Guest Reviews
- Teyerra (5/5): Staff was nice and kind. Hotel had mold issues, would not stay again. - Very close to fort benning if that’s where you’re headed! The floor had obviously been painted to cover up mold. It had a very musty/moldy odor. The shower liner had mold on it.
- Virgen (5/5): It was alright - Easily available The pool wasn’t open ; it’s the only reason why I booked it and the staff said they don’t open it until after Memorial Day , which had they mentioned that on their website I wouldn’t have booked them. My controller/ tv didnt work and the room phone wasn’t connected/working

- Norma (3/5): Worst stay ever. At check out, the girl did not apologize or acknowl - The bed was comfortable. The fact that there was a couple of guys out in the hallway talking loudly at 10:00 pm. They were very loud. My husband called the front desk and the girl said she was there by herself. My husband told her to call the police.

- Sandra (10/5): -
- Angela (10/5): - The stay was awesome. The room cleanliness was great and guest service extremely friendly.
- Monique (3/5): - Lounge area. 1. They wouldn’t let us check in even 1hr early if we didn’t pay $50 and that was if they had a “clean” room.
2. They made us pay an extra $120 deposit because we paid in advance through booking.com.
3. The toilet was not working and my husband had to play plumber (he got it working) and the shower wouldn’t stop leaking.
4. Each floor was hotter than the last. Our floor (3rd floor) was the hottest. Very humid.
5. The beds were really worn in making everything roll to the middle and making sleeping really uncomfortable.
6. The room was still dirty when we finally got in. Stuff like dust, and stains, even some mouldy areas, and a bunch of hair.
7. Can be a pretty tough area to find without a gps. It’s tucked up into some trees, but there are no signs showing you where it is.

- Asia (7/5): We liked the room, and location. We appreciate the free breakfast, we just didn’t appreaciate the cleanness and insects - I liked that the property was close to fort Benning which was my destination. I didn’t like that there were ladybugs and insects in the room all on the ceiling, the room was still dirty. I could see where they attempted to clean the room before but there was dog hair in the chair and white stains on the couch in the living room area of the suite.
- JERRY (8/5): - Location. Toilet fixture. Too low for elderly or disabled.
- Bonnie (10/5): -
- Maria (10/5): It was a great experience. Love the coziness and how everytime we stay there, the rooms are clean and have everything we - Everytime we go there, I love how clean it is and its cozy. Honestly, I have no complaints.
- Brito (10/5): overall was very nice and confortable, can't complain - The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. I'm extremely satisfied Breakfast should have more variety
- Katy (8/5): Clean, nice room, staff was friendly and the price was great. It was a 1 night stay, the area isn’t the greatest, but th - Staff was nice and the room was clean. Great for the price. No complaints
- RHONDA (9/5): Overall very nice, we will be returning. - The property was conveniently located. The front desk staff was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. The room was incredibly comfortable. We had a minor issue in our bathroom and the desk staff dealt with it quickly and professionally. The only negative thing about our stay was finding clumps of hair left behind by a mop along the wall.

- Robinson (5/5): Meh - Close to base ,which i needed... Dirty ...the covers had stains, and the white top blanket was black on edges it was gross! Netflix never worked; internet did not work , remotes did not want to work for tvs The pretty blue couch had white stains all over.. it ewww, and the bathtub had black mold along the edges
Breakfast was not great and there was a lady in the corner not helpful just barking orders at everyone not nice to anyone not pleasant at all.

- Tania (2/5): - They told me at the front desk tgey would refund some for the poor contidions of the room , i showed them pictures of a Coffee maker with rotten pods that were used noticeably long ago and no one checked or cleaned. Plus lots lots of dirt everywhere.
After a couple of weeks i got tired of calling. They didn't move me to another room saying they were full so they offered a refund that i never got. Calling ans calling whoever would take the phone at the front desk was rude and aggressive about my calling.

- Heidi (6/5): - This was a perfect location for me to visit Fort Benning to see my son. It’s a bit run down but still had a very comfy clean bed to sleep in. Staff was very friendly. Great spot for the price and location.
- Shyla (4/5): - I have stayed at the hotel a couple times and this has been the worse weekend. Around 9pm there were cops
- Gloria (8/5): - The beds and pillows were comfortable
- Shyla (4/5): - I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times visiting my husband in the military, but this past weekend was the worst I’ve experienced. The first night there were cops banging on a few doors down trying to get into a room. Then paramedics and fire rescue came to bust down the door (as it sounded like from my room). This happened around 9pm. Then around 5am there was a female banging and trying to break into a room a few doors down from me as well. Screaming, cursing, and banging. She left trash in front of the door and also used a fire extinguisher. My husband had to intervene because it was getting out of hand. She eventually left , but then 15 mins later the police came and was speaking to the person in the room. A few hours later I go down stairs around 7:45a to get breakfast and there was a line of people waiting in the lobby outside the breakfast area and the “cook”
- Charlotte (8/5): - Clean rooms, friendly staff, check in and out were easy and efficient. Shopping close by as well as eateries. I would stay here again.
- Flor (8/5): - H
- Sheri (6/5): - Ok for army families
- Robert (10/5): - Could use a mittle cleaning up by poolside but nothing terrible
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located very close to the base, which was very nice.
- Jane (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and there when you needed them. On the day we checked out the elevator was out so we had to carry our stuff down from the 3rd floor, which was fine. They were working on it when we left at 6 am. It was very convenient to the base, took us around 5 minutes to get there.
- Linda (9/5): It close to Ft Benning. - It was close to Fort Benning Can’t say I disliked anything. It was old but clean and staff was friendly.
- Jody (6/5): We were in town for my Son’s graduation from basic training at Fort Benning. - The staff were friendly, especially the breakfast gal. She was wonderful. Beds were nice. The air conditioner did not work well. We were a very uncomfortable. We had two other rooms for our family and their air conditioner worked great.
- Raisa (4/5): - Room smelled and had to purchase febreze air and spray several times before bed
Room seems to be updated with new furnishings and paint but still remnants of old remain (AC chord, smell, etc.)
Looks like they've done work on the property but attention to detail missing
- Sonya (10/5): -
- Giselle (6/5): - Pet friendly building
- Cynthia (10/5): - Nice area. Two women traveling alone, (grandma and granddaughter), felt safe and comfortable.
- Reah (1/5): - The breakfast was good. The lady that make breakfast was very nice to us. They didn't clean our room. We need fresh towels. I was told we had to come to the lobby to pick up some. The bed was very uncomfortable. Backache the next morning.
- Tamika (6/5): - Decent for the military family stay.
- Karla (10/5): -
- Alejandro (6/5): - Not enough chairs for 4 people to sit in the room. Elevator will shake when in operation. Bathroom with a lot of condensation. No enough tower to cover 4 people in the room.
- Barry (8/5): -
- christine (8/5): - Staff were friendly & efficient. Great customer service! Hot breakfast was nice & bed comfortable.
Only complaint was the hallway smelled badly! Also room was musty smelling.
