- Ida (1/5): Depressing . - Some items were fine, but some were not. The biscuits were partially frozen. The waffles were good. The location was okay, but not much to do in the town itself. The room was in disrepair—floor coming up in the bathroom, the towels were stained, the towel rack wobbly. The heater did not work correctly nor consistently.

I don't think the sheets were fresh. There were no coffee cups at breakfast, and the biscuits and gravy were nasty. Oh, and there was a swarm of wasps hanging around our room door. I informed the front desk, and he said that there are lots of insect around the area. The price per night was insane! Oops. I switched what i liked to what I don't like. Anyway, the location was ok.

- 393lauriea (2/5): Just Don't!!! - Dirty. That's the first thing that comes to mind. The coffee pot in the room still had an old filter in it. A big long black hair in the bathtub. Our door had a huge gap under it. Hornets were infesting our window and front door, so they were getting into our room via under the door and cracks in the window ledges. When we told the guy who checked us in, he brought a can of bug spray and sprayed our window and door, but no spray was coming out. My husband had to point out to him that the can was empty!!! The guy had to go to the local hardware store to buy more. I don't think he understood good English, anyway. The floor in the room was so filthy that our slippers were black on the soles the next morning. As far as the continental breakfast....DON'T.

- Danny (8/5): - Pool was closed. Bed seemed amiss: the springs were noisy, and the bed uneven on one side - think they were broken. Room was adequate. For the price, though, not really worth it. I've stayed at nicer places for less than what I paid here. The only "draw" here was the Little Big Horn National Monument, and it was closed when I got there - had to stay an extra day to go to the Monument, and so I wasted a day of travel at a place that didn't even give me a price break. - LiuTrevisan (1/5): after one month this problem is still there, their reply is not "refundable", it is not acceptable - I booked this hotel through booking, and arrived anche checked in, but the staff who checked me in didn't used the booking I didi through "BOOKING.COM" but registed me as new guest without booking, so I was cherged twice and the morning later I discussed with another staff and he admitted the error and promised the amount charged through "booking.com" will be reimbursed, till now 10 days passed, no reimbursment arrived. and I am getting no confirmation neither from Booking, nor from the property. will you solve this problem ASAP?

La personne à l'accueil était très sympathique. Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Dommage de n'avoir que peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner.
- Kathleen L (10/5): - The owner is extremely Pleasant and helpful. So was housekeeping staff. It's located right off I-90 which is convenient but it is next to a casino. However we had no problems. The room has lots of surface space to put your belongings and bags.

This is your place before your in Billings - Convince- a place to stay in the middle of Montana after a long drive at night. And did dare stay in Billings. A little dated and limited amities in the area. There is a convent restaurant/casino open next door.

The bathtub was painted white as well as the tiles around it! Gross! If I could have slept outside I would have . They should be ashamed to advertise this place! The pictures were from 30 years ago. It needs investigation! So disappointed! Just disgusted!

- Jennie (2/5): Literally the WORST place we’ve ever booked! - This place is BEYOND disgusting. The rooms smell like cigarettes and poop. They have several fake reviews so save yourself time and money and stay far away. We were offered a second room after our first room and it smelled equally as rotten, and they didn’t refund us despite us not staying there.

- RJ (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - LOTS OF FAKE 5* REVIEWS. DO NOT BOOK HERE. We booked two deluxe rooms here last week. I wouldn't want to even see a standard room! We booked two rooms for two nights but left after the first night, it was absolutely filthy! It's right next door to a casino which made it noisy. I couldn't bear a second night so we moved on to Casper, Wyoming a day early. I spent 15 minutes in the swimming pool but left after rescuing a mouse swimming across the pool! This has to be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I'm showing a photo of the toilet wrapped in gaffer tape - unbelievable!!

- Lindy (1/5): Spend the extra money to stay at one of the other places in Hardin - I did not like anything about this hotel. Rooms are very old. Smelly. Very overpriced for such an old rundown place. Tub had been "painted" and cracked all over with chips falling out. I asked front desk about this and was told it should be fine. Tub did not drain while shower was on. And I was overcharged and now have to deal with that since they could offer no explanation.
- Fred (4/5): Very poor - The price The breakfast a lot to get better. No one was there to put out meat When you went into the office no one was there. You ring a bell and still no one came. The ice runs out. It is only a soda ice machine. You ask them questions and they don’t know the answers. Staff training needed.

- Donna (7/5): A decent place for a good night sleep on a long trip - This was a convenient place to stay after a long travel day. It wasn't fancy but the room was comfortable and setup for pets. There weren't a lot of places to eat dinner, but we were really pleased with the service and food at the nearby Four Aces Bar & Lounge. It was a bar but had a family feel to it. It's just an older hotel, the grounds could have been better but it was fine for a one-night stay. We checked out the breakfast but the area was pretty dirty and they didn't offer much that I could see.

- RUSSELL (4/5): A poor choice - This motel is in serious need of attention. The building and rooms are run down and dirty. The room doors were dirty, scratched, and banged up. The tub had been poorly repainted and the paint was now bubbled and peeling. The mattress was stained.
- Trina (5/5): It wasn’t worth the price but thankful we didn’t have to drive to Billings for a hotel. - The AC was perfect! The floors were nice. Bathroom was not ADA nor was my request for a shower chair fulfilled. Pool was locked so the kids didn’t swim.

- Joe (2/5): - The room had a smell of urine and ammonia and appeared unclean. the hotel was within 40 feet of a Casino that stayed open until 12:00am, however the patrons continued having loud noises and revving their vehicle until 1:00am. The bed linen had an unpleasant smell that I couldn't identify. The walls were so thin I thought other people were in our room with us and when the occupants on the second floor moved around in there room I thought the ceiling was going to fall in. I read the reviews on this Hotel and I find it hard to believe that anyone could give 3, 4 or 5 Stars. I paid $169.16 for the night. I wouldn't pay $60.00 for a room like this, however it was to late to cancle.

Very thin walls, people walking,talking,& listening to the doors open & closing night long. Breakfast the bagels were hard, no syrup for the pancakes,& very dirty to sit there to eat. Won’t be returning!!

Scraping paint, washing windows, repainting, etc. we’re looking forward to the breakfast in the morning. They had the menu posted at the front desk.
