Jeg havde valgt et ikke ryger værelse for 13 dag og havde næsten hele 11 etage for mig selv. Selvom alle andre etager var godt bukket. Badeværelset var lidt slidt ellers ikke noget at klage over.

- Yukihisa (5/5): やっぱりバスタブが欲しい - 拡張したモールは広くて、買い物と食事には困らない立地にある。 モールのスーパーマーケットでビールが買える！！ Ｂ１のマネーＥＸＣＨＡＮＧＥはここらではレートが１番良い しかし２０：００で閉まるので注意 エレベーターホールの真ん前の部屋はうるさい。 建物全体の冷房が効きすぎて部屋のエアコン消しても夜は寒い。 スリッパからサンダルに戻った、履きづらい。

Since we arrived quite early, we could store our luggage while waiting for available room. Any problem was addressed promptly; there were some ants when we checked into our room, but the cleaning lady came and dealt with it right away. We booked a Harris Unique room, and the room was spacious, smelled good, and with great view. The minibar refrigerator was not cold enough.

- Cory (8/5): - It was a really quick check in, but had to make two separate trips downstairs because the card keys wouldn’t work. I finally gave up and the cleaning staff lady had let me in. 3 set of keys finally worked when I went downstairs later. But other than that everything else was good.

Left the hotel at 9 a.m., and the room was still not cleaned by 6 p.m. 3. Don't recommend buying breakfast. The salad wasn't fresh; some leaves were yellow, while others were dry and limp. Instead of eating the hotel's breakfast, spending less money at the Starbucks next to the hotel would be better. 4. Sockets were loose, and plugs fell from the sockets.

- Thorsten (10/5): - Schönes Hotel, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit ist gut. Im Bad sieht man allerdings das die Fugen bei den Fließen teilweise komplett Schwarz sind. Hat uns nicht gestört. Spa und Gym sind gut.

Bad and not recommended at all - Very bad, Not recommended at all I paid for the full price for 8 nights at this hotel, but the toilet was flooded, the water puddles in the toilet and shower room made the floor slippery and could be dangerous for safety, they came several times to fix it, but it still seeped into the toilet floor and the hand wash unit floor, also the wc floor. 3 lights were broken, the night operator “R” was very rude, I asked him 3 times in the diffrent days for the extra towel or extra mat, but was deliberately given something that did not match my request, without explanation. Manager do not know how to solve the problem. And many more bad experience here.
