Susan (8/5): We have made this a holiday tradition to stay with our four grandkids. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was warmer than last year so my grandkids were happier. The front desk person (Joey) was super nice on check-in. After we left, I received a call about an item left behind that is being shipped to us. That was great too because it's my grandson's and he would be very upset knowing it was gone. The juice machine wasn't working for the breakfast. We had to ask for water each day instead of having some readily available, which seemed to disturb the kitchen staff. There was hair in the bath/shower before we even went in to take showers. The lights on the stove were burned out and the kitchen needs more lighting.

dane356 (10/5): Like an apartment - Super fast and easy check in with a smiling face at the front desk. This is always a plus because customer service is becoming a thing of the past. Room was super awesome and much like a small apartment complete with a kitchenette and a dining room table. Oh and a comfy couch. It was well equipped with every modern convenience. Would highly recommend any traveler.

Seems like the cleaning crew just made the bed after the people before checked out. The remote didn’t work, couldn’t even shut off the TV. The furniture in the room was broken. I would not recommend staying here.

We have tried several dog friendly hotels in the area and this is the one we will come back to. Thank you.

Michael (8/5): Only minor issues - The staff was excellent. The room is the only thing we had issues with. The water: Had no hot in kitchen. Bath vanity seemed to have mineral deposits and air in it. The AC: There was very little air flow into the living/kitchen/entry (where thermostat is). Had vents completely closed in bedroom and it was still freezing in there. There seems to be a restriction in ducting. Other than that, the room was what we have come to expect.

Joey made our stay comfortable (got us the pillows we needed and offered extra blankets), said if we needed anything to just call, and made us feel comfortable. Exceptional service!!!! The rooms were clean and spacious and the air conditioning was absolutely amazing!!!! We will stay here again without a doubt.

Gibson (7/5): Good - Room was clean beside the standing water in the bottom of the fridge under the drawer. At check in staff didn't explain anything IE:breakfast hours or check out time. Breakfast Attendant was rude and rolled her eyes at me when I advised her that there was no coffee at the opening of breakfast. With a full kitchen in the room I was expecting pots and pans to be able to cook with but there was only on single pot.

The room had tons of dust and was not clean meaning toilet and shower and shelving in bathroom caked with dust.The towels were subpar, the toiletries you would expect to find in a motel 6. Total bottom of the barrel on toiletries! For a Marriot Residence I would expect better! The light was burnt out in closet area, it was obvious housekeeping is not on their top game. The kitchen was sparsely equipped with bare minimum dishes and the like. Breakfast would have been edible except they are using liquid eggs for scrambled eggs and they are inedible. We had waffles instead. But I am an egg eater so I was disappointed.
Roberson (6/5): Not a bad facility but I probably won’t be back. - Property was great except the pool being ice cold and the whirlpool being broke! THE BED!!! ABSOLUTE WORST BED IVE EVER SLEPT ON!! This weekend was supposed to be a relaxing getaway so I could rest and recharge. I only slept 6 hours the whole weekend!! Had to request extra mattress toppers and I bought a 2 inch foam topper to try and sleep

Eric (4/5): Ridiculous pet fee! - They charge $100 pet fee. And place you in a dirty room. The mirrors are peeling and the shower had stains and mold. Our pet is well behaved and trained what a ridiculous amount charge for a pet. For 260 bucks a night we expected a nice room.

Olivia (8/5): We’ll be back! - We were given snacks upon check in and the front desk clerk was very nice. The room was big and inviting. Could have been cleaned better. Bed was comfortable but pull out couch was not. Breakfast was awesome! So many things to choose from.

ALBERT V (6/5): Slow checking in - The stay in general was good. The check in was very frustrating. Apparently the hotel was very busy and they were short on cleaning staff and we had to wait a little over an hour to check in.

Hawaiibettina (4/5): Find a different hotel - I am so sorry to write a negative report. My experiences with Marriott have always been OK. This Residence was challenging. We were there 4 days and moved to a different room each day. The thermostats did not work and no one knew how to repair them. They have only a part time maintenance person which is crazy for that large hotel/motel. They are very understaffed. I do not recommend it.

Mike (6/5): Needs help - Zero shower pressure & active mildew all over shower caulk. I have stayed here many times over the years & was surprised that the conditions have gone down hill since my last stay.
Doug (1/5): Extremely disappointing since I have been a long time Bonvoy Member... Change is coming - I liked the fact that I got to sleep in a bed a take a hot shower. That is about it. on was an issue at check-in since I had to book thru a 3rd party (booking.com); I had already paid for the room online but the hotel required a credit card for "Incidentals". I gave them my debit card and they processed another $900.00 on my debit card. I tried to call the property 4 times over a 2 day period to speak with the property manager and still have yet to be called. I will never be back to this hotel again. I have stayed at 3 different hotels since last weekend and all have been Hilton properties. I am probably done with Marriott. Thanks,

After booking a week out and checking in to the room they gave my room away to another guest because the other guess AC went out. They tried to make it up to my giving me a refund.

Stephanie (1/5): SUCKED - The staff was very courteous The room was filthy, I paid a booked a room that was NOTHING like the online booking stated. I complained about this and was told nothing could be done! I have severe food allergies and I only chose this facility because of what was represented online! I would NEVER recommend this facility and the next time I visit my son in the military I will NOT be staying in this facility. To be charged a price for a specific room then to be told you can’t have that room!
