• Alyce (10/5): Fantastic, spacious apartment. - The 2 bedroom apartment was HUGE!! Everything was clean, amazing view, quiet at night time, awesome pool for the kids. After Ha Long Bay cruise it was the perfect place to rest for the night before flying out the next day. The transfer to the airport was $40USD which seems expensive considering it was 7min drive to the airport.

The gym is practically the same as not having one at all, it's a bit far from the city center, and the air conditioning in the main room was weaker than in the others.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is what the children like the most. It is clean. The staff is so nice, friendly and helpful. The apartment is a good choice for my family when staying in Hai Phong. The scent in the hotel lobby is too strong and not kind of natural scent

• John F (8/5): - I had a 2-bedroom apartment that was well-equipped for cooking. The cleaning staff did a good job each day. The area around the property is noisy and crowded. If you are in Hai Phong for a longer business trip and you want a service apartment, this could be right for you. I was charged for a missing ladle and spoon surprisingly which must not have been there from the beginning, so keep in mind that at check-out you could be charged for missing items although they do not give you a list of items at check-in.

But balcony area is locked. Nearby, there is a small mall with a big supermarket. There is also a pool and gym at the common area. Didnt try the breakfast as it costs 200k vnd.
• Heeseung (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very spacious and everything was clean. The breakfast suited our tastes to the point where we thought it was a special menu just for our family. In particular, Lily and Sue were very attentive to any inconveniences and were very friendly. Of all the hotel staff I've ever been to, these two staff were the best. I regretted that the trip was short. Perhaps because of the weather, the water temperature in the swimming pool was too low. If the kiddie pool had been heated, everything would have been perfect.

When I checked out, they claimed a cup and a plug were broken. Wanted to charge me extra for it. Never touch that particular cup, as for the plug it was already like that when we arrived. Not the most comfortable option. - The room is very well equipped, and as it is a flat with a bedroom, living room and kitchen, it is very good for those who like something less impersonal than an ordinary hotel room. The hotel area is very busy and you can hear a lot of noise inside the room. Breakfast is not good, it has very few options, especially for westerners. I do not recommend using the laundry service, the clothes did not come well ironed.

• Brett (10/5): Beautiful, value for money accomodation - beautiful, spacious apartment. we were able to do some much needed washing with washer/dryer inside. staff were very friendly & helpful. we only stayed for one night & did not really know where we could go nearby. seems that Haiphong is not really a tourist destination (from what we saw).
