• william (7/5): Overall decent, but there's room for improvement, for sure. - I liked the Strawberry, Kiwi infused Water, but it ran out the last day I was there. No Bacon, the one day, not even sausage. Very little choice, only white bread. One front desk employee told me the wrong time for breakfast and that was so he would have less work to do, and even shook his head at me when I was seated in the breakfast area. A really large dude, say like easily 400 pounds. No joke.

• Robert (6/5): Great location and facility, but uncomfortable beds. - It’s clean, updated, and staff was great. The beds were very uncomfortable and had those new awful square pillows. The HVAC was old school and finicky. Getting a comfortable temp and a good night sleep was difficult. I won’t be staying here again because of the uncomfortable beds.

• Tracy (5/5): Beware of the plug-in air fresheners. I have never stayed in a hotel that used plug-in’s and it was most unpleasant. - Location. Please note—this property used plug-in air fresheners in the rooms. The scent was strong but for those of us who suffer from asthma and other respiratory issues and are sensitive to scents, it was difficult. I checked in late so chose not to cancel and try to find a different hotel but even after locating the plug-in’s and removing them, the artificial and overwhelming scent was still in the room.

• Tim (3/5): Not worth the extra few bucks. With all the other hotels around - Location was very close to where I needed to be. And the person working the desk was great. Even after 10 pm. My key wouldn’t work. As I was trying to call the hotel he showed up and let me in and then brought me working keys a few min later. I spent a few extra bucks for the comfort Suites location opposed to the other Comfort Hotel. Because the photos of the rooms looked really nice, as did breakfast. The room was kind of dingy, and worn out. I forgot toothpaste and there was no little tube. The tv was old and kinda useless. And the breakfast was disgusting. I couldn’t eat more than a couple bites. And I’m not picky when it comes to breakfast food. Usually “cafeteria grade” is just fine by me. The eggs and sausage were really gross. I ate some fruit loops

• Ed (8/5): - This site offers a good value. The overall cleanliness was average. The area outside the hotel was pretty littered as was the adjacent properties. Never felt unsafe. The breakfast was pretty basic but totally adequate. The room itself was large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was very nice.
• Donna M (8/5): - It was very pleased with where I stayed. The only problem I had was trying to contact the hotel to let them know that I was going to be a late arrival. It took me almost an hour to not talk to a machine and to be able to get the number to the hotel site that I was staying at then the person that I talk to at the hotel in Monroeville, Pennsylvania was very kind and very polite, but it was difficult to get to that number and speak to a human being. I wasn’t happy with that it was the only sour spot in my stay.

The parking area needs work, but they are obviously working on the interior first. We were here for 4 nights (art show) and would stay here again.

The air conditioner dripped water onto the window sill creating an annoying noise that made it difficult to sleep. There was a staff member who wouldn’t get up from a back desk to communicate with you at the front desk. Overpaid by three times because of an event in the area. Food looked inedible at the breakfast bar.

• Tara (4/5): This place needs is awful - The only redeeming feature about this place is the nice young man who checked us in and checked in with us periodically. We stayed here for a few days. We had the only accessible room, which smells horrible and is covered up by a plus in the bathroom. I asked them to check the room and they couldn’t smell anything. They offered to switch rooms, but my disabled son needed it. The other staff was rude. We won’t be back. The breakfast wasn’t fully stocked. The shower requires towels since is was not properly built.
