- Nanette (10/5): - It is an older motel, so there was some wear and tear on the sofa. Other than that, the room was clean, very comfortable bed. They had a great selection for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Paul (2/5): Very dirty and cosmetic repairs needed. - The hotel was very dirty. Empty bottles from previous stay, used toothpicks on bathroom sink, excessive dust on lamps and furniture. The ceiling looked like it had a previous water leak and was not repaired properly. Found dead bug in bathroom. If it wasn't so late when we checked in, would of definitely found somewhere else to stay. Would not recommend.
- Tom (10/5): - The property is going through a pool update which I’m sure will look great, they did a great job decorating the lobby and outside for Halloween. Very friendly and clean, the only thing that needs attention is the bathroom in our room, it was clean but needs an update, you can only repair and rehang wallpaper so much before it needs replacement. Would I stay here again, absolutely for the price it’s well worth it.
- John E (6/5): - Debbie was very helpful when checking us in. She moved us to a room on the back side of the hotel, away from I77, so that the highway noise was not too bad. There were stains on the couch and in the carpet, but the room appeared to be clean. They are currently renovating this hotel.

- James (8/5): - The staff were awesome. Everyone we spoke with were very pleasant and helpful, even when they had six other things they were juggling. The room we had (even numbered) on the highway-side of the building was noisy. Not the fault of the hotel, it is what it is. Next time when the hotel construction is done, we will try a room on the other side (odd numbered). The room was really nice! The only complaint (minor) was the tub faucet leaked. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, the room was clean and everything else was all good!

- Petra (8/5): Perfect in relation to its price! - Comparing its room charge to other hotels in the area for the same night, you get exactly what you paid for. It's clean, great mattress, it's an old building and the employees are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. If you asked me ONE thing to improve on: please go back to freshly brewed coffee. This brown hot water from the 'coffee fountain' is just nasty. We stayed here for the 2nd time, so you know we were comfortable enough. Thank you again!

- Carolyn (8/5): Nice stay except for the weak internet access - I would have given my overnight stay 5 stars if it weren’t for the connectivity issues and the slowness of the internet. I think it would be helpful to give customers a password instead of watching a video, which was an old Joann ad, or calling an 800 number. Who wants to fool around with access issues after driving all day? I was tired and needed to check some work emails and the barriers to doing so were frustrating The staff were professional and helpful. I appreciated the free popcorn and chocolate chip cookies they offered in the evening. The free breakfast offered a wide range of choices and decent coffee. I really like the ambiance of the lobby and breakfast area. My room was clean. I will most likely stay there again as I travel I-77 routinely.

- Michelle (8/5): Clean and friendly - Stayed here on a road trip. All the staff were super friendly. The hotel is very clean. The bathroom in our room needed decorating - the wallpaper had been reattached to the wall with pins. The shower curtain was barely hanging on. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The breakfast was good - a good variety of pastries and cooked meats.

Located close to Expressway and some road noise at night but not loud and didn't keep us awake.

Bath shower was small but functional. The breakfast offerings were a little better than standard but not great. Overall it was a comfortable, economical, two night stay.

Only good thing coming from those few “covid” years was how clean companies had to keep things lol! Room this time was run down and dingy, shower had hairs in it. A/C unit was loud as well as the 5am wake up call from 2 barking dogs! Staff was nice and location good but otherwise a bit overpriced.

We had a clock radio plugged in, but the guts were missing so we had a little black box on the night stand. We made the office e staff aware of these issues. On the flip side, the ladies working the office and breakfast each day were very hard working and always very pleasant!

Chair in room older signs of wear, spots. Not great 1st room the other room was better. Breakfast eating area was set up nicely. Ok variety but nothing to rave about, passable. Staff were pleaant but disappointted unable to address room situation or locations Arrrived at 730pm so not late. Overall it was just ok.
