Housekeeping provided us with extra towels. Fairly close proximity to university. A/C was off when we arrived in room. It was warm and stuffy. No coffee maker in room. Clerk said I could rent one! NO decaffeinated coffee or herbal tea packets at breakfast. No fruit juices. I have paid considerably less and have gotten better breakfast choices at other motels. Raisin Bran cereal was stale.

Facility was not clean. Hair in the shower (I'm bald). Hair on the back of the toilet. Carpet was dirty. Elevator had leaves on the floor. Bed was hard as a rock.

• A5075EDamyc (4/5): Ran out of Breakfast - We went down to breakfast at 9:20. The breakfast ends at 10:00. There was no hot food. Sausages and biscuits had been eaten. All of the waffle mix had been used. There was no yogurt. There was no fruit. The only thing they had was packaged oatmeal, cold cereal, and white bread. Everything else had been eaten. With more than 40 minutes left in the breakfast time window, we went to the front desk to ask them to restock. And the response was "No. I'm sorry. We're out of everything." When asked if they were going to restock the response was "No. We don't have anything to put out. I'm sorry you missed it." This is unacceptable. With more than 40 minutes left in the window, they should have been willing to restock.

• Turkessa (4/5): - Our stay was just one night, but we had a mix of experiences worth mentioning. Unfortunately, our check-in experience left much to be desired. The front desk receptionist who assisted us was neither warm nor welcoming. Her demeanor was curt, and she seemed disinterested, which set a less-than-ideal tone for our arrival. In contrast, the overnight receptionist was absolutely WONDERFUL. She greeted us w/a smile both when we headed to our evening Gala and upon our return. When we passed through the lobby, she made an effort to make us feel welcome. Her positive energy truly made a difference and stood out during our stay! The next morning during check-out, we encountered the same receptionist who checked us in. Unfortunately, the experience was again disappointing. She was on the phone and did not acknowledge us, even after I had been standing there for 5 minutes. (a simple I'll be with you shortly would've sufficed.) I ended up stepping outside for a moment, then returned and left a written note asking to be checked out. Regarding our room, we stayed in Room 108. The AC unit was quite disruptive, despite being set to 73 degrees, it repeatedly turned on and off throughout the night, making a loud and disturbing noise that kept my husband and I up. Aside from the AC issue and the daytime receptionist, our stay was fine. The hotel is fine overall, but I recommend maintenance take a look at the AC in Room 108, and that the receptionist receives customer service training.

Parking was clean, well lit, and felt safe. Air Conditioning was great and holding temps but created a humidity type feeling in the room.

All I ever got from anyone was a slight sorry. My 2 sisters and my 99 year old couldn’t check in because it was 2:30 and not 3. Seriously? I will never stay in any Wyndham owned hotels again. Even the cheaper hotels have been more accommodating that what we received.

• Gabriela (10/5): - When we came in, we were getting checked in to get our room, we were directed to a room in the first floor but I had noticed that the room was not clean, the front desk clerk lady apologized and explained that she didn’t realize that the room wasn’t clean and she would upgrade us for the inconvenience. We got upgraded to a suite room and it was much more spacious and clean! She even provided us with free drinks at the front desk and we had a good nights rest(:
