- Stephanie (8/5): Good - We were visiting friends hear in Maryland and they weren’t allowed to visit in our room or use the pool because it exceeded 6 people and we had 7 2 stayed in the room and we had 5 friends visit for 2-3 hours and we had to catch up in the lobby

The hotel was located in an area with many options for dining and shopping. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable. Mattress seemed worn out. The hotel was close to a highway and the cars and trucks were very loud.

- William (10/5): This is an excellent hotel to stay when visiting Southern Maryland. - The greeting and friendliness of the "entire" staff! Couldn't say there was anything that I didn't like. Would've liked to have a outside sitting area to enjoy the weather that wasn't directly in the front of the building.

The hotel is comfortable and conveniently located restaurants that are within walking distance. Don’t like the smell of pot and that you have to pay a $150 incidental fee, you get it back for never have paid that much before

I also liked having the coffee machines available in the lobby. Staff were very helpful, giving me some utensils when my delivery meal came without them. During my stay one of the elevators was not working.

- Kiki (2/5): Disgusting treatment and will falsely accuse you! BEWARE - The room itself was clean and stocked, and the breakfast was okay nothing special, but acceptable. However, my experience with the front desk completely ruined my stay. The staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. I was given two room keys earlier in my stay without being asked for ID, which is a serious security concern. But when I returned to the front desk because my key stopped working, suddenly I was treated like a security risk all because the staff member didn’t recognize me. That’s not protocol; that’s inconsistency. To make it worse, I’ve since received a rude, inaccurate response from management, falsely claiming my boyfriend was in the room and implying I could’ve just knocked. He wasn’t even there he was at work. This type of response from the “owner” shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. This review isn’t about a minor inconvenience it’s about how I was treated as a guest. I came to relax, not to be disrespected, gaslit, or ignored. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic customer service.

We did not have time for the fitness or pool areas so I can't comment on them. The room location. The room was next to the pantry which opens early and the noise from the staff can be heard.

Asked the front desk what the temperature was and they did not know nor did they care and said the temperature could not be increased, nobody was in the pool all weekend. I would have chosen a cheaper place without a pool if I knew in advance the pool was too cold to get in.

I had to call them a couple of times because I was late to my reservarion but they made sure everything went smooth once I arrived. Front desk ladies were very nice and answered all my questions. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was a little too cold to actually use but the weather outside was also not the best. I wish they had a heated option. Overall very nice hotel, will be coming back again next year! Also everything is like a 5-10 min walk. Walmart, Wawa, Texas Roadhouse is like right in front. Very pleased with my stay!

- NavyCmdr (2/5): Beware! - Be careful. I was stuck in Minneapolis St Paul International airport during a blizzard for 23 hours. I called this hotel twice to give them updates. Finally I had to cancel my room as a courtesy to them so they could use it for someone else that may show up. They charged me $245.00 for same day cancellation. In 27 years I have never been charged for a cancellation or no show when it was extreme weather as the reason. Stay somewhere else.
