Easy acces to foodcourt inside the mall . The lobby ambience not look same like on the web. The web photo looks bright, and clean. The real looks so diffrent. Lil bit dark, n Not bright enough like on the web. Even ven its 3⭐️ hotel, doesnt mean the quality and everything is below standard. . The wall bedroom is TOTALLY NOT soundproof. I cannot sleep properly for 13 nights ( i came to JKT for holiday and we are tired and had jetlag)because i can hear people walking on the hallway, people talking sounds like they talking in my room. Very loud. . The wall of the my room are dirty. After i check in and enter the room, i was shock there were lil blood and brown-ish stain on the toilet flush button. I asked the room service employe to clean it, turns out the red stain (looks like blood) wiped off but the brown yelow-ish not removed. He told me its the stain of the glue coz they just repair the toilet or i have no idea what. . I got bothered by another customer near my room 2 night in a row. They purposely make noisy, they knock my door, the wall room,2-3 times (2 nights in a row untill we cannot sleep) they try to open my door from outside (even they got the noticed by the employe they didnt care and still doing it on purpose). . Hotel management didnt do anything to us (it was me talk to the staff) for 2 days until my husband (he is foreigner) complain and mad to them about that “not educated”customer. And after my husband talk to them, then they just really took action until we asked their concern about us because we still have some more nights to stay. In my opinion they should offer us some way out to solve the problem for us, but they didnt until it was us who asked. We asked refund our 2 nights of bad sleep, good for them they refunded our money of 2 nights. And we asked to move room if those customer still not check out on their check out time (if they top up the stay), and they moved us to another room, diffrent floor and its look much cleaner and better the wall, the toilet and evrything.

Saya menginap 7 malam, makanan sangat tidak layak, menu sayur setiap hari rasanya tidak enak sama sekali dan tidak layak dikonsumsi, buah sangat sedikit di mangkok kecil dan selalu habis, berebut dengan banyak tamu yang sedang sarapan 3. saran saya makanan diberikan per porsi saja sehingga setiap tamu mendapatkan bagian yang layak 4. Selalu ramai sampai terganggu ketenangan saat tidur malam banyak tamu yang ribut di kamar sangat mengganggu Sangat tidak nyaman saat makan pagi.

• kegler747 (8/5): Excellent location but small bathroom - If you want a hotel that is directly attached to one of the biggest mall in Jakarta then you might love this no frills hotel. I felt like I'm in Hong Kong because the bathroom is small and there is no way for the toilet not get wet when you take a bath. Aside from that minor issue, you will get a clean room and a simple breakfast.

• Michael (7/5): Price/performance ratio is great - Price and location are good - hotel has a path to the mall which opens from 10:00 - 22:00 o‘clock. Employees are kind and helpful. There are free water stations in the hotel. The AC was working well and often only needed a short time since room does not heat up too much. A lot of ants in the room. A small towel for drying hands and hair blower would be good. The shower head was old, damaged and dirty (needs an exchange because of age).

You can enter from level 3 - food court level Or from ground floor next go hotel . There are a few restaurants on ground floor . Charles and Keith is on level 1 . You must try Rembolan Indonesian restaurant on level 1 not far from Charles & Keith. Lobby is too crowded.

• Minni (7/5): decent hotel with economical price as long as you are willing to compromise on comfort and amenities - Affordable hotel price in the Kelapa Gading area. Our room included breakfast, good for Indonesian standard. Conveniently located to the big mall, there's a connecting door for you to go to the mall without going out of the hotel. The room was quite small, there was no separate bathroom, no desk, so it was difficult when we wanted to do our work or write. The door seemed to be made of heavy metal, however, you can still hear other guests or employees walking in the corridor.

• Ashleigh-jo (9/5): Superb - great size bed and room, some English and French tv channels which was fun. good access to mall and not too far from airport by taxi. I out the Aircon to 16* but it only ever got to to 21* . no labels for the breakfast foods... didn't know what I was getting.

The pros and cons of staying at this hotel are really based on your needs orthe purpose of your stay. If you just need a place to sleep and it is easy access to the mall, then this hotel is perfect. Neither have a hair dryer in the room, or one to borrow. If you need it, bring it from homeby yourself. There is no fridge in the room. There is no telephone in the room, so whenever you have a question/problem, you need to go down to the front desk. Lifts are quite slow.

• Karina (7/5): Good - On top of MKG Mall Kelapa Gading 3 and there is direct access to the mall, so it is very convenient. No hairdryer and we can't even borrow from the hotel, they only provide one small soap and one small shampoo (no toothbrush too). Lighting on the lobby and in the hotel overall is gloomy. On the weekend I stayed, there are a LOT of people (I'm talking about people sitting everywhere in the lobby, even in spaces you should not be sitting on) in the lobby hanging out and the room can get quite noisy.

But, on my last stay I ordered a food that one of your colleague took the order he one of the reception team. However food never came after 1,5 hours am so upset and meeting him at the lobby, he didn't giving any apology as courtesy at all like it was regularly happened in the hotel. I was waiting for the order that he said it could be deliver to my room!! might consider to order food here, takes time might staff forget to order the meal.

Pak Irwan Sunandri (Operational Manager) immediately came to assist me and to give me some good advise. I am really appreciative for his immediate response. No bottled shampoo nor body soap provided. Just a plastic packet and body soap sahaja. No. cups nor glasses provided in the wash basin until upon request by me.
