I LOVE THE INTERIOR DESIGN INSIDE THE ROOM AND ALSO ID IN THE HOTEL. I APPRECIATE ON THE F.O.C AIRPORT TRANSFER ARRANGEMENT. THIS HOTEL VERY NEARBY WITH THE JUANDA AIRPORT TERMINAL 2, JUST 5 MINS AWAY . BESIDE THE HOTEL ALSO GOT ONE RESTAURANT VERY NICE FOR MAKAN SIANG NAMED GUBUG MAKAN MANG ENGKING. THE SEAFOOD MENU WAS SO AMAZING AND THE ID WAS STUNNING. THE ROOM FEEL SO HOT, SEEMS LIKE THE AIRCOND DID NOT WORK SO WELL. SEVERAL TIMES CALLED THE HOTEL STAFF TO LOOK INTO IT BUT NOT RESOLVE. PERHAPS HOTEL CAN PROVIDE EXTRA STANDING FAN INSIDE THE ROOM JUST IN CASE REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT. NOT SURE WHETHER THEY USE THE SMALLER HORSE POWER TO FIT INTO THE DELUXE ROOM SIZE. ROOM ALSO NOT PROVIDED WITH REFRIGERATOR. ALSO WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THE HOTEL TO MOP THE FLOOR EVERY TIME CLIENT CHECK OUT. I DID BRING MY 1 YR OLD TODDLER, THEY ALWAYS CRAWL ON THE FLOOR, SO IT'S GOOD TO HAVE A HOTEL WITH A GOOD AND HYGIENE ENVIRONMENT.

Before sunrise they hosted loud events, people shouting, announcements on a microphone, almost like a seminar at 5AM. Zero peace, zero sleep. Breakfast was oke

- Anthony (8/5): We liked the staff. Very friendly and helpful. - Easy to get to the rooms. We didn't have time to take the breakfast because of our early flight. So the staff substituted the bfast with cup noodles instead. Very kind of them. Night market is just a short walk down the road. Air-con doesn't work. Very warm. Staff said it was normal.

Breakfast was good. The porter was kind and exceptional. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. Free shuttle service to the airport. The rooms were a bit run down. One of the beds in the triple room, had a mattress that was very uncomfortable (you can feel the spring).

There are spider web in the room, the air conditioner is not working well. The toilet got stains and rusting. During my stay, electric was trip (blackout) twice and they even don’t say anything about that, not even a sorry. My kids got scared and its was totally dark.
- Jorg (5/5): Photo of credit card details - reported to Booking.com - Looks pretty high class at first sight. Big rooms. They made pictures of BOTH SIDES of my credit card and said it is company policy. If that is true they would be able to buy anything online with the info from everyone’s credit card. This is illegal and after asking for the manager and threatening to involve the police I had to remove the photos myself. Unbelievable I think in most countries this is punishable by law. I informed Booking.com and they will dig deeper. If you want to stay here then DEMAND that they don’t take photos of your card.

- Skr (4/5): Horrible experience - This hotel which should be the nearest hotel near the airport is only 2 km far away from the Terminal 2 of Juanda Airport.Drop-off service can be provided as long as the waiter is informed when checking in. Breakfast is served at 5:30 am, which is very suitable for those who plan to take the morning flight. The hotel is still being renovated because the elevator is being installed. The hygiene of the room is very terrible. There are stains on the table and bed sheets. The wash towel has turned yellow which is always foaming when scrubbing. The air conditioner is also not cooled.

Knowing we were arriving with an infant, the hotel staff didn't bother to turn on the air-conditioning to prepare and make our room comfortable on our arrival. The room was boiling hot, and it took over 5 hours to cool the room down. This was so very unpleasant for us but mostly for our baby daughter.

- Anonymous (1/5): This place needs renovation and a new manager. Avoid unless you like dirt - It is in a good location for Surabaya airport and it has a free shuttle to the airport. Our room was very dirty and dusty. windows were streaky. The whole of the hotel was very dirty. When we arrived at the hotel and into our room, the sheets in our bed was dirty and the bathroom had to be re cleaned. The manageress refused to offer us another room as she claimed the hotel was fully booked although we walked past many empty rooms.
