ljr180177 (2/5): Pesima experiencia en este hotel - La única razón por la que dejo una mala valoración es que llegué para registrarme a las 9:30 p. m., y el ambiente en el pasillo donde se encontraba mi habitación me pareció inseguro; había individuos de aspecto sospechoso reunidos y bebiendo justo fuera de la habitación contigua. Viajaba con mi hija adolescente y, al ver esta situación, mi esposo y yo regresamos a la recepción para cancelar la reserva, momento en el que ya eran las 10:00 p. m. y salimos a buscar otro hotel para pasar la noche. Esta ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en todos mis años de viaje. La persona que nos atendió en la recepción fue muy amable y paciente ante la situación.

Jamie (1/5): Unlivable - Absolutely nothing. Everything. Honestly, the worst place I have EVER stayed. Couldn't shower our entire trip because after moving rooms 3 times all the water was scalding. Rooms were all disgustingly dirty and smelled like mold. Roaches and bugs all over the room. First room door wouldn't lock, third room door the inside handle came off the door essentially locking us in our room. So many people that were homeless or on drugs lived there. No plates, bowls, or utensils provided at all. Only allowed 2 towels for our entire stay or they would charge you extra. They also charged to even clean the room. Maintenance said they would come fix our shower, but never showed up or when he did, said he needed a part and would come back, but couldn't because the office had him doing other things before he could come back. Asked to be relocated or for a refund and both were refused by the property. If you called the phone number, it would ring then hang up. Making you have to walk down to their office to speak to them. When we tried to switch rooms the 3rd time, the office gave me the new key before I went to grab our stuff, but when we got to the new room, she had turned the key off, again making us at midnight, haul all of our stuff to the front office to get the new key. This place should honestly be condemned.

Ashley (5/5): It was okay for one night only - It had a kitchenette, working TV and AC. Rooms need repairs and updates. I couldn’t get the door to open to the room when I first got here. Some of the electric outlet covers are loose from the walls. Room wasn’t that clean, kept finding hair. Bed was uncomfortable and the blankets were thin. It says no weed but I continuously smelled people smoking it outside of their rooms and in the elevator.

La cama estaba mal echa, la cobija estaba manchada. Las toallas del baño estaban mal arregladas. Parecía que alguien había entrado a la habitación y la había usado antes que nosotros. El lugar olía a cigarrillos. El olor de humo era insoportable. La cerradura de la puerta estaba floja. Si es verdad que el lugar es barato. Pero debería haber una advertencia de que clase de lugar es. Es un lugar de mala muerte como en las películas donde matan a la gente. Horrible lugar. Es tan mal lugar que la llave se deja por una ventanilla. No lo recomiendo para ningún tipo de actividad.

SANDRA (1/5): De terror - La ubicación es lo unico bueno del hotel, el olor a cannabi era muy fuerte, ambiente inseguro, habitaciones con olor a humo y a humedad. Nada. Se ve muy inseguro el lugar. Parece de terror. La puerta de la habitación no tiene seguro por dentro solo una cadena, olor a humedad las sabanas no se ven limpias. No pude quedarme alli ni la primera noche.

Tim (1/5): I've said enough, clean it up, people don't need to waste time going through this as I and my wife h - This place needs to be closed down!!! The black cobwebs on the ceiling. The dirty sheets with hairs all over them. Room 314 was invested with cockroaches. We turned the light on entering the room, a 1-inch roach ran down the wall to the floor, I smashed it. My wife had to go to the bathroom, she turned on the light, a bigger roach was setting on the stool lid. I got it with toilet paper and flushed it. We really tried to make it work till we went into the kitchen sink. There was a lot of baby cockroaches running in an out of the sink flange. We could not risk them getting in our luggage. The smell I figured later was probably from the roaches. We checked out 40 minutes later. This was 12:50 am. Took 2 hours to find a place that late and 40 miles away. Bad night for a vacation start. I'm not happy. I will expect a full refund and should be compensated for the time spent and extra gas. TRAMATIC. Tim

Candice (1/5): Your staff was extremely nice and helpful, but you need to do some thorough looking at how the rooms are cleaned. - The only thing I liked about this property was the location however, we did not stay due to the cleanliness in the smell of the rooms. I requested a refund through booking and have not received one. The room smelled really bad. There was hair on the bed and trash in the trashcan of the second room we looked at. Both rooms smelled horrendous and you couldn’t breathe when you were in the room.

Jennifer (1/5): Awful don't stay here - Staff was nice Everything was broken. Door, fridge not level, dresser also unlevel so drawers would not shut, a/c extremely loud. The bathroom faucet was broken, the shower knob was missing parts, no tub stopper if you wanted to take a bath. Worst caulk job and grout clean up. Seems like severe water damage everywhere. Above us sounded like a hurd of elephants and outside sounded like a game of who could turn there base on their vehicle the loudest with off and on of police. I had to catch a 5 am plane and can honestly say this was more stressful than a flight.

Christopher (1/5): - Nothing We didn’t get the room we paid for. We paid for a. Double room with 2 beds and got a room with one small bed. When talking to the staff they said they have our room away. We speaking with Booking.com the hotel staff said they had plumbing issues and that was why we didn’t get the room we paid for. The staff was unpleasant and the hotel was very dated.
Jordan (3/5): - We went for a concert at the Raymond James Stadium..so the location was close. Firstly, the girl at the desk wasn't very welcoming. We were given a room that wasn't cleaned at all and then relocated to a different room. The area is sketchy, people lingering in the parking lot. Trash was everywhere in the aisles and staircases leading to the rooms. The room we were given had so many spider webs, it was gross. The bed was not comfortable and we just slept with the sheet because we were scared of the cleanliness of the furry blanket, so we were freezing. The floor felt dirty on our bare feet so we wore socks. We were only staying the 1 night, but we almost decided to just leave when we arrived back after the concert at 2am instead of sleeping there, but we were tired. We could barely sleep because of being cold and the uncomfortable bed, so we got up at 5am anyway and left to drive the 4 hours home. I don't shy away from a cheap place to stay, but this was too low for even my standards.
Rob (1/5): Don’t. Just don’t. Nice enough people. Terrible neighborhood. Even worse room. - This is a good question. One, I am at a loss to answer. When I went to check in at nearly 5 PM, I was informed that my “accessible” room was on the third floor with no elevators. When they found me an accessible room on the first floor, it was not clean yet; again, at nearly 5pm. When we got to the room upon opening the door of the smell was indescribable. But I’ll give it a shot. It smelled like mildew and cat urine really baked in good; like, for years. The Downey air freshener they gave us only made it smell like mildew and cat urine attempting to be covered by air freshener. What the room lacked in aromatic qualities, it more than made up for with the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. You can feel every spring on the.”full” bed. Upon seeing this tiny bed, my wife asked me where I was going to sleep. We left tired as hell at daybreak. We didn’t want to stay another minute.
