• Ryan (4/5): - The smell was so strong we almost couldn’t sleep there. It was like super strong cleaner or odor remover or something. There was no smoke detector. There were also hairs all over. It could have been way cleaner.

• Rocky (10/5): - This hotel was very clean, recently renovated i didnt have any issues. The staff was great check in and check out was good. I loved the fact that its a locked establishment they have to let you in each time which is good because it makes sure everybody thats there is supposed to be there. My room looked Exactly like the pictures and i will definitely stay again when i visit Georgia.

• Juan (2/5): - I booked this place for 3 nights, seeing that it was remodeled and under new management. As soon as i walked into this establishment it reeked of marijuana. The room i was assigned to was literally across the halway from the main desk. The room smelled dirty and just marijuana. I had to place a towel underneath the door to prevent smoke from coming in. I had the ac on full blast and even that didn't help. I could not sleep and had a really bad headache. I had to book another hotel in the morning. I was informed that they couldnt do anything about people smoking, yet the smoke was coming from the front desk all night.

• Michelle (6/5): Nice rooms, no blow dryers. - Newly remodeled rooms. Still doing main area renovations. At the time of this review, they did not offer breakfast. The rooms had a small refrigerator and microwave, however, there were no blow dryers in the room or available at the front desk. They provide a small soap, lotion and "conditioning" shampoo, so if you require better conditioner for your hair, you will need to bring your own.

Hotel had no extra linens for the spare “bed”. The night attendant was able to scrounge up some sheets after begging him The website said breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast. The front desk confirmed they don’t serve it.
• Destiny (6/5): - It was just a place to sleep. They have an alarm bell that goes off every time the front door is open and it made it hard to sleep. Average room. Average cleanliness. Average staff. Would stay again because of price and location.
• carlos (4/5): Don’t come here! - Terrible… don’t expect breakfast in the morning. The dead bolts don’t lock.. I had to put a chair in to add extra safety for comfort thankfully it was only one night but you couldn’t pay me to go back and stay again

• kendal (4/5): - It was ok, I had to wait an hour and a half to get my room. After I check in at 2pm. Other then that was ok.
• Jessikah (2/5): - Room door nor bathroom door closed all the way; I asked for an additional towel & washcloth (there were 2 of each in the room, but 3 occupants) and was told every room ONLY gets 2 of each and 2 hand towels, and that the laundry was closed; REFUSED to give more than 1 room key when there were 3 occupants in the room; online it says pets allowed (up to 15lbs) but the form ypu sign says no pets allowed; online it also shows continental breakfast available, but when you get there they tell you they don't have breakfast at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

• CCB MANAGEMENT (8/5): - The staff was friendly the area was clean they're in the middle of a transition but would have to go back and see whether or not they are actually serving breakfast but other than that everything was great
• David (2/5): - Property isn't RV friendly. I asked where i could park. They told me around back, I specifically asked if the school behind them would be upset & they said no. They woke me up at 6:45am to say the school told them i had to move. I moved to where they told me to go, asked if it was ok, they said yes again then again woke me up at 8am to say it wasn't ok. Their parking lot is just too small for rvs. They should have just told me that in the beginning.

• Janedoe100000008 (2/5): Runnnnn - Very very very nasty and ran down! The sheets and towels have stains the wash clothes as well! They don’t change the sheets or pillow cases I’ve stayed in a room checked out and got the same room next day same stains on the sheets! Housekeeper is still cleaning rooms at 11pm ! They have roaches and the front desk lady the old African lady has a very nasty attitude! Plumbing problems and the tubs omg they look as if they are never clean you see stains on the wall of the tub ! They making plenty of money why not buy new towels and wash cloths who wants brown things to wash with! Oh let me not forget the hair you find in the beds! It’s disgusting all together
• 529addyt (10/5): Adelynn Thompson - Great little place . clean safe . I checked in after midnight. . it was a spur if the Monet thing. The nice Lady Denise said she was new . I could not tell. She showed me a few rooms and let me decide. She also loaned me her charger for my phone. The place was so clean . she advised me the house keeper Yolanda was the best. Owners you did good hiring these ladies
• 241mikeq (2/5): dirty - rooms were not very clean bath towels were paper thin staff was friendly though fellow employee found roaches in bathroom my company booked these rooms at the last minute and I will advise them not to use this location in the future
• soxjlp (2/5): Disgusting - There's honestly nothing good I can say about this Hotel. The first room I received was atrocious. I reserved a non smoking room but this room was clearly smoked in MANY times. Besides the smell, there were burn marks on the bed sheets and on the carpet along with miscellaneous other stains on them. went back down to the front desk and brought up the condition of the room to the front desk person and house keeper who blamed the room being that way on a prior guest. Received a second room for an additional charger and it wasn't too much better. The smell of cigarettes was gone, only because it was sprayed heavily with a sweet smelling odor eliminator. Will never stay here again, and will question any hotel within the Choice Hotel chain.

• Kari (2/5): Horrible!! - Room was the only clean part of the hotel - the whole place reeked of marijuana...when I checked in, they didn't verify my reservation or anything, just took our online booking receipt and gave me room keys, which got inactivated the next day. We found out on day 3 of our stay that they'd never actually gotten us checked in. We promptly packed and left. Would not recommend this hotel!!!!
• Verified traveler (4/5): Dirty - The stay was enjoyable. What was not was receiving dirty and ripped towels from housekeeping. That through is off guard and made me look at the hotel differently. The hotel overall was pretty dirty.
• 458cynthiaw (2/5): DUMP - We were in ATLANTA for the weekend got two rooms at this hotel because of everything booked up ,the young lady on night shift was nice but owners are horrible , don't speek much english and very rude. the rooms were ok an the maid was nice ,but if you stay please take your own sheets ,we got bed bugs bites on our legs an back.
• Patel4415 (10/5): excellent service - this is one of the best indoor hotel in forest park. rooms were new , nice and clean. staff was helpful. good security system. checked inn late and manager allowed me to sleep till 2 pm even though check out time was 11 am. not a big fan of breakfast but i will be happy if you provide some as i will be travelling more often.
• alexwR8000SM (2/5): Awfule mistake - I sent my girl friend here for a one night stay at my employee discounted rate. she said it was disgusting. The staff only knew broken english. Their was drug use in the parking lot and in the lobby. I called the hotel to discuss these matters and the Front desk did not seemed concerned. I would not recommend this place to any EVER again. I have never felt so enraged that i go and write a nasty review.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Rodeway Wreck - Recently stayed at this hotel and it was an absolute wreck. The system was down and they had no clue of who was staying in each room. I was given keys to a room and opened the door and there were people already in the room. The cleanliness was terrible. The only good thing about this stay was that the manager offered to give us a free nights stay due to the situation.

Was told there would be coffee and juice only but not was available. Chair in room was ready for the dump.

The owner manager was exceptionally nice and could not do enough to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was provided as well as a ride back to the airport. . I would definately recommend!
• ralphmelinea (10/5): Loved the Rodeway Inn Forest Park - We have traveled extensively during the summers over the past 10 years, and rarely have we found a reasonably priced hotel as great as this one. The staff was friendly and the room was VERY clean. I often have difficulty with the cleanliness of hotel rooms, and even travel with my own set of sheets for that reason. This room was spotless. GREAT HOTEL!!!
• leehigh103 (8/5): Well put hotel... - The service here at the Rodeway Inn Hotel was very accomodating. The rooms were very well put together and clean and there was always someone to assist us. I enjoyed my 5 day stay here at the hotel.. The rates are great as well. I would recommend anyone in the City of Atlanta to stop by and take a look..Because 9 times out of 10..You'll end up staying.
