• Tonya (4/5): Would not go back. - The pool was disgusting, the sheets and towels were dirty (stains/stray hairs), the floors felt so gross, like you would get a fungus walking barefoot, and the breakfast was a sorry excuse for breakfast (styrofoam eggs and microwave sausage).
• Geryl (10/5): Staff very friendly. - Really convenient to where we were going. Have stayed there many of times. Price keep creeping up. A lot of water on floor in elevator and first floor from swim pool kids coming and going. Accident waiting to happed.

• Korbel (8/5): Enjoy your stay - It was a clean and quiet place to rest for the evening. You could tell that the hotel was recently renovated, however it was rushed and you could see the poor craftsmanship showing in areas.

• Howard (10/5): Same day reservations, late arrival, no hitches and flawless customer service. Will stay there again - Location great, did not eat breakfast as had family commitments. Liked how clean the hotel was including the breakfast area. Attention to detail on the part of the staff is noteworthy. They made a change to room assignment after we arrived after midnight. It was a great change and made the stay even better. nothing I could add would be leading to an improvement in outstanding customer service.

• Robert (5/5): It did not start well. After getting in my room it was great. - The breakfast lady was awesome. She is the only reason I did not give the staff a zero. She had a great breakfast prepared. She also went out of her way to help when the intial door card did not work. She was a pleasant person! Drove 7 hours to get there. I arrived at 1 o'clock the time I told bookings.com that I would arrive. They're check in was 3 O'clock. I asked if I could get in to sleep. The manager told me it would be $20 early check in fee. I declined. The manager told me to give him 30 minutes and come back and he would try to get me in early. i slept in my car for 30 minutes. They then charged my card again for check.in. I checked my bank card it showed to have 2 pending charges. I told them I had paid bookings.com at check in before they charged me. . Then my cards did not unlock my door. The breakfast lady tried both cards also. she then let me in with her card because I had suitcase. She called down to the office to verify my cards did not work.

• Mary C (10/5): The staff made our stay great by extending our stay while my brother died. - Breakfast was good and the woman who replenished the food was very warm and friendly. The location was good. One concern was the bathroom. It was not the fault of the staff. The tub could use another rail at the back. The tub had what was supposed to be non slippery but it was very slick and my sister and I both nearly slipped. The beds were very comfortable, but were thigh high on us which we had difficulty getting onto, but once there, we slept well.
• Hall (4/5): Friendly front desk. Decent room, but dark. Needs updating to appear cleaner. Poor pool area. - Front desk gentleman upon arrival was very nice. Had a couple of interactions with him during our stay and he was friendly, smiled often, offered assistance multiple times. He also tried to assist us with our TV. It did not work. I did not go back and ask for further assistance, as we went to bed. TV did not work. Needs a better snack/food purchase area. Not a lot of options. Although the building seemed clean, the outdated and very used building, furniture, etc. made it feel dirty. Never saw any bugs, but i was worried that I would becahse of how old everything looked. Some stains in room, on blanket, furniture. Nothing too bad but just didn't feel clean, although I'm sure it had been. Needs better lighting in the room. Very dark. The pool area was very old, poor AC system/ventilation (air was very hot, heavy, and thick from steam), and the flooring was very old and dirty. I didn't want to walk barefoot around the pool or let my kids.
• Clifford (5/5): It was a decent stay for the price. - It was easy to access to the location I was needing to go to. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The location was broken off the wall. There were stains on the floor. Stains on the couch. The rooms need a serious upgrade. The card to the room didn’t work half the time.

• HEAD (8/5): Brentheaven - Location Everything was good except the door key machine.
• Real (2/5): - The location alone. The room smelled like chemical spray, possibly for bugs. The noise coming from the floor above lasted hours for both nights we stayed. The last two times we’ve stayed here, our room keys have stopped working. The pool was too cold for kids to swim in, the hot tub was filthy. This was the last time we will stay at this location.

• Genelle (3/5): Bad stay - Now we got done with what we had to do and wanted to go back and get in the pool or hot tub period pull it was like an ice box and dirty. You couldn't even see the bottom of the hot tub. Hot tub didn't even come on. Keys for the room didn't work, so we had to go back down and get new ones. The breakfast the next morning didn't even look edible. Looked like it was leftovers from it past days. Ended up going to a restaurant to eat. I'm seventy years old and have traveled a lot in my lifetime, and i've stated a lot of comfort suites never have I seen one in such bad disarrays, this one just jump like being alone See my likes. This is my sisters, but I will never stay at it again

• LaShauna (3/5): Find somewhere else - Nothing The air conditioner was stuck on 65°. Couldn't turn it down!! The room wasn't very clean. There are lots of stains on bedding and curtains. No extra pillow or blanket for sofa. It seemed like the room hadn't been clean properly in a few weeks or months. Lots of gossiping and singing housekeepers, though. To top it all off, I went to check it out this morning. And right on the counter/desk was bug spray for ants and cockroaches. Don't stay here!!

It was a very good experience, I have yet to find a Comfort Suites that doesn't exceed my expectations. The beds were a bit too high. We had to go buy a step stool just to get into the bed.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Bad movie - This is not a great place to stay. Bathroom sink was clogged. No housekeeping services on weekends offered. The amenities are definitely sparse and dilapidated. There was a woman screaming in the hallway in the middle of the night. It is not in the greatest location. The circle K across the street attracts questionable characters. Don’t get excited about breakfast being included.

• Shana (4/5): Not Very Good - There was no heat for the room and I spent my weekend cold. The window curtains were half falling down. Barely hot water. Fridge wasnt keeping anything cold. Last but not least, the toilet was broken. Everytime I flushed i had to reach in to reposition the stopper. If it wasnt for the fact that my daughter was staying next door with her team i would of requested a room change but truely didnt want to have to go through the hassle and more then likely getting a room with the same issues.

• Todd (6/5): - The room was relatively clean, but the linens were dirty on the bed and the towels had stuff on them. Even though the pool was indoors, it was ice cold. However, the hot tub was rather enjoyable. The breakfast was very lacking. only some what appeared to be frozen and reheated eggs, no bacon or sausage. The waffle maker was a hit with the kids, so that was a plus. Overall not a bad experience for the price, but there are definitely better places to stay for a little more money.
• Grace (9/5): New Years Stay - Breakfast was good. I loved the blueberry waffle. Cracker Barrel is walking distance. They have an indoor pool, but we didn't use it due to lack of time. They also have a small but efficient workout room. Everyone was very friendly. The Bed is supper comfortable! We had a king. We didn't find anything we didn't like. This hotel served our purpose just fine.
• Jessica (8/5): - First time to stay, Christmas Day with our family, including 2 year old grandson. Sofa bed was horrible so we were a little cramped sleeping. Otherwise, it was a comfortable experience with friendly staff.
