The “manager” informed us that that’s what happens when you book with a third party company like hotels,com and you should never assume you have a room until you call the hotel directly. They didn’t offer any assistance in finding a room and were extremely rude

- Laura (8/5): - The motel is rather old, like from the 50s, some parts of the room clearly showed wear, the beds were old fashioned springs that squeaked when you turned over. The photos make the motel look better than is actually is. The room was cramped and small, but the hotel is pet friendly, the room was clean, with a mini-fridge, microwave, and TV. Overall the room was acceptable for this resort town because of the great price. The motel was full on the night we stayed, so clearly others were happy to stay there, too.

The wall thermostat said not to adjust the AC. Couldnt if I wanted to since it was broke. Bed very uncomfortable. Loud squeaky bed springs. I should have read the reviews before booking.

- Michael (10/5): For an older Motel they try hard to make you happy - Look, let's be up-front right away...this is a Motel, and as such doesn't have all the conveniences of a Hotel. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they do have lots of amenities on the property such as a washer and dryer for those of us needing that, there's an included (but really limited) breakfast, and they gave me some rags to wipe off my motorcycle when I was done with my ride. The drain in the bathtub didn't drain, and the floors squeak (don't ALL Motel floors squeak?), and the "no smoking" room smelled like smoke that they attempted to cover up with that truly weird smelling substance (you know what I'm talking about). Overall, however, a good value, and I'd stay here again if I ever get back to the area...they do the best they can with what they have. Conveniently located on one of the main streets through town.

Breakfast as free but only har 3 times, which nobody care to top it up if empty. Overall, I would not recommend to stay at this place.

- Lee (4/5): Stains and shared jugs of milk all around - This isn’t my first rodeo traveling on a budget, but this location left me repeating the phrase, “Remember: it’s only for one night…”. At first I was confused how a room could have such a variety of stains, but then I saw how they clean the sheets for rooms. Spoiler alert: it involves throwing sheets into a garden wheelbarrow from the second floor balcony. Part of the reason I chose this location over Motel 6 was because of the continental breakfast. After checking in, I quickly realized the aforementioned breakfast was cereal with a hotel-wide shared jug of milk. As a positive, they were very nice at check-in.
- Jacob (6/5): - This place was alright. Nothing special. Just a fairly clean, somewhat quiet place to sleep. They had a very basic continental breakfast. The staff were all very nice and quite welcoming, though.

While having breakfast in the lobby the staff would be cursing in front of my two young children. Although the rooms are non-smoking. They have ash trays hanging right outside the rooms for people to smoke and you can smell the smoke. Beds are old and squeak and mattress can be a bit wobbly.

Best Mexican food I've had since leaving NM. The renovation next door is 'tidy' and not intrusive.
