It was unfortunate but it never stopped heating till 2 AM when we both woke up sweating. Not a big deal....we shut it off and cracked a window and cooled off in minutes. It added to the adventure of our adventure.

Stay elsewhere. - The toilet seat was broken, there was mold on the bathroom floor by shower, shoe marks on the wall in the bathroom that looked like someone repeatedly tried kicking. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The room door handle was falling off. This place needs serious remodeling and cleaning. The pool was closed due to unsanitary conditions.

• Nicole (2/5): Go somewhere else - The guy in charge of breakfast was great. And the hotel is connected to the mall My rooms were dirty, staff was rude.... The front desk ladies always just stared at me when I walked up to the counter and didn't even greet me (except the breakfast guy) and I tried to change my checkout date and was told no because I booked with a third party, I could only extend my stay but not depart early. And the water park is closed but the email says the pool and hot tub are still open.... They're not.

• Alexis (7/5): It wa an upgrade from the last hotel we stayed at in Minot, but not by much. - The location was good, but weird that it was attached to the mall. Definitely needs some updating, at first glance the room looked nice, but was not very clean. Walls were dirty & non painted patches made it feel run down. A/C unit was very loud/clunky. Pool needs a lot of updating, but was fine for one nights stay. One of the slides was out of service without good signage for safety reasons. Finding the pool or breakfast was a challenge. Breakfast was a 3/10, food was mediocre at best & everything was “out of order”. Uncovered food is not sanitary. If breakfast is offered it should be better.

Site was just where we needed it to be and helped keep an eye out on our family we did not have to stray very far from each other when shopping. And the bar and casino downstairs was also convenient and helpful employees. Other than the brand of tea in lobby I have no complants

• Jordan (1/5): Terrible and will never be back. - Absolutely nothing. Dirty disgusting stains all over the beds. bed box spring or something broken. One side of bed basically sat on the floor , noisy, kids screaming and adults yelling and partying until 3 in the morning. all water slides shut down without notice. Reason why we stayed here was for kids to use them. It’s just absolutely disgusting and needs complete renovation. Also the cleaning crew was noisy super early in the morning. Hollering back and forth to each other down the halls. Couldn’t wait to get out of here.

• Michelle (5/5): Not pleased with our dirty room. Staff was great. Breakfast was nice so were the water park - The property was in a great location inside the mall The property was fine. They need additional staff. We arrived at 6pm and our room wasn’t ready. We were tired from traveling and was ready to relax. The room was still dirty once we got it. Not happy and they didn’t have any other rooms available.
• Matt (6/5): Great location, disappointing product - The hotel set up was nice. Being attached to the mall and having the arcade and pool options where nice. The room wasn't very clean, my kids slept on the pull out couch (the mattress was stained). The carpet is in need of a serious clean and maintenance. The shower door wouldn't stay close and leaked water everywhere. The pool area is in need of a serious renovation. Water was filthy. Kids were blatantly disobeying pool rules and the staff did nothing about it.

Water smells like swimming pool sludge and more water spraying backwards out of shower head the towards me. 1992 wants it's strange cacoon shower back.

• Jovana (2/5): - This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The kids’ pool was closed, the regular pool was freezing cold, and the hot tub was both cold and dirty. The hallways were full of garbage, and our room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Within 10 minutes in the so-called “hot tub” I developed a rash, and my child’s allergies were triggered from the smoky room. We checked out less than two hours after checking in because it was unbearable. Wish I could get my money back. We will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I stay there because of pool for my kids but this time the kid pool wasn’t even on.. the big pools where freezing and the hot tub was like warm. Also kid pool looks nasty by the mats. The room floors are sticky.. and the hide a way couch bed was broken.. the coffee table legs in multiple rooms are also really loose and broken..

Check out is at 11, a housekeeping staff came at 10:30 and knocked on the door and immediately proceeded to open the door without giving time to respond first. We told her we were getting ready to grab our stuff as our kids were getting dressed, and she then told us checkout is at 11. We were aware of the times, and were checked out by 11. But the fact she knocked, and immediately opened the door as my children were getting dressed was extremely uncomfortable. She should have given us a minute to open the door on our own.

However, with it being such a busy and good location you would think they would invest some money in updates and standard repairs. Looks very worn down and the pool was freezing cold. The kids had blue lips from swimming.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Run-Down and Not Like it Used to be! - Cont. Breakfast was decent. Beds were pretty pounded out with some pretty questionable stains and dirty floors in the rooms (blacked out our white socks from walking int here). Internet access worked for 5 minutes and then never worked again. The biggest issue was the Waterpark. It needs to be revitalized ASAP, the dirty stairs and garbage and dirt around the pool area is horrific.Hot tub should be changed to Foggy Warm tub. The yellow slide literally has people's initials written in the smug on the slide when you go down it. A three day trip was cut short and spent elsewhere because of the musty and rough condition of the room we had. It was hard to fathom the high price point of this place for what we stayed in. Usually not one to complain but for the cost of the room and what we received was pretty poor. **Also, a bit out of their control - but maybe should be noted for when people book the rooms: Don't plan on booking for convenience of using the mall and area at night, its all locked up and no access anymore. Construction around the parking lot also makes it a longer walk to get around.

Our 2 and 5 year old loved the pool but OMG it was frigid!! The hot tub was like moderately warm. The pool area in general is in desperate need of a remodel. One little kid slide didn't work, areas have chipped flooring and the stairs were disgusting. The room was alright. Beds could be comfier. Service and breakfast were good! I don't think we will stay here again though.

• Kelly Steenbeke (8/5): Great Hotel the Waterpark and Mall are a bonus! - I like how they accommodated me with having adjoining rooms and the pool-water park was a bonus for sure. I also liked it was attached to the mall for some shopping! The Second Floor where we stayed it was very hot up. Our rooms were cool though.

We didn't want to take our shoes off because all the flooring was filthy! The continental breakfast floors were very sticky! We had to go ask for soap for our room because it didn't have any in our room at all. I could list a lot of things that are in disrepair because its everywhere! Our tv remote had scotch tape holding the batteries in. The staff was very nice! I was a little surprised most of them didn't have uniforms or name tags. I felt that was a little unprofessional.

• Kelley (4/5): - Shower leaked all over the floor and was full of mold, they left no towels for showering. The carpet in the room was dirty and sticky. The room smelled bad

• Nicole (6/5): - Staff was nice and check in was quick. Carpet was a bit tacky feeling in room, shower was slippery and they never cleaned our room on a 4 night stay. Only gave us three towels for 4 people registered to stay in the room. To get more towels we had to go all the way to the lobby and turn in dirrty towels. It was very quiet so family slept well and a nice hotel.

• cindy (3/5): - Grandson loved the pool Air conditioner wasn't working very well, fridge not working very well, hallways not clean, stains on carpet and cushions on the couch, pillows awful. Food for breakfast was mediocre
