- Ashley (10/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): -
- Aaron (7/5): - Friendly staff
For a budget hotel very surprised how clean and comfortable the room was. Recently updated it seems. Great little place for a night off the road for the price! Room heat/ac was a tad loud.
- Amanda (9/5): -
- Joshua (9/5): - I liked it. It was convenient. Very nicely made room
- Andrew (10/5): - Yb No service
- Norma (10/5): It was great - Convent reasonably priced close to our family
- Vicki (7/5): - It was clean and the price was great. The guy working the window when we went to check in tried making us pay twice. I paid for my room through booking and he said when we arrived we had a balance which was the rooms total price. Even after showing him it was paid on booking he still insisted it wasn’t paid. He then said he had to look in a different system to see if it was paid and turns out it was. Well no duh! Just annoying bc we got there late and that’s the last thing I wanted to hear.
- rodriguez (10/5): -
- Margaret (7/5): - No breakfast
Location was in a busy srea Coffee maker in room
- Lori (8/5): -
- Lisa (4/5): - It is an abysmal property. Unimproved road - check in behind glass. Unresponsive staff. Do not stay here
- Erwin (8/5): -
- Michael (10/5): - .
- Kevin (6/5): - The bed was hard as a brick.
- Adrienne (8/5): Nice sleep - Nice hotel, although this exact area is very loud due to tractor trailer traffic.

- Brian (10/5): -
- Adam (6/5): -
- Jamie (1/5): - Manager was 🙂👍 No hot water. Ac unit not in good order. Toilet didn't flush well
- Zizwe (3/5): I was desperate and had no choice thanks - Towel a used to be white had to go and buy towels 😭 no coffee or continental breakfast for the price security needs to to be improved.this particular location needs improved Clean towels some coffee or continental breakfast
- Bobbie (4/5): It wasn’t the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had but, I will not be staying here again. - Staff was nice. It was clean. We were supposed to have a king bed.. it definitely was not. It was hard as a rock & pillows were paper thin. There was an ice bucket in the room but no cups. And we only about half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.
- Archer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (10/5): Exceptional - The place was,spotless
- JERRY (8/5): - Very nice
- Blount (8/5): - The only problem I had was the air conditioner was too loud that could hardly hear the TV. There was no Do Not Disturb sighn to put on the door. Check out is 11 and they came at eight and 10 to clean the room.
- Wilson (6/5): If you don't pay much, don't expect much. - The price was right. Didn't expect too much since it didn't cost too much. You get what you pay for. Those pillows and towels are trash. The limited access of businesses around the area sucks.
- Bradley (6/5): - Get what you pay for. Inexpensive, but no breakfast, no coffee, no amenities.
- Jonathan (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything staff is not friendly and they where rude..
- Colwell (7/5): Good - The room was clean. The electrical outlets didn't work! The wash sink leaked underneath! The bathroom light didn't work!
- Crystal (10/5): - It was nice there just the hot water wasnt hot even for me
- Jonathan (1/5): Bad - Nothing it was horrible Everything they was mean and rude..
- Linda (6/5): - It was ok but noisy
- Alexander (4/5): ok - air leaky entrance, loud heater turning on every 5 minutes
- Cara (6/5): There was no stay due to the that location being nowhere near where I needed to be - Unfortunately it's nothing with the Jeffersonville roadway inn or their staff...Expedia was trying to help me with a date change that I put in incorrectly and in refunding that reservation booked a new one for the correct date however once it was booked and sent the confirmation I noticed that it was not the same address as the one I was at...it sas for a roadway inn in Jeffersonville..I don't have a clue where that is..I asked him twice he assured me that it was for the correct location..and that the address was for the main office...when I went back in low and behold it was the wrong address... therefore I am unable to give any reviews on the inn itself, the staff of the property Read above statement
- Selwyn (8/5): - Room was nice but hotel was near noisy truck stop
- Sarah (7/5): Ver convenient, decent fast food close by, easy on and off interstate 71. - Location near Roberts Center in Wilmington Very utilitarian but it was clean, comfortable and felt safe.
- Thomas (1/5): Bad - Booked a handicape room. When we got there they said it was not available. We had to go to another hotel. Would have been nice to get a text that it wasn't available. Luckily we found one but it was 30 miles out of our way.
- Eva (7/5): Good -
- Jeff (3/5): The accomodations were barely adequate. - No breakfast provided. Mattress was good. Heater was loud. Toilet wobbled a lot. No TP in bathroom.
- Toshia (4/5): Disappointing -
- Brent (8/5): - There was blood behind the headboard and mattress
- Fred Michael (6/5): - The room door was in meed of repair. And the room smelled of curry.
- Gerald (5/5): Passable -
- Gerald (7/5): Good -
- Ben (10/5): - It wasn't terrible. It was clean enough and had the very basics. The pictures make it seem bigger and cuter. This is a tiny motel. The main problem I had was that the door pushed back open slightly so it didn't close tight. It was latched, but cold air was pouring in. The heating unit was accurate as it was clearly not the 72 degrees I set it at but it would shut off. Smaller complaint, there was only two pillow and the pillows were different. The bed frame was for a king and they had a queen in it, so the bedside tables were too far away from the bed.
- Nia (4/5): It was a place to sleep an it did thatb - It a place to stay a the cheapest around. There was no WiFi there was no continental breakfast the room was dirty.
- Arturo (2/5): - Dirty, nasty and stinky hotel!
- nathan (2/5): - Rip off
- Elias (8/5): Very good -
- James (1/5): This place sucks - HAHA Where do I begin? The staff was beyond horrible and rude. I booked and paid online and when we arrived at the location they wanted to charge a $30 fee and from what I’ve gathered from other reviews, it isn’t returned when they say it would be. No where online does it say there is a deposit so I argued not to pay it. After them agreeing to not charge it, once we got in the room they tried charging it anyways. Lucky for me, I had my card turned off because I had a feeling they might try that. Just to be on the safe side we took pictures of everything when we arrived and when we left so they couldn’t say we damaged or stole anything. The room was nasty, had an odd smell, and furniture horribly uncomfortable. But truthfully, you really get what you pay for. Save your money and go elsewhere. This place needs to be under new ownership or shut down entirely.
- Janes (10/5): - Convenient and quiet, super clean
- Cheyenne (8/5): Very good -
- Joseph (6/5): Ripoff. - Clean. Polite front desk. Location was good for me Overpriced. Paid cash $230 for 2 nights. Website said 200. Charged me $30 deposit which was never returned. Also, charged my credit card $127 which was returned to my card after 3-4 days. Said $30 would go on my card. How could that be if I paid cash. Ripped me off $30. I don’t believe he intended to return that. I would not recommend this place.
- Kevin (5/5): You get what you pay for - Price Bed wasn’t comfortable, room had a little smell to it
- Kathleen (2/5): Very poor -
- Jeannette (1/5): Awful…do NOT recommend and will never stay at this property again. - Really nothing if I’m honest. Pretty much everything. The room was uncomfortable the a/c didn’t work properly. Even after being cleaned and serviced during our stay. There was never enough towels. The cleaning service wasn’t favorable. And never wanted to hand out enough towels, etc. for the number of guests (ie 3 adults). The WiFi didn’t work since check in. I had staff at the room multiple times each day. To still have connection problems. Despite trying all three of their networks. I wasn’t able to effectively attend meeting virtually or get the work done that I needed to online. Despite them even calling tech support it remained an issue. Then when I asked for a credit on my account because of all the problems. I was told they don’t do that and the owner wouldn’t allow it. Moving to a different room wasn’t an option either. I was told if I was dissatisfied to check out early. They could refund the one day charge for the room if we checked out before 3 p.m. which wasn’t even a viable option as I explained to the staff. Then I feel that they falsely advertised a continental breakfast each morning. Because nothing other than coffee was supplied which it and the condiments were never stocked. No one was ever at the front desk. And it took an unreasonable amount of time for them to answer their bell or a phone call to the office. Then after checking out. I contacted the property office. Because my daughter thought she left something in the room. The staff member that answered was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. I was told him couldn’t check and therefore confirm if anything was left behind. Because known of his cleaning staff were on property. So I’d have to wait more than 24/hrs for an answer. I was told we couldn’t have someone lets us back in the room to check personally because we’d already checked out.
- Heather (4/5): - Room didn't look like the picture. Outside entrances. Lion's Den adult store across the parking lot. Pillows totally uncomfortable and only two. Room serviced every other day and no cups in room.
- Brian (4/5): Disappointing -
- Robert (8/5): Pleasant - Great for a business trip. Cheap and if you’re only going to sleep there it’s a deal and a half. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Will stay again if I go back to that job site
- April (10/5): Exceptional - That is perfect size for me I don't have a coffee pot in the room
- Matthew (6/5): - It was clean and comfortable
- Elias (8/5): To busy working -
- JOSE (6/5): - Major Constriction right in front of the hotel.
- Madison (1/5): Bad - Hairs all over the bed
- Liliana (10/5): It was a comfortable place to stay,a beautiful view around to explore and see, great customer service - There was no breakfast a little disappointing but it’s alright I wish there was though. Nothing it’s a great place to stay at!
- Candy (2/5): - These people will throw your stuff outside even when your checkout isn’t until the next day. Including your meds that have to be refrigerated!!!! Absolutely deplorable!
- Candy (6/5): - The rooms were clean enough but the prices were not worth it. Different people got better prices. Unfortunately some were paying 200 or more less a week than others. They want you to book online because they will give your room away if you don’t book it a week or more in advance even if you inform them that you will be there for a few weeks.
- Candy (8/5): - Staff good. Parking not so good
- Cindy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jesus (10/5): - Great stay..
- Neal (4/5): Disappointing -
- Tina (7/5): Overall the stay was good. - Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were no outdoor garbage cans. We had our dog with us and had no place to dispose of the poop bags. Had to take them with us. We noticed that others didn’t pick up after their pets, perhaps no trash contributed to this.
- Candy (8/5): - The office staff are okay. The House keeper is very good at detail. The road in is rough with many potholes.
- Miguel (10/5): - N
- Candy (10/5): - The rooms are decent. A little higher than expected for a small community.
- Andrew (4/5): - The beds were extra hard like a let out couch so I checked out and went to another place and still haven't been refunded
- Creations (8/5): Pretty Good - Clean, affordable, quiet. No amenities, entrance (driveway) a bit hard to find.
- Dft (4/5): Disappointing -
- Leisa (5/5): Passable - Close to the highway and jobsite Not clean at all.
I called ahead to see if there was an actual fridge with a separate freezer, was told yes. There was not. Booking shows it to be pet friendly, when I get there there's no pets signs on every door. I questioned him and he said it's OK we charge 15 a day more. Ok.... I pay and sign the papers. THEN he says but the dog can not stay in the room when you go to work.... well why in the world am I payin extra??? Of course there's NO REFUND. I paid TWO WEEKS and stayed 3 days because my dog can not sit in the truck for 12 hours🤬... it's also in the parkin lot of a triple x store 😔 ... thankfully it was mostly other workers in the rooms so I didn't have to worry about much.
The single rooms are TINY ... they use their personal room for web pictures, with a real fridge and more space!!!
- Candy (6/5): - The parking is super close and limited otherwise it’s a comfortable place to sleep
- Davis (5/5): Passable - Room was clean staff was nice and they aloud my teacup dog to stay No breakfast Wi-Fi wouldn't connect .hard to find parking lot
- Verified traveler (2/5): Never again! - Property is run down, dirty, and smells terrible. Air and heating unit sounds like a engine brake on a big rig. Clean towel once a week. After staying there for 7 weeks, while trying to find other accommodations i forgot to cancel my stay this week and the owner charged me for the entire stay instead of one night like i was lead to believe by this app. Dont trust the rodeway inn.
- Steven (9/5): Superb -
- Jon (10/5): Exceptional - Such a nice place and great price in a nice spot. Neighbors playing music pretty loud in their car outside the room
- Cheyenne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wallace (1/5): Bad - Nothing it don't look like what there selling in pics There ad is wrong
- Anne (8/5): - The room and property were clean. AC and shower worked well. Fridge with freezer and microwave but no iron or hair dryer. Overall for the price a good place. Not much in the area besides the outlets and they do close at 7pm.
- Cheyenne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marjorie (8/5): - The room was clean and in pretty good shape. the hotel is located in a very weird, sketchy location off of the highway. the parking lot is a disaster, filled with potholes. But for the price; you get what you pay for
- Daniel (4/5): A/c leaked on floor and floor was mushy, no tv remote, staff not available for check out or morning questions. Had t - Nothing stood out Wasn’t accessible from highway
- Jack (8/5): Good value - Clean. Good value. Nice staff. AC was loud a.f.
- William (4/5): basic - it's a room to stay in while working in the area. door is closed can see the space where bugs get in. just a basic room and service.
- Lora (8/5): - Nicely updated room. Comfy bed
- Alison (6/5): All in all it’s about what I expected. - There wasn’t any breakfast offered during our stay. The location was only about 25 minutes from our event location. The stairway to the 2nd floor is a bit dark…at the end of a long day it was challenging. The stairway to the 2nd floor was a bit challenging after a long day…a bit dark and steep.
