- Willie (2/5): I don’t think will be staying here again. We’ve stayed at this hotel chain before and this was by far the worst experien - The location was great. The property itself was not good at all. The rooms smelled old and there was a smell on the sheets. The breakfast wasn’t good at all the eggs were hard and the sausage tasted weird. My kids didn’t even want to eat it. But the waffles were great!

- Carter (2/5): Worsted stay - It was near freeway #1 I reserved the 2bdr suite but got a small room with 2 full size very high off the ground beds. When I asked about the 2bdr suite I reserved & even confirmed over the phone just before arriving, she said they didn't have 2 bdr suites & that the booking company didn't update their site for availability rooms. Refused to ancel & give refund. 1 of my kids had to sleep on the floor. Booking.combagent said he could only credit me back $50 & I didn't get that either. Very disappointed in both. I even sent pictures in email

He didn’t. The next morning she was in what appeared to be a night gown with a little bit earring breakfast.

These were things people should know before booking. Horrible experience

- Stéphanie (5/5): Déçu de la chambre vieille et sale - L 'emplacement et le petit déjeuner était pas mal La chambre n'était pas propre, la moquette tachée, le canapé également , elle était moche et pas attirante du tout , on a passé 2 nuits et on rentrait le plus tard possible parce qu'on ne s'y sentait pas bien.

It was hot in the lobby, swimming pool was broken, told there was an additional $50 charge after getting there, after we got to the room our cards didn’t work that they just handed us so back to the front desk, then by the time we unloaded everything in the room we discovered the bathroom was disgusting and not clean so back to the desk again but everything was sold out so we told the to clean it and left to go eat (attached a picture so you can see that whatever it was was partially dried onto the seat so it wasn’t new), then at 430 the next morning the fire alarm battery alarm started beeping every 30 seconds

- Jerry (4/5): My last choice of brand, moving forward. - I found bugs on the sheets and what appeared to be smeared blood stains. However, I was provided with another room that was just as dusty as the first room. Wasn’t clean!

Light and plugs didnt work, my husband had to pull out cabinet and connect lights. Sheets wouldn't stay on the bed at all, would come off every time rolled over. Couch was stained and smelly.

I had to ask the very rude receptionist. During breakfast the food was very limited as there was several empty items. I ask the courtesy desk for them to be refilled which took over 30 minutes so breakfast was very limited. Several u happy customers during breakfast. Also indoor pool was closed😕

- Patrick (1/5): Not pleasant. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times in the past. This is by far the worst experience. - Location. Across the interstate from the casino. Wi-fi didn’t work. They were working on the carpet in the hall on floor 4. The two ladies downstairs were on their phones while serving customers.

- Stacy (9/5): - The hotel was clean and smelled nice. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel was a little bit out of the way if you want a quick drive into downtown Memphis, but the price is much cheaper than other hotels thay were cheaper if you don't mind a little drive.

As a woman traveling with her young child it was imperative that we had a room that was safe, and knowing the area we were going it was hard to pick somewhere safe. This hotel was all that and more.
