Guest Reviews
- Lisa (8/5): Staff was nice enough no issues no attitudes full of information. Rooms were cleaned. Needs to be updated when you’re co - The breakfast room was way too hot and the breakfast variety and drinks was just not there
- LMedina11 (8/5): -
- Georgette (8/5): Comfortable - It was a very nice room and clean Nothing
- Frank (7/5): -
- EILEEN (3/5): Disappointing - The staff were friendly, eager to help Housekeeper did not even sweep floor, when the chair was moved a candy wrapper and dust were visible.
No shower head-I can’t believe we were the first to mention it!
- SueAnn (7/5): I was in and out as quickly as possible. - As requested, it was quiet, and the room was clean The property appearance and outside aesthetics were "run down". The breakfast provided was the same as I could buy at Circle K or Seven Eleven. The room was ICY cold and chairs for sitting were not comfortable.
- Levi (9/5): - Staff was nice and the room was warmed when we got inside and it was 32 outside. There was a dead tropical house cricket in the corner.
- Sharon (10/5): -
- Camie (9/5): - The bed was comfortable. Pillow were good and firm. The room was in excellent condition. Be disturbed my other guest in the early morning hours.
- Kristin (6/5): - When we arrived at the Hitel no one was there to check us in. There was a sign stating call this number to get service. We called and the number rang several times. We waited over 30 minutes for no one to check us in. We drove to another Hotel to try and get a different room. They were sold out. While there another party claimed they also were awaiting check in and no one came? We drove back again and had to find a young lady cleaning rooms upstairs with no other help but did check us in. The rooms were clean but outdated and old.
- Darlene (2/5): - Room had black hair on both beds
The bed skirts were dirty. The gal in lobby changed the sheets for us. We didnt want to sleep on dirty sheets.
Question do they change the sheets after each check out? Maybe the person needs to wear a hair net if they clean the room.
- Christina (6/5): Overall it was ok.i was only there for one night - It was a comfortable place to rest your head for the night. People standing in there balcony’s talking loudly. Because I booked online though booking.com when I arrived and asked about changing a room from a king to two queens they had me pay an additional 50$. The said if I had booked through them there would not have been an additional fee for changing the room.
- terry (6/5): - Marquee street signage not working. Couldn't find location when arrived after dark.
Floor panels warped causing tripping and squeaking. VERY annoying!
Bugs in bathroom.
Night staff very friendly.
Breakfast variety excellent.
- Douglas (8/5): Mop it! - Bathroom great, but room floor disgusting, soda spills and hasn't been mopped in weeks!
- Inilda (10/5): - The room we had was clean, spacious and comfortable.
- Darlene (6/5): - They need to hire more help plus the bathroom shower leaked. When turned on the shower, shower head needed to be cleaned and water still ran when you took a shower out out of the faucet.
- Mike Daubney (8/5): Surprisingly large, clean pet friendly room in Taylor, AZ - This was a surprise. The outside doesn't look that great but the room was clean and a good size for 2 adults and a pet. We had some issues with noise from our neighbors but after speaking to the front desk it was stopped promptly.
- Mike (6/5): - This was an average property. We had a room near the office which was fine but the tenant above was noisy the entire night walking around. Not sure if they live there full time and work the night shift at the hotel. We asked for a late check out (only 1/2 extra) and were told it would be an additional $25 if we weren't out by 11 am.
- Omar (10/5): - Check in was smooth. The room was clean, but the air conditioner didn’t work that great so the room was very hot and the bed wasn’t really that comfortable.
- Michael (10/5): - 👍
- Eliezer (6/5): Not so clean! - Room wasn’t clean specifically in edges and corners bathroom had a huge spider web with a spider! You can tell carpet wasn’t vacuum lots of debris on floor! Tub drain was clogged and draining very slow! Everything else seems to be decent!
- Diana (8/5): - Bed was comfortable. There was a really good mom and pop cafe nearby.
- Larry (8/5): - Plenty of parking in close vicinity to room
- Mélodie (8/5): - Emplacement idéal
Personnel très sympathique, en plus on a eu un souci de réservation et la personne a été super
Petit déjeuner pas très fourni mais c'était bon
Chambre confortable et spacieuse
- Victoriarose (8/5): - I liked everything about this place. Enough breakfast for it to be considered included. The only thing I had a problem with my stay is the shower was clogged and filled up while showering. After it slowly drained. But over all I would stay again. I stayed in the one all the way at the end on the bottom.
- Amber (8/5): - The room was clean. The restroom was fine but the shower curtain rod was installed incorrectly so instead of keeping the curtain in the proper spot, so the water was getting all over the floor.
- Judith (6/5): - Room is okay but still bathroom need new model the door and trim on the floor. It is not safety will fall down. Room is 210 upstairs and dresser are so dirty inside drawers. I’m sorry about it. Check your inspection room. Thank you
- Adam (7/5): Good -
- JAMES (8/5): - The property itself was good. The rooms are poorly built and you can hear everything that is going on in the room above you.
- Terry (8/5): - Outside conditions not the best, its been a long time since the stairs were ever cleaned. Room was clean and nice
- Darin (2/5): - The room we stayed at had trash behind the chair in the room and there were spiders in the bathroom and shower.
- Laurel (10/5): - Quick, efficient check in... with cookies! The room was spacious, clean, good bed, good sheets. Best of all was separate dressing area from the bathroom with a second sink, mirror, etc
- Guilherme (10/5): - Clean and comfortable
- Helen (6/5): Flooring and fixtures in the room were broken and in ill repair. - Breakfast was better than expected. The room was adequate and clean. When we arrived at 3:00 PM, there were only 3 other rooms being used in the entire hotel. We were placed right next to one other party under the stairs and could hear every conversation through the wall. An empty room to separate us would have been more considerate. The hotel was no where near full.
- Angela (8/5): - Nothing fancy or updated, but very clean and very adequate breakfast - microwaveable breakfast burrito, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels & cream cheese, danish as well as a variety of cereals and oatmeal. Good, comfortable bed.
- Tamar (8/5): - Property had lots of parking but was dated. Seals in bathroom were lifting, the room had that dated darkened appearance in the tub. Room was still clean though!
Microwave and refrigerator were in good working order. Beds were extremely firm which had an affect on an already bad back.
There was a breakfast but I didn’t discover that until I was checking out on the 5th day. The person who checked us in didn’t mention that there was a breakfast. Would’ve been nice to know.
Overall, it’s a decent place and was a good bit cheaper than the other hotel down the way.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Comfortable Clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast, I would recommend - Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast as nice easy to get where I needed to go . Wall bit thin I could hear the ppl in the next room. But not too bad,
- Alice (10/5): Great value - Great value It was a little dated
- Heidi (6/5): Bring some cleaning supplies - There were stains on the sheets. The vinyl floor planks were warped in some areas. There was a buildup of grime on the table lamps. The light switches had dirt. The door edges had grime. I would suggest bringing some cleaning products if you’re gonna stay here.
- Brandon (9/5): Superb -
- Rodrigue (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything about the motel Didn't have any problems with the motel
- Ravonne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rodney (5/5): My stay or experiences in Snowflake, Arizona was short, but very memorable. - Check-in staff person was super nice; we talked quite awhile since hotel was pretty much empty. Connecting with visitors is so helpful as to one considering a return visit (check-out staff didn’t seem so pleased with her, but she was really ‘cool’ and welcoming to me). Breakfast was so-so, but my first time to have self made waffles - pretty good, but timer too short for fully cooked; liked the orange juice; self-serve. The bed was quite comfortable and I slept well. While clean, good unit, definitely needs repairs / upgrade. While no fault of the place, the highway noise and internal noise would lead me to not stay here again. Not one hand towel in my bathroom, and problems with operating TV / channels. While subtle, the check out staff should not have said or implied anything negative about the check-in staff, especially since I had no complaints - she was very interested in my stay and life and I asked about her life; in the hotel business, that is welcoming compared to the no nonsense visitor or business only staff. While Snowflake is too small for me, I will remember how friendly everyone I met was, and I very much appreciated, after a four hour drive, the professional and friendly check in staff at this hotel — we shared some good jokes; I felt welcome despite the outdated hotel.
- Amber (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mike (8/5): - Good location in town. Dollar for dollar a good hotel. Nothing fancy.
- Cristy (10/5): - Loved it
- Mark (6/5): Okay - Location Breakfast
- Linda (9/5): Room was very nice and clean, close to food and shopping. Priced well. - Good selection from cereal to fruit , muffins, waffles, oatmeal. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate , OJ.
- Tamra (6/5): - Did NOT look like the photo. Room was ok but could have been swept clean. No electrical outlets available except in the bathroom.
Staff was friendly.
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Denise (7/5): Clean, good price, comfortable bed - Friendly front desk, comfortable beds, and fresh towels everyday. Picture of property on line is misleading! The so called hot breakfast was a joke! Plus they ran out of things by 7 am. Plus the room above us had a long term tenant who set outside smoking.
- Jennifer (8/5): Helpful - The place was welcoming, and the staff gave us all the answers we needed.
The breakfast food was, and had alot of variety of choices.
- Heather (7/5): Met needs for a night of travel and friendly - There are not many options of places to stay in Snowflake-Taylor. It was affordable and clean. Check-in was very kind and welcoming. We got a good nights sleep and a shower, which is all we needed. There was a smoke odor to the room, although specifically “non-smoking”.
- Joshua (10/5): Stay for ACA race - Despite the outside looking a little run down the room was extremely comfortable and clean. Looked recently renovated. Breakfast was on the go microwavable items, waffles, pastries, and other quick odds and end that were ok for a smaller 2 star hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly! Room had enough space for 4 people and bike equipment
- jennifer (10/5): Great value - For the price this was a great stay. Clean room, great service, and a good breakfast. Definitely would stay here again!
- Larry (8/5): - Hotel is a bit rundown but the room was large and clean and comfortable. Just right for us.
- Marie (8/5): - As a quick overnight, it’s good.
- Adam (8/5): Clean, comfortable, with a good location. - The room was ready on time and very clean. The motel was easy to find from road with close access to the freeway. The selection on the TV was excellent.
- Erin (5/5): Passable - Price & breakfast Mattress needs to be replaced and the ice machine was broken (no ice)
- Cindy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kami (6/5): Pleasant -
- Bill (7/5): Good -
- Brittney (10/5): - Great! Better than we expected! Large, updated rooms and quiet location. We had 2 sinks, 2 LARGE mirrors... Made for a quick and easy morning routines. We will be back!
- Paul (10/5): - Outside is not too beautiful, but the rooms are really nice and well appointed.
- James (6/5): - N/a
- Bailee (9/5): Coming from somebody that worked at a Best Western, save your money and stay here. Way better. - currently in the process of moving cross country for work. was exhausted after driving 16 hours and stopped to stay here after seeing it was close to the Walmart I was at, and that it was the cheapest option. nothing against this hotel at all but I never have high expectations. this whole stay was a pleasant surprise. very spacious and clean room. comfy bed. has free hot breakfast in the mornings in a cute little kitchen area, equipped with 3 different kinds of breakfast burritos, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, coffee bar and apple and orange juice with a bunch of muffins, bagels etc. I’m vegetarian and was excited to see meat free breakfast burritos as well. Very friendly staff. It is a working man’s hotel but that’s absolutely fine with me. definitely best bang for your buck around here, I used to work at a best western and it couldn’t compare.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It’s an older hotel and not cleaned very well
- Calandra (7/5): Overall the stay was good. - The breakfast was good and the dining area is clean. The microwave in the room did not work even though it was plugged in. The fridge in the 2nd room was leaking. Apparently, the front desk personnel said the staff (housekeeping) was not checking the temperatures, so the ice was melting from the freezer.
- Woodall (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay in a staff was super friendly!
- Katherine (10/5): Excellent - Convenient, clean
- Jennifer (3/5): Poor - The bed was very old and springs could be felt coming through the mattress. The shower head was nearly mist.
- Chris (8/5): Very good - It was convenient, and the staff was great. Not many places give fresh towels and make your bed for you anymore. We appreciated the extra effort. This is a working man hotel. Many trucks and men hanging out in front of different rooms. They made a lot of noise both in the evening and early morning when we were still sleeping.
- Jason (3/5): More expensive than was advertised. - The staff was very helpful. We had to pay taxes and fees twice. It made to room more expensive than was advertised.
- Kim (5/5): Adequate - Room was clean. Staff was nice Didn't know about the exorbitant pet fees till we checked in. Around the facility needed a cleanup. Noisy group of kids after 10pm, that the hotel should have shut down
- Dawn (5/5): Passable - The beds were very comfortable Pretty run down
- Jesse (8/5): I was awake half the night - The rooms was nice it was clean very nice room Down below us Department below ours there was a dog barked half the night TV was left on all night people swearing and cussing in another room
- Freida (8/5): Very good - Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing that bothered me is the bathroom mirror was not clean.
- Darin (2/5): - Just ok. Paper thin walls. Weak air conditioner. Good water pressure. Friendly staff.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice & Affordable - Outside looks rundown but rooms are very nice and clean. Signage about free breakfast and lobby hours were not correct.
- Donnawest (7/5): Good -
- Vadovich (9/5): Superb -
- Anisa (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (8/5): A good place to stop overnight. - Convenient and easy to find. Desk staff was friendly and gave helpful dinner suggestions. Ready for new mattresses.

- moraine (2/5): Robbed by hotel staff!!! - I was robbed. Literally!
After being back home for a week, & catching up on my bookkeeping, I discovered that, in addition to the one night fee of $113 for my stay, I was charged an even $150, unauthorized, with no not, asking of permission, or even warning.
This is robbery, & has left me feeling very uneasy, for the reason that my financial situation isn’t good enough to Willy-nilly pay more than double on any given cc transaction. I didn’t dispute with the hotel itself, but have an ongoing dispute with hotels.com instead, & hope they make good on the thieves! I strongly believe that the establishment should be served a penalty, if not permanent suspension from hotels.com
It’s a privilege that they obviously don’t appreciate, nor honor.
- Marissa (10/5): - .
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Super clean room. Very quiet. I slept very well. Comfortable bed. Micro wave and a frig. We only stayed one night but I would do it again Can’t really state anything wrong
