved that. Breakfast was average. We were very comfortable.
- Kyle S (8/5): Softball tournament - All went well stayed 2 nights between ball tournament
- Steven (5/5): It was ok - Cheap Room smelled musty
- Michael (6/5): - Ok, nothing exception but clean, safe, and quiet.
- Melissa (7/5): Good -
- Kaitlyn (8/5): Very good -
