• Keith (5/5): You get what you pay for - Very noisy people banging on the doors and staying up all night in the room next to me and above me walking around most of the night
• Raven (4/5): Check out and go home! Don’t sit around. - It was close to my friends house. And the remote was accessible. The bathtub is squishy! They didn’t ask about my dog, barely engaged with me when I checked in, next day, 15 minutes after I checked out, the proprietor approached my car and charged me for having my dog. I assumed it was included? Why did t they engage and ask me when I checked in? I wrote in the comment box “I have my dog” because even tho it says pet friendly you cannot check a box to state whether pet was staying.

• Vernon (2/5): - Walked out when my wife and I saw 20 plus illegal Mexicans standing around drinking and raising hell in the dirt in front of the rooms. I am to blame for not getting the room refundable. Enjoy the money, you will never see us again.

Dirty rooms - More flies than people in the room, front desk didn't even know what a fly swatter was - AC draining into buckets in walkways of each room along outer wall - Lavatory sink draining into plastic waste can below - Shower/Tub dirty & wall damaged

• Ade (1/5): Bad - Nothing Please don't book a place to stay here. I showed up at 3:30 a.m. they gave my room to someone else. I paid for two nights. They lady at the front desk was so so rude and mean. So at 3:30 a.m. with 3 girls in my car see told me to sleep in my car for 3 hours till the manager came. Like wow!!! Four days later, still no manager.

• Amanda (2/5): It is ok for a night away - It is ok for a night away bit other than that not worth it. Heat wouldnt work properly. The microwave is junk and needs new one. No way to stop the tub water to give kids a bath, the fridge makes a weird noise, the breakfast isnt a breakfast, and the hot water really sucks
• Jill (2/5): NOPE! Keep driving! - Price, should have known better. Loud, disgusting, party in next room, people came out of their room to smoke and were basically in front of our window talking ridiculously loud. Microwave had orange rust or something all over the front of it, wasting going to touch that. Everything felt dirty. Right off hwy, on main road. Loud everywhere. Next morning, front desk girl had a hooded coat on and her head down sleeping on desk. I had told them in an emal thru my booking service ahead of time we were traveling with small dogs and when they saw my dogs the next morning, a lady came out and says there is a charge, which I realized, and insisted I come to the office right now. I said we are packing our car up and I'll be right there. She stood there and everytime I came out to bring something to car, she repeated herself. Dude, I'm not going to let my husband have an open car door and open room with two dogs freaking so I can come NOW. AMD our car is right next to your office so you can wait. All the while the cleaning staff lady stood there as well and didn't move waiting for us to leave which it wasn't even 11 yet. Redic!

• Megan (2/5): Nasty Run Down - There was just all kinds of wrong things. Im posting photos but i dont have 2 photos to show. But the TV was on volume 90 when you would turn it on. There was also a hair in my bed.

Microwave was disgustingly dirty.. the breakfast was minimal and a staff member stood behind us to watch what we actually took. At times did not feel safe.

• Gerri (2/5): No privacy - My dog and I were in a dead sleep and were interrupted by 4 police banging on the door like they had found illegal activity going on. I will never ever stay there again. The hotel should not allow anyone to bother their guests. Police or not.

( but i didnt ask for non smoking either, usually that's a given). Tub fixtures functionality poor. I wiped down counters and shower walls and curtain with peppermint oul to help with odor. Didnt use air or heat because of smoke smell there. Burn holes on sheets on bed. Bedding was clean. Animal hair on sofa. I felt i got what I paid for..

• Wells (2/5): Stay elsewhere if possible - Convenient location near many of the sights we wanted to see. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was very dirty. The staff didn't seem very concerned either.

• Matt (2/5): - DO NOT BOOK HERE. NOT ONLY ARE THEIR ROOMS HORRIBLE,THEY LIE ON THE LISTING ON PET FEES. This was the most nightmare experience I have ever had in a hotel booking. The room we were originally given was one of the worse rooms we had ever seen we were out of there in less then 5 minutes. The white towels has black stains over them. The metal shower head was red. The bed had both burn and stains marks on the outer and inner sheets. The couch had the same. The dryer was broken and there was a dead cockroach in the corner. We called the front desk from the room and they originally said they had no other rooms available. Then, we took pictures and showed them the room, they then magically had other options available. Then we tried another room. It was ... acceptable but still run down. The problem then just got way worse. So we moved our things to this new room, while I was getting the last things from the old room he then harassed and berated my wife for not giving the old room key. The old room key we only had one of and she repeatedly told him she didn't have it, my husband does and is IN THE ROOOM NOW. Then, after that fiasco he said he was charging an extra pet fee. And not only that but he was being generous by allowing the cats because they don't allow cats. They did NOT disclose this on their listing. I'm out of characters but there was even more. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

• Mikhail (1/5): Absolutely horrible - Nothing I can say I liked about this hotel, other than the friendliness of the lady at the front counter. Smoke detectors were missing, excessive, caulking and peeling wall panels in the shower, holes and lifted up, laminate flooring, broken grills, and half working AC heater unit, holes in the walls. And a high crime heavy drug area. I wouldn’t recommend this to the roaches

• Sara (1/5): Bad - Booked a room for $55 they charged me $71 on accident and didn't fix it. Dresser was broke. Motion sensor light was broken and flickered on and off all night therefore affected our sleep. Heater was broke and set the smoke alarm off when we turned it on and didn't start giving out heat til the morning. Asked the front desk for a toothbrush and she said they didn't have any until I asked for a manager and then suddenly she went and grabbed them. Nothing was done about any of the things I complained about not even a little refund. Also they advertise that they have breakfast. There was no breakfast Literally everything could have been better. I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel. And on top of that there was nothing done about it.
