WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. MY ONLY MINUS WAS THE COST. IT IS A LITTLE PRICEY . $100 /NIGHT WOULD FIT OUR BUDGET BETTER. IF THIS MAINSTAYS HAD A BEACH VIEW OR BEACH ACCESS, THE PRICE WOULD FIT. Lower per night cost.

- Elaine (1/5): We will never stay there again, Or at another location. - Breakfast was good. Hard traveling with our pets as they weren't allowed in that area. Also, they don't want u to leave them in the room. NOT Knowing about the charge for our pets. When I booked this on Booking. com no mention. They called the day we were arriving to tell me. Walls very thin. On Thanksgiving day we went to grab a bite to eat. We were gone for 50 minutes. On our way back front desk clerk called 2 times on my cell phone to tell me our fur babies are barking. I didn't see any new guests at hotel. So I asked if I could apologize to them. NO AGAINST RULES. Very rude. We travel quite a bit with our "fur babies" never treated like that. We told front desk clerk about all the feces out front. She didn't seem to mind. Bad 1st impression only dog facility had one bag in it. for the 4 days we stayed. Happy we brought our own.

- Michael (10/5): Clean and quiet hotel - The room was quiet and clean. I appriciated having a full size refrigerator with freezer for my blue ice I use in my travel cooler. There wasn't much of a breakfast but that isn't unusual these days. The location was excellent. I would stay here again if ever in Port St. Joe.

- Vanessa (6/5): Spacious Room, Pet Friendly, and Great Location - Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, with very friendly staff. The hotel is in a quiet location, just about 10 minutes from downtown, and offers free parking right in front. It’s pet-friendly, and to our surprise, the room was very spacious. Common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. The $40 per night pet fee felt pretty steep. Our room also had a very damp, humid smell, and after a few hours our clothes were damp and noticeably wet. It made the room hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. We didn’t mention it to the staff during our stay and just dealt with it, but I’d suggest the hotel to look more into it and pay better attention before offering any room to customers, because the humidity was noticeable right away.

Our room was dated had a humidifier which was strange! Our friends were there w us and they had to go to five different rooms before they found one without mold in couches and mattresses!! This is so unacceptable and dangerous to health!! Horrid!

- Clint (10/5): Great place to stay! - Decided to take a random trip and this place was almost perfect. Great price for a 2 night stay. Very quiet, low key family atmosphere. Nice size room with a small kitchen. Nice friendly staff. Just a short trip back to port st Joe and Mexico beach. I would recommend and I would definitely stay again!

They were so friendly and even let me make waffles for my sons after I didn't realize the weekday breakfast hours were different than weekends and showed up late! They have warm cookies, juice and coffee in the lobby 24-7, computers readily on and available, and they were constantly cleaning the lobby area! The rooms were nice and clean, although big water spots on the ceiling showed the age of the property and tons of dead bugs on the little balcony were not my favorite. The hotel was experiencing elevator and water issues, but they left notes under our doors to inform us of the times of the inconveniences, and it was not a problem. The little kitchen was fully stocked with silverware, dishes, pots and pans so we were able to cook/eat food that we brought in our room. The ice makers worked on every floor and they even had recycling bins in with them! The pool is small, but refreshing and they have clean towels outside for your use. I would definitely stay again. :-)

The front desk clerk who checked us in was awesome and patient with finding our online booking at the last minute. The breakfast area was lacking options and assistants, and was set up kind of strangely.
- Elizabeth (7/5): We wouldn't stay again but the staff was friendly and the king was worth 200 a night - We were upgraded to a king room. It was spacious and clean. Our original room had a strong chemical smell and the queen size bed was very small and didnt appear to be an actual queen. When we asked to be moved due to the strong chemical smell the woman said normally people complain of the mold smell as they have alot of mold due to the moisture. She upgraded us to a king room which had no odor and was very nice.
