Zoe (7/5): - The breakfast was good and it was a good location. The pool wasn't attended to for towels and the elevator to pool area was usually wet,. They need some rubber mats or something to help with a slippery floor.

Rebeca (5/5): - It was close to both my family and downtown Austin without being in the middle of the city. It was also close to some good cafes and restraints that accommodated my multiple food allergies. The first room we were in had fleas and we had to request a new room almost as soon as we settled in. How a hotel manages to get fleas is beyond me but as someone with pets back home, I was uncomfortable the rest of my stay for fear of accidentally bringing fleas into my home.

Schneider (8/5): A decision you won't regret - The room was truly enormous, the bed comfortable, and the sofa inviting. Breakfast was fantastic and left nothing to be desired.The buffet changes every two days so that there is definitely some variety. Since the hotel isn't directly on the highway, it was very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants just around the corner, all within easy walking distance. Parking was plentiful, and the internet worked perfectly. The hotel is located just outside of Austern, but it can be reached quickly in 30 minutes. The trip there is well worth it, and there are also several things to visit in the surrounding area. Nothing to complain
Robert Hayden (8/5): - Nice, courteous staff. Spacious room, updated bathroom, comfortable King bed. Excellent internet service. Close to many restaurants and bars, great location. Good breakfast. Very noisy air conditioner. They do not provide changeover service unless you request. Hot tub was out of service during the duration of my stay which was disappointing.

Juan Cruz (1/5): Smoke and Mirrors - The staff, the location. The hot tub is NOT working. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website or reviews. This was the whole reason we booked this hotel because it had a Jacuzzi and pool. The water was absolutely freezing The elevator buttons don't seem to work at times too. The room was great but beds were uncomfortable and pillows were not fluffy.

Jennifer (10/5): Stayed 5 days and never had any problems with Noise, smoke smell, and it was PERFECT 🥰 - The location, room was very neat and clean. Breakfast was Amazingly GREAT. They leave coffee out and ready along with water all night. If not they make it fresh. The service and staff are very friendly and polite. They were helpful because we got snow in and they were understandable and worked with everyone. Hallelujah ☦️. Thank you Jesus .. God is releasing MIRACLES 🙏. It’s not bad for a moderately priced place to stay for a night or two. There weren’t extra blankets for the pull out bed. There were visible bodily fluid stains on the couch cushions, which led to our family of 5 sleeping on the 2 queen beds.

Carolyn (2/5): I’ve stayed here a couple of times in the past and it was always a nice hotel - not anymore. I don’t know how it has an - The location It was very dirty. Baseboards were missing everywhere - the ground floor, the 2nd and 3rd floors also were missing baseboards. The carpeting was absolutely filthy with stains. There was a smell that was noticeable on all levels. The inside of the elevator didn’t even feel clean. The shower/tub area was also not in the best condition. We avoided taking a shower. Bug found in the bed, we’re not sure what it was. Management came up, looked at it (we don’t think it was a bed bug) and apologized and offered us something from the marketplace as compensation. We ended up leaving early and losing the money we paid for that night because we couldn’t sleep there a second night.

Margriet (6/5): Prima prijs / kwaliteit - De bedden vind ik altijd zeer goed bij Holiday Inn express. Het ontbijt is ook prima, ook al heb je borden van karton en plastic bestek. Het douchegordijn en het bad zat verstopt. Er was lekkage en het water liep de kamer in. Er kwam een dame van de receptie die vroeg wat 'we' gedaan hadden, of we seks in bad hadden gehad. Ik heb niet zo'n last van zo'n opmerking maar ik kan me voorstellen dat er mensen niet zo gediend van zijn. Ze heeft geholpen met dweilen en nieuwe handdoeken gebracht. De lekkage was nog steeds maar we verbleven er maar 2 nachten. Nadat ze geholpen had stond ze 5 minuten later (rond 11.30 pm) met een code die ik met mijn telefoon moest scannen om een tevredenheidsenquete in te vullen. Dat vind ik dus echt niet kunnen na bijna een uur kwijt te zijn aan de badkamer.

La posizione non è granche .

Angela (9/5): Excellent choice - Well organized, spotless, friendly staff, and a good breakfast to start the day. The room was considerably spacious and so comfortable! The surroundings were quiet, as well. The alarm of the room next door rang around 5.30am and it seemed like nobody was there, so it kept ringing for a long time. Apart from that, great!
